Since the heyday of letterpress printing, we have renovated the factory of a long-established printing company that has continued printing with the flow of the times as a factory where you can stay. There are no state-of-the-art digital printing presses here anymore, but it is a mixture of old and new surrounded by retro textures, analog type, and heavy processing equipment in a bright and pop atrium. ADLIV, a co-living space that combines elements of a co-working office and café as well as a hostel, creates loose horizontal connections and projects between guests while enjoying themselves freely. It is a shared office where you can live and work and realize a new lifestyle.

■Area
Adjacent to a drugstore. 4 minutes drive to a convenience store. 4 minutes walk to a supermarket. There are restaurants nearby.

■Facilities
We provide dormitory where you can work while staying.
Smoking is not allowed in the building. There is a smoking space outside the first floor.
Guests can also keep their bicycles on site.

■Rooms
The dormitories are equipped with a bed light and an electrical outlet at the bedside. The bed has a curtain to ensure a private space. Even those who have never stayed in a dormitory before can feel at ease. 
We also have two electric vehicle charging facilities. You can charge it while you are resting and leave on a full charge. (Please let us know in advance if you plan to use charging)
