The current VIP Status Program has been renewed to a more beneficial program. The overview is as follows:

Status and perks of the new VIP Status Program

*For those who have been using a paid plan for less than 3 months before the VIP Status Program is applied, it will be labeled as “Regular.”

**The coin discount applies to reservations made after the status upgrade. Reservations made before the upgrade and stays made before the status upgrade are not eligible.

Which VIP Status will you have?

Mr A, who joined on June 15, 2023, and stayed on the subscription:

Since it will be the second month of the subscription as of July 18, they will be in the Regular status. They will become VIP Silver in one more month!

Once they become VIP Silver, they can use all accommodations with a 5% discount.

Ms. B, who joined on April 25, 2023, and stayed on the subscription: VIP Silver

Mr. C, who joined on January 12, 2023, and stayed on the subscription: VIP Silver

Ms. D, who joined before 2021 and stayed on the subscription: VIP Platinum 

For those who have been subscribing the service more than 3 months as of July 18, all accommodations are up to 10% off!

Moreover, for those with Gold or Platinum status, coins purchase will be even better (up to 5% off).

*Please check the email sent for your own status!
*If you suspend your membership once and interrupt your continued usage, the VIP status will be reset.

Q: I am currently a VIP member. When will the new VIP Status Program be switched?

A: We plan to switch on July 18. The status (Silver, Gold, Platinum) will be determined based on the months of subscription as of July 18.

Q: What are the advantages of the new VIP Status Program?

A: We have prepared two types of perks.

Perk 1: Discount on the number of coins required for accommodation reservations

You will be able to stay at a maximum of 10% off, depending on your status.

Perk 2: Increase in the number of coins when purchasing coins

You will be able to purchase coins with up to 5% more, depending on your status.

Q: I have already made a reservation, and I am scheduled to become a Silver status on the day of my stay. Will the discount be applied to this stay?

A: No, it will not be applied. The perks of the status program will be applied when making the reservation. After the renewal on July 18, you will be able to check the discounted number of coins applied when making a reservation.

Q: I am currently in VIP status, but will I start from Regular status in the future? How can I check my next status?

A: If you are already continuing with a paid plan, a new status will be granted based on the months of subscription. You can check your next status from your My Page at the time of the status program release (scheduled for July 18).
