The lyf Ginza Tokyo, which celebrated its spectacular opening in November 2023, is the second lyf brand by The Ascott Limited (Ascott), which operates more than 930 properties worldwide, and the first accommodation facility in Tokyo and the second in Japan. Upon stepping into lyf Ginza Tokyo, the first thing that catches the eye is the fun and unique design of the space. Based on the orange color that symbolizes the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, this vibrant interior was completed by Japanese artists whose work is diverse and creative.
The symbol of lyf Ginza Tokyo is the uniquely named “CONNECT” shared space located on the second floor.
The co-working lounge “CONNECT” provides an environment where guests can concentrate on their work, such as power-equipped desks and semi-private working spaces. This open space can also be used for work and socializing, and can be utilized as a space for regularly scheduled events or as a dining space for REFUEL⁺ on the first floor, encouraging interaction with other guests and naturally creating a community beyond the use of accommodation alone. The space is designed to encourage interaction with other guests and the natural formation of a community.
The social kitchen, named “BOND,” allows guests to prepare their own meals. lyf Ginza Tokyo allows guests to bring in their own food and enjoy their stay as if they were living in the apartment. We are fully equipped for both short and long term stays.
Café & Bar “REFUEL⁺” on the 1st floor of lyf Ginza Tokyo offers a menu that will give you a “plus” throughout the day. Start the morning with a croissant from “Maison Kaiser” and a cup of mellow coffee, then enjoy a variety of sandwiches and take-out sweets at noon on the outside terrace. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing moment with a selection of craft beers.

The reception counter “SAY HI” has a warm and inviting design that makes a charming first impression of your stay. An antique style amenity box is also provided for you to take out the necessary amenities.
LYF has a staff of “LYF Guards”. They are there to help guests feel comfortable and build community at all times during their stay. If you have any concerns or questions, talk to them! You may even meet someone new.
