【Campaign Details】

Campaign 1. Get coins according to the number of story submissions. Chance to win all coins back (about 18,000 coins) by submitting up to 29 properties!

Stay at a participating hotel during the campaign period and earn up to approximately 18,000 coins (virtually free) depending on the number of stories you post.

All coins actually spent for a stay at an eligible hotel will be fully refunded if you submit a story for all 29 hotels!

*The maximum number of coins is limited to one night at each facility. The number of coins will be calculated by us after the campaign ends.

Number of coins rewarded:

1 story: 50 coins

2 stories: 100 coins

3 stories: 200 coins

5 stories: 500 coins

10 stories: 1,000 coins

17 stories: 2,000 coins

23 stories: 3,000 coins

29 stories: Full coin back (approx. 18,000 coins)

*Coins will be awarded based on the number of coins actually spent at each of the 29 properties after the campaign ends. The number of coins above is calculated based on the number of coins when a member with Platinum status (10% off) stays in the room with the lowest number of coins at each of the 29 properties. (As of 30th September , 2024, the number of coins may change on a daily basis.)

Submission Period:1st October,2024 (Tue) – 18th December,2024 (Wed)

Publication Period:24th December,2024 (Tue)

Payment date: 25th December 25, 2024 (Wed) 17:00 hours to be determined.

Reward Requirements:

Of the stories submitted by Wednesday, 18th December, 2024, after staying at an eligible property during the above stay period, those stories whose content has been verified by us and published by Tuesday, 24th December,2024, will be eligible for the rewards.

Notes:

*Story submissions to the same property during the campaign period will not be counted. Even if you submit multiple stories to the same property, each story will be counted as one per property.

* Stays and story submissions outside of the above mentioned stay and submission periods will not count toward the number of submissions.

*Not applicable for stays checked out on 1st October.

*In the case of split the bill reservations, story posting is only available to the host who made the reservation.

*We will check and publish the stories in order after they are submitted. Please be assured that all stories submitted by the submission deadline will be checked before the deadline.

*If the story you submit violates our terms and guidelines, we will not be able to publish it. If your story is not allowed to be published, it will be excluded from the stories eligible for rewards even if you edit it again.

Campaign 2. 5 eligible couples will receive additional accommodation vouchers!

We will be giving away a stay at a Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki project across the country to eligible participants. Be faster than anyone else and submit as many great stories as you can to win a great prize!

1. the person who submitted the most stories (3 pairs)

This campaign is open to story submissions from up to 29 facilities. The person who submits the most stories during the campaign period will receive an accommodation voucher.

*If more than one story is submitted, the winner will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date of submission.

2. the person who posted the fastest 5 property stories (1 pair)

The person who submits the 5 fastest stories during the qualifying period will receive a hotel voucher.

*First-come-first-served basis based on the date of submission.

3. the person whose post makes you want to travel the most (1 pair)

HafH offers a Rewards Program that allows members to earn coins by submitting stories that will help other members travel.

During the campaign period, the person who earns the most coins in the Rewards Program at a participating property will receive a stay at the property.

*After the campaign is over, Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project will send the hotel voucher to the winner by mail. It will take about 1 to 2 weeks from the end of the campaign to the delivery.

Campaign 3. Original stickers (not for sale), different for each hotel, will be given away!

Stay at any of the participating hotels during the campaign period and you will receive an original sticker, which is different for each hotell !(to be given at check-in).

You will surely want to collect all of the different stylish stickers with different designs for each hotel.

*To participate, you need to purchase a stamp rally book (2,200 yen per book).

Collecting the original stamps of each hotel will earn you a special gift according to the number of stamps you have collected!
