HafH Member Plan

Matters common to all HafH plans

  • The first month fee when you register for a HafH plan is free of charge.
  • Fees are free of charge only once per person. If you register for a paid HafH plan and receive the first month free, then change to Snooze HafH and then switch back to a paid HafH plan again, the second time you have selected the paid HafH plan will not be free.
  • When changing a selected HafH plan during the free fee month (the "Free Month") in the month following the Free Month, you cannot select a HafH plan with a lower monthly fee than the Free Month HafH plan. You may freely change HafH plans two months after the Free Month.

  • Details (including the location, equipment, services) of HafH facilities and facilities affiliated with HafH (collectively the “HafH Network”) are subject to change. Furthermore, facilities may also become unavailable.
  • Some facilities do not offer single rooms and only dormitory types (shared rooms) are available. For details, refer to the specific facility’s introduction page.
  • Checkout times differ by facility. For details, refer to the specific facility’s introduction page
  • The number of days a HafH Network has available for use for each plan is the number of days from the first day of a given month until the last day of that month. If your HafH Network stay carries over to the following month, your stay until the checkout time on the first day of the following month will be counted as part of the previous month.
  • For example, in the case of a stay from June 30 to July 2, the stay from June 30 to July 1 would be considered as one night in June and the stay from July 1 to July 2 would be counted as one nights use in July under the HafH plan.
  • To stay at a HafH Network, you must make a reservation using the HafH service application ("Happli", app.hafh.com). A reservation request may be made from up to 90 days prior to your preferred arrival date to 9:00 pm of that day. Note that you may not be able to reserve your preferred facility or room time depending on room availability, facility status and other circumstances. We recommend that you reserve well in advance.
  • Services including breakfast, allowable stay times, room cleaning and bedsheet changes during your stay will differ by facility. For details, refer to the specific facility’s introduction page. To maintain a positive relationship between members and facilities, we ask all members to keep facilities in clean condition.
  • Please refer to the FAQ for details regarding HafH coin credits based on each plan.

HafH CoLiving ¥ 82,000 (tax included) per month

Fixed room and bed + HafH Network 10 days use + HafH Coin 500 coins

① You select a facility to be based at (the "Base Facility") from the HafH facilities and you can stay at another HafH Network for up to 10 nights while keeping a fixed room or bed (the “Fixed Room”) for one month at the facility selected. ② Once you select a Base Facility, your stay will be confirmed through arrangements with the Base Facility. ③ Until your stay at the Base Facility has been confirmed, your member status will remain at either its current status or Snooze HafH. After your move-in date has been decided and your stay at the Base Facility has been confirmed, your member status will be updated to HafH Coliving. As with other plans, since fees are settled on the first of each month, please register/change to HafH Coliving from the month corresponding to the move-in date. ④ Please refer to the facility introduction page to find HafH facilities that can be selected as a Base Facility. Facilities selectable as HafH facilities are subject to change. If the Base Facility you are using becomes unavailable, members will be notified 90 days prior to the day the facility is no longer available. Please select a different HafH facility as your Base Facility. ⑤ Depending on usage by other members, you may not be able to select your preferred HafH facility as your Base Facility. ⑥ You may change your Base Facility once a month. You may submit an application to change your Base Facility the month before the preferred month of change, however use as Base Facility will be from the move-in date following the first day of the next month. ⑦ A Fixed Room will be prepared at your Base Facility, and even while you stay at a different HafH Network, your belongings may be stored at the Fixed Room in your Base Facility. ⑧ Members are required to clean their room, bed and also change their bedsheets while staying in their Fixed Room. ⑨ A reservation is required each time you wish to stay at a HafH Network other than your Base Facility. ⑩ From July 2019, you will be required to present a copy of your passport or driver's license as personal identification.

HafH Traveling (1m) ¥ 82,000 (tax included) per month

HafH Network 1 month use + HafH Coin 500 coins

① You can stay at HafH Network for one month.

② You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

③ A HafH Network reservation is required each time you wish to stay at a HafH Network.

HafH Traveling (10d) ¥ 32,000 (tax included) per month

HafH Network 10 days use + HafH Coin 200 coins

① You can stay at HafH Network for up to 10 days.

② You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or at just one specific HafH Network.

③ A HafH Network reservation is required each time you wish to stay at a HafH Network.

HafH Traveling (5d) ¥ 16,000 (tax included) per month

HafH Network 5 days use

① You can stay at HafH Network for up to 5 days.

② You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

③ A HafH Network reservation is required each time you wish to stay at a HafH Network.

Trial HafH (2d) 3,000 (tax included) per month Limited time (Final date to be determined)

HafH Network 2 days use

① A limited time trial plan offer for all to experience HafH.

② You can stay at HafH Network for up to 2 days.

③ You can stay at multiple HafH Networks, or stay continuously at just one specific HafH Network.

④ A HafH Network reservation is required each time you wish to stay at a HafH Network.

⑤ This is a limited time trial plan. The plan may end or its terms may be modified.

HafH Coworking ¥ 12,000 (tax included) per month

Use of co-working spaces at HafH facilities

① You can make use of the co-working spaces at HafH facilities. Provided, however, availability is not guaranteed. This is the service is currently only available at HafH Nagasaki SAI and HafH Nagasaki Garden (as of July 24, 2019).

② Please refer to the introduction page for details regarding times and equipment availability at each facility. Free Wi-Fi service is provided at all facilities.

③ A reservation is not required for use of co-working spaces.

Snooze HafH (formerly Trial HafH) ¥ 0 per month

Membership registration only

① You only need to register for membership. You do not need to pay a monthly fee.

② We may offer services such as the distribution of coupons and announcement of discounts.

③ You cannot stay at HafH Networks or use co-working spaces.

Changing plans (excluding HafH CoLiving)

  • Since service is settled on a monthly basis, in principle, a plan cannot be changed mid-month. Provided, however, in the event of the following exceptions, a plan may be changed mid-month; after the change if your new plan is one other than HafH Coliving, you may immediately make usage based on the new plan.
  • ① When changing from a Snooze HafH member to a paid plan. A Snooze HafH member that has selected a paid plan even once may not change plans mid-month.
  • ② When changing to a HafH plan with a higher monthly rate than the originally selected HafH plan during the Free Month.
  • If you want to change a HafH plan selected as a Free Month in the month following the Free Month, a HafH plan with a lower monthly fee than the Free Month HafH plan may not be selected.
  • If you would like to change plans, please perform the necessary procedures prior to the last day of the month before your preferred month of change.
  • For example, if you want to change plans from July 1, you must complete the change procedures by midnight on June 30.
  • Plan change procedures can be performed from the member’s page.
  • If the procedure is completed by the last day of the month, the new plan may be used from the first day of the following month. Note that if you are staying at a HafH Network at the end of the month and a new plan takes effect from the first day of the following month, your stay until checkout time on the first day of the following month will be counted as stay of the plan prior to the change.
  • Change procedures are considered complete when your “Membership Status” on the member’s page displays the new plan.
  • When changing from a HafH plan with a larger number of usable days to a HafH plan with fewer usable days, before performing the procedures to change plans, you must reduce your number of reservations to be within the number of usable days under the new plan. You cannot change plans if your reservations exceed the number of usable days under the plan after the change. HafH plans in descending order of usable days are as follows: HafH Traveling (1m), HafH Coliving, HafH Traveling (10d), HafH Traveling (5d) and Trial HafH (2d).
  • For example, if you have selected HafH Traveling (1m) in June and have already made reservations for 20 days in July, and wish to change plans to HafH Traveling (10d) in July, you will need to cancel a portion of your reservations so that your number of reservations for July is 10 days or less prior to performing the procedures to change plan(Plan and Base Facility changes with respect to HafH Coliving).

(Plan and Base Facility changes with respect to HafH Coliving)

  • Since HafH Coliving is a plan for stays of over one month at the same location, a stay of one month or longer (including the Free Month) is considered a prerequisite. Furthermore, the plan may not be changed mid-month.
  • The Base Facility may be changed mid-month after the number of days stayed has exceeded one month. Edit the location from your profile and contact the facility that will become your new location.
  • When a HafH CoLiving member wishes to change plans or location, the departure date as well as other matters will need to be discussed with the facility of stay. Please speak with the facility at your earliest convenience.
  • When a member that has selected a plan other than HafH CoLiving wishes to change to HafH CoLiving, as some time may be needed before a check-in date can be finalized, please perform the necessary procedures at your earliest convenience.

(About withdrawal)

  • You cannot withdraw in the month following the month in which the monthly fee for HafH plan is free. It is possible to withdraw two months after the free month.
  • If you would like to withdraw, perform the procedures from the "Inquiry form" on the application. Since in some cases it may take time to complete the withdrawal procedure, please change your current plan to “Snooze HafH” and stop the monthly charge fee before performing the withdrawal procedures.
  • If you withdraw, all membership information including usage history, member status and HafH Coins granted will be deleted, and even if you re-register as a member, membership information cannot be recovered. Customers who may use the service again are recommended to change their current plan to "Snooze HafH" so that a monthly fee is not charged.

(About payment)

  • Payment may only be made with the credit card registered at the time of member registration.
  • Settlement will be made on the first day of each month.
  • If the credit card you have registered is not valid and we cannot complete the settlement, your stay reservations may be cancelled or your plan may be changed to "Snooze HafH.”
