Lounge Available! Night View and Illuminations Seen from the 25th Floor

I stayed with my child, having heard that there is a lounge exclusive to guests. The entrance had a self-check-in, but the staff accompanied us and took our picture with an instant camera under the Christmas tree as a gift. The room wasn't very spacious and felt a bit old, but the bed was comfortable. The lounge on the 25th floor had different times for enjoying Hiroshima's local sweets, coffee, soft serve ice cream, and soft drinks, as well as happy hour with wine and time for late-night yogurt, making it very fulfilling. Especially since it was Christmas time, during happy hour, there was a live performance of Christmas songs, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Also, because it was Christmas season, from the lounge on the 25th floor, we could overlook the Doriminion on Peace Boulevard, and it was very beautiful. Even outside of the Doriminion season, the night view can be seen towards Ujina, so I think it's pretty. When booking with HafH, breakfast is not included, but you can pay directly at the restaurant on the same day. This exceeded my expectations! You can enjoy small dishes made with Hiroshima's local specialties and also Western dishes like the hotel's beef stew, cutlet sandwich, and French toast, all with a rich variety of desserts, leaving me very satisfied. Since you can have your meal on the same 25th floor as the lounge, the view was good, and it was a great start to the morning.

I used the guests-only lounge. It varies by the time of day, but at around snack time in the evening, I enjoyed Hiroshima's famous sweets, "Bachenn Mozart's barley cookies," "Lemon ten," and "limited edition shrimp chips." They were all delicious, and I ended up going back for more. In the evening, there was a late-night dessert time where I had the yogurt and pudding from "Chichiyasu," which originated in Hiroshima. I was torn between the two, but I ended up eating both. Eating them while looking at the night view from my window-side seat was the best. Additionally, after arriving in the evening, I was able to walk around the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Dome, which was perfect as a sightseeing base. There was a famous okonomiyaki restaurant called "Mitchan" near the hotel, which I used for dinner. Although there are several locations, I was lucky that the closest one had long hours. For the next day's breakfast, I learned I could eat there as long as I paid locally, so I decided to have breakfast there. The soft French toast and beef stew with chunks of meat were amazing! I ended up eating a lot of bread, but I couldn't resist trying the local specialty, anago rice. It was incredibly delicious. The breakfast at the hotel is generally similar to others, but they had local specialties from Hiroshima, which showed they put a lot of thought into their breakfast! I ended up eating too much but still wanted to try more breakfast. I would definitely like to use it again if given the opportunity.
