Since it's a relatively new facility, the hotel was very clean. The bath and toilet were separate, so I could relax in the bath and even take a soak. The front desk had an amenities bar with body towels, bath additives, and skincare products, so it was convenient without bringing anything! There were four elevators, but it got quite crowded during check-out times. Also, there was a convenience store nearby, which was convenient.

2024年オープンなので、ホテルはとてもキレイです。 まったくもって欠点がありません。 ダイワロイネットホテルならでは、１２歳まで添い寝無料！ ユニットバスではないので、お風呂も快適でした。 全室22平米以上で14階以上なので、景色も◎ ズボンプレッサーがあったり、マッサージチェアがあったり部屋によって違うようです。 1階にはセブンイレブンと24時間オープンのドラッグストアーがあります。　 駅には５分ちょっと歩きます。

A Quiet Hotel in Omiya

We stayed with two adults and two children. Since we were traveling by car, we utilized the parking lot, but be careful as there is also an entrance that seems to be for office use (?). There are amenities in the lobby, so don't forget to take them during check-in. There were many out of stock items at night. The room was clean and the view was pretty nice. There are many shops within walking distance for dinner from the hotel. The opposite side of the station is livelier with more people. There is a convenience store and a drugstore in the hotel, making it very convenient!

Going to Omiya for Daiwa Roynet Hotel

I had some errands along the same Keihin-Tohoku line where Omiya Station is located, and I made a reservation because I had Huff points. The new Daiwa Roynet Hotel usually has bathrooms separate from the toilet, so I appreciate being able to relax in the bath. The front desk is on the 14th floor, and the room I stayed in was even higher. Rooms with a view of Mount Fuji are particularly wonderful, but unfortunately, my room did not have that view this time. Since I stayed here to relax, I brought food with me, but Omiya Station has so many shops that it's easy to find what you want! It's also a nice service to have a bottle of water in the room. At the front desk, they usually have drip coffee and amenities, but this time there was only makeup cleansing, face wash, and lotion, with no cream or toner available. It's strange since other Daiwa Roynet hotels usually have a full set, so it might have been an exception?? The room was clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.

Relaxing Stay in the City After Year-End Work

Since it was the end of the year, the entrance on the second floor was decorated with kadomatsu. The lobby is where you go up by elevator. There was a staffed counter and a machine, and I looked at both for a moment. After confirming at the counter, the machine dispensed the room key for me. After that, you select your amenities and head to your room. The room had a user-friendly layout and was comfortable. Even though it was a single, I was pleased that there was a door between the bath and toilet. I didn’t really mind the sounds from the hallway. The futon... while the sheets and bed covers were clean, I noticed that only a part of the futon cover was open, which bothered me a bit. There was a drugstore and 7-Eleven on the first floor of the building, and I think there was a Lawson or another convenience store nearby. They said it was close to the station; it wasn’t far, but is it really close? It’s not as close as being directly connected. After walking it once, you get a feel for it, that kind of vibe.

A Trip to Enjoy Live Music and Tokyo

It's beautiful and close to the station. There is an elevator on the first floor (for convenience store use). I stayed here as it was close to my child's home, but it must be fully booked during live events like at Saitama Super Arena. Although it's a business hotel, the towels were fluffy, comparable to those of foreign hotels, and I was very satisfied. The presence of a proper drop-off area is also reassuring for luggage and pickups.

Since the hotel opened in March 2024, everything is very clean. I often use Daiwa Roynet Hotels, but I was lucky to stay at HafH! Staying on holidays was much more affordable than booking on the official site. What I love about Daiwa Roynet Hotel is that the bath and toilet are separate, allowing for a relaxing bath time. I took several baths during my stay. You need to bring your own amenities, which include makeup remover, facial wash, lotion, and bath salts, so it’s fine even for last-minute stays. The TV was large, and the room was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was available for 1950 yen at a place on the second floor, and the highlight was that they served seared bonito! There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor and Sogo nearby, and it’s just a five-minute walk from Omiya Station, which is very convenient.

A Hotel Perfect for My Favorite Activities, Close to Saitama Super Arena!

It was my first time staying at a Daiwa Roynet Hotel, and being a new hotel opened this year, it was incredibly clean. The access was also good, just one station away from Saitama Shintoshin where Saitama Super Arena is located. For check-in, I first went to the front desk where the staff were located, then checked in using a machine. I also indicated my breakfast preference at check-in, so I paid for breakfast via the machine as well. Check-out was also done via the machine. There was no need to interact with the staff, the process was all done through the machine. I opted for breakfast for an additional fee. It was a buffet style, and I was satisfied. I could even take drinks to go, so I grabbed some tea bags to bring back to my room. The staff were friendly too. From Omiya Station, just walk towards the Sogo side, go down the stairs at the corner by Sogo to the road with Bic Camera, and you will get there in no time. There's another hotel in front, but it's easy to find.

A new hotel that opened this year. Daiwa Roynet Hotel generally has a high level among business hotels, and this location also lived up to expectations! I would like to write in detail about my stay experience. 〈Room〉 Daiwa Roynet Hotel has many rooms with separate bathroom-toilet, and both rooms available in Omiya are separate types available for booking through HafH, so you can rest assured! You can also get bathing additives at the amenity corner on the first floor. 〈Amenities〉 In addition to the basics, there are skincare products like lotion, emulsion, and cleansing items, as well as bath additives and tea available at the amenity corner in front of the front desk. It's nice to have two types of original drip coffee unique to Daiwa Roynet Hotel! The generous amount of coffee grounds is also a big plus. 〈Surrounding Facilities〉 There is a Seven-Eleven on the first floor of the building, and a Lawson across the street. Moreover, there is a drugstore, so shopping is very convenient. There is a department store between Omiya Station and the hotel, which could be an option for dinner if needed! 〈Access〉 It's a 5-6 minute walk from Omiya Station, but by cutting through the department store, you can avoid boredom and stay dry in the rain. You can also stop by an electronics store or convenience store along the way, so I think it's in a very convenient location. This time I was able to stay for around 500 coins, which is very convenient and cheaper than the OTA market rate. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay again!
