From Kanazawa Station, head towards Cross Gate Kanazawa, and walk along the building. Because there are parts without a roof, during bad weather, it's best to pass under the roof at the bus stop and enter inside Cross Gate Kanazawa. Then, turn right in front of Emza Deli Market and proceed outside. As I stayed during a three-day weekend, the occupancy was higher than usual. However, there were no issues getting onto the elevator from the entrance to the lobby. That being said, the drink free-flow was quite crowded. If you’re alone or with one other person, you can find seats easily, and it was perfect to grab something while out. For toothbrushes and pajamas, it’s a style where you take the necessary amount from the amenity bar. The room was spacious with a clear movement flow. The view was of a parking lot and the railway, but on snowy days, it helped in planning my return (lol). It was nice to have a microwave. You can use it at 500W or 600W. There’s a 1L electric kettle and a coffee maker, with coffee being brewed from a large pack. Decaf is also available. The tea packs offered are Earl Grey and Darjeeling. There are sufficient supplies of fresh milk and sugar. At the lobby's H Market, there are local products from Ishikawa Prefecture, and the donut here was perfectly thawed while I prepared my tea. There are several flavors, but I chose the Noto blueberry with gold leaf. It's reasonably priced with a gentle sweetness, so I highly recommend it. Breakfast for one is included, which I had at the restaurant. It was relatively empty for about 10 minutes after opening, but after 30 minutes it became somewhat crowded. The Hyakumangoku rice goes well with curry, and besides bread, there were cereals and nuts available. Slowly enjoying mornings and evenings, going out during the day, buying what I liked and enjoying it in my room, it was truly a hotel where I could relax like at home.

【Day 1】 https://www.hafh.com/travel-stories/6123 This story is a continuation of the one above! 【Day 2】 On the second day morning, I enjoyed the hotel breakfast as well. Although it was similar to the previous day's menu, they had a limited-time New Year's menu, where kuri-kinton was replaced with Matsumae-zuke! I was delighted by the seasonal touch. During the day, I gathered with relatives for a homecoming and went to a nearby conveyor belt sushi restaurant. I enjoyed fresh and delicious sushi while spending a wonderful time. After returning to the hotel, I enjoyed my time alone. I went to the lounge, worked with a drink in hand. It was great to be able to concentrate quietly in a relaxing space while enjoying coffee and tea. As a limited-time New Year special during this stay, I received a Kutani-yaki small plate! What a wonderful surprise to receive such beautiful traditional crafts unique to Kanazawa.

This was my second stay in three years, and it was much more fulfilling than three years ago overall. The lounge offers all-you-can-drink beer, wine, and sake (free), which is an irresistible service for drink lovers. You can also enjoy this for free with reservations from HafH! Since it’s available until 20:00, it feels very cost-effective 🉐. Plus, the free breakfast is a sandwich buffet where you choose your favorite bread and make it yourself, and it’s the best. There are both curry and Japanese dishes, and the quality is unbelievable for something that’s free. This hotel with the best cost performance in front of the station is highly recommended!

I was impressed by its convenience and comfort, so I’ll provide you with the details! 【Location】 Hyatt House Kanazawa is situated right in front of Kanazawa Station inside "Cross Gate Kanazawa." This good location is a major attraction for travelers. The access of 0 minutes on foot from the station was very helpful as it minimized the movement with luggage! Whether visiting for sightseeing or business, the significant reduction in travel time cannot be overlooked. Moreover, Cross Gate Kanazawa is well-equipped with shopping and dining options, so you won't have to worry about meals or shopping. The calm atmosphere of the surrounding environment, despite being close to the station, is also one of its attractions. 【Room Features】 I stayed in a "King Room" with 28 square meters. This room combines spaciousness and functionality, featuring the following: 1. Separate bath and toilet, independent washbasin: Unlike many hotels in Japan that have combined baths, this one features a separate style, offering excellent cleanliness! The spacious bathtub, in particular, allows even taller guests to soak comfortably and is the perfect space to relax after the fatigue of travel. 2. This was my second trip to Kanazawa, and I stayed at Hyatt House Kanazawa. The lobby lounge was beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet. I was able to relax very elegantly. It was close to the station, so I could buy souvenirs, drop off my luggage, and go out which was very convenient. What I was most satisfied with was the all-you-can-drink sake of three types available at the lounge! They also had red wine, white wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and café lattes, etc. From 11:00 to 20:00, it was all-you-can-drink and it was very satisfying! There were no snacks provided, so I recommend going to a nearby shop to buy something to eat while drinking(^^) I will definitely come back the next time I visit Kanazawa! Please make sure to stay here everyone!

I stayed at the Hyatt House Kanazawa, which is just a stone's throw from Kanazawa Station. Its location is perfect for sightseeing since it's so close to the station. The hotel is new, so the water facilities are clean, the linen quality is excellent with a pleasant texture, and the bed was very comfortable. Above all, the complimentary drink service for guests is very generous! You can enjoy beer, wine, and even sake. The public facilities, including co-working spaces, are also well-equipped. I stayed for several nights, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

Literally just steps from Kanazawa Station, one of the Hyatt Group establishments, the lobby is like a lounge space, allowing teleworkers and nomadic workers to spend time relaxing (the lounge space is also available as a café for non-guest visitors, making it a great recommendation when looking for a workspace around Kanazawa Station). The rooms are well-equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities, characteristic of extended-stay hotels, and are spacious enough to provide a comfortable environment even for longer stays. For those seeking a more upscale atmosphere, there's a brand hotel called Hyatt Centric next door, which I also recommend. Generally, prices at Centric are higher, but sometimes the price difference with House is small, making it worth considering.

Hyatt House allows me to relax as if I’m at home, making it my "second home"—truly a "Home away from Home." The comfortable space and soft lighting perfectly blend the unique feel of a hotel with the coziness of home. While the rooms are lovely, my favorite is the café lounge that can also be used as a co-working space. The sunlight streaming in is pleasant, and it creates an environment conducive to smooth work. Plus, the coffee is affordably priced, which is a nice touch. When I want to take a break, there are terrace seats where I can enjoy the outside air, providing a great sense of openness. Access from the station is also very good, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. If you visit Kanazawa, I definitely recommend staying here once; you’ll surely want to make it your go-to spot.

I stayed at another hotel with HafH when I visited Kanazawa last year, but I wanted to stay here again and came back to Kanazawa. The spacious co-working space and the variety of free drinks make it comfortable. They also have Ishikawa sake and wine. The room is spacious, with a king-size bed, a sofa, and a table. There's even a microwave in the room. The bathtub is separate and easy to use. The complimentary breakfast was great with both Japanese and Western options, and I ended up eating a lot. It's conveniently located in front of the station, making it a hotel I'd like to stay longer.

I used this facility during the New Year holidays when I returned home. This facility is right in front of Kanazawa Station, making it a perfect base! There are many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets around, so you won't have any trouble with meals, and next to the check-in counter, there is an open space equipped with outlets and USB ports, which is also perfect for PC work! The room is as expected from a Hyatt hotel! The room is spacious and clean, with a modern design! The bath was luxurious and very stylish! Regarding breakfast, one person can enjoy it for free, while the second person and beyond will be charged. This buffet is not locally sourced; it is more of a light morning buffet, so if you want to enjoy local ingredients, I think it would be fun to take a morning walk to Omicho Market!

It's very convenient as it is right next to Kanazawa Station's rotary! After dining, you can return and enjoy complimentary sake and coffee at the lounge for a nice break. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a table, making it easy to spend time there. Ishikawa's traditional crafts and artworks were beautifully displayed throughout the facility, providing a visual delight. The checkout is at noon, which is late, so you can enjoy the complimentary breakfast and take your time before departure.

The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Kanazawa Station. It has a luxurious feel but is also casual. The cleanliness is great, making it comfortable to stay, and both the guest rooms and lobby are equipped for work. The service was also pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. I want to visit again and would like to stay at other Hyatts as well. Being close to the station makes it easy to use trains, rental cars, car shares, and taxis quickly, which makes moving around very convenient.
