A brief stay in Kuala Lumpur, at KLIA1, the most comfortable hotel on the arrival side is undoubtedly the Sama-Sama Hotel. With its Sultan-style decor, it's very impressive. The main advantage of the hotel is its location, just a few steps from Terminal 1, and it also offers golf cart shuttle service, a real blessing for lazy travelers. The rooms are spacious, with good hot water pressure, and they provide a work desk and a recliner, which is quite comfortable. The advantage of quickly reaching the check-in counter and boarding gate is definitely the hotel’s strength. Of course, there are no 100% perfect solutions; the hotel’s air conditioning has limited humidity control, making you feel as though you are in an equatorial country. Furthermore, the hotel will help travelers understand that "time is money." Here are a few tips to enjoy a more comfortable stay at Sama-Sama Hotel: 1. The hotel and airport connection passage is on the L2 of the KLIA1 arrival level (towards the parking area); the sign may not be very obvious, so look for it a bit. 2. At the airport connection passage entrance, there is a hotel sign 🪧 and an intercom ☎️ to contact the hotel to inform them that you need a Buggy Car shuttle (the drive takes about 5 minutes; walking is also an option depending on personal stamina). 3. The hotel will charge a tourism tax of 10 Malaysian Ringgit at check-in. 4. The HafH plan usually does not include breakfast; if needed, arrangements should be made separately.
