This is truly a 'God Hotel' where both adults and children are satisfied ✨ A family-friendly travel companion 😊 Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was incredible 👏 The free services are just amazing! ✅ Guest lounge With snacks, juice, and even alcohol 🍺 ✅ Plenty of child-friendly services Diapers are free! The kids loved the cotton candy. It tastes great when you make it yourself. There were chocolates, cookies, pancakes, and ice cream too. Nuts were available as snacks. It's open until 11 PM, so you can enjoy a beer after dinner or a bath 🍻 Perfect ✨ There's sparkling wine too, which makes the adults happy 🥂 It's ideal for outings to Disney and Chiba!

My Daughter's First Winter Disney Trip!

This was my second time using the hotel, but I experienced the welcome lounge for the first time. They had sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks, and snacks available, which I thought was a great service that everyone could enjoy. They even provided snacks for people with allergies, which I thought was wonderful. We visited at the end of the year, but I was pleased to find an affordable rate through HafH. I found the checkout process very easy as it only required returning the card, but I felt that the check-in could be improved because I had to operate the tablet myself, even though the staff was right in front of me, and the tablet’s response wasn’t very good, which didn’t feel very smart. Other than that, I was very satisfied!

Family Stay Before and After Disney

Although we were on the last flight to Haneda, we circled around for about 30 minutes due to cumulonimbus clouds, which was quite nerve-racking. There were still bus connections from the airport! We were grateful for the well-connected hotel. During check-in, I panicked when my reservation name didn’t show up, but it seems it was reserved in romaji. It took a bit of time to enter it on the touch panel, but after choosing my preferred amenities, I finally got to enter the nice room and felt relieved. The third bed was small, so it felt a bit cramped, which is a minor downside. The convenience store in the hotel was handy. The free shuttle bus to Disney was also convenient. The welcome lounge was closed upon arrival, so I used it the next day, but it was full, and I couldn't find a place to sit, so I took some snacks and drinks to my room and enjoyed them while relaxing. The cream puffs were delicious.

Enjoyable Hotel Stay ★★★

We stayed overnight for my nephew's debut at Disney. My sister was a bit anxious as it was their first hotel stay, but they fulfilled all our requests made over the phone, such as pushing the beds against the wall, joining two beds together, and providing a bed guard, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. My nephew was thrilled with the projection mapping at the reception and didn't want to go to our room for a while, as it seemed he was enjoying the dreamland even before we got to the park♬ The adults were also excited about the free drinks (beer and wine) and free ice cream! (laughs) I went to get the amenities around 17:30, but unfortunately, the children's pajamas were not available as shown in the photo, so I recommend going early if you want to borrow them! It was slightly raining, but since the hotel is directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, we were able to go to Atre without getting wet and enjoyed buying some side dishes to have a relaxed meal in our room~

I stayed to go to Disney with my 2-year-old daughter alone. Traveling with my daughter can lead to a lot of luggage... but since she might want to be carried, I wanted to go with as little luggage as possible! When I found out that this hotel provided children’s pajamas, diapers, and toothbrushes, I decided to stay there. By the way, I won the JAL private party, but since I found out about the win just a month before, I had given up as nothing was available. (Since DisneySea closes at 22:30, I knew my daughter would fall asleep and we would need to return to the hotel by shuttle bus.) On other sites, the prices were unbelievable due to the last-minute bookings, but I felt it was a great deal since I could stay using hafh points. Despite the shuttle bus closing to the public at 18:30, they increased the number of buses for the private party and sent the last bus at 23:05. I was confused about the boarding area at first, but it was in front of the car stop on the first floor (indoor). The return is from bus stop number 8 at DisneySea! The breakfast buffet was really delicious, and my daughter enjoyed it as well. I recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice and the hamburger. The projection mapping that was canceled due to COVID has restarted, and my daughter played for a while.

Fun for the Whole Family! The Charm of Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay

Recently, our family of five stayed at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, making it worry-free even with our three children. The lounge service was particularly appealing; the kids loved enjoying juice and snacks, bringing them great joy! It was a relaxing time for the whole family. In a corner reminiscent of an amenity buffet, we could freely choose the items we needed, which was a delightful bonus that helped reduce our travel load. Additionally, there was a Lawson convenience store on the premises, offering not only drinks and snacks but also a variety of Disney-themed souvenirs that we could conveniently purchase before heading home. Being close to the Disney Resort, this hotel is truly convenient for families. With attentive service and a comfortable atmosphere, it was a wonderful stay that made us want to come back!

Directly Connected to Shin-Urayasu Station! Free Shuttle Bus to Tokyo Disneyland

Upon check-in, there is a welcome corner with drinks & alcohol (beer, wine) bar, snacks, and ice cream buffet, which is quite enjoyable. I entered at 3 PM, so I could enjoy popular snacks (chocolate with dried fruits) plenty! Some items may run out by evening, so I recommend checking in early if possible. The elevator is reasonably ample, but it gets very crowded when returning from Disney Resort. However, this time I was lucky to have a room on the 3rd floor, so I could easily go up the escalator without the crowd. The amenity corner was also very satisfying and well stocked. Although the coin count is considerable, hotels in this area tend to be quite high, and if you’re in a triple or quadruple room, it feels like a good deal.

Birthday Celebration at Disney🥳

My wife wanted to go to Disney for her birthday, so I thought it would be nice to celebrate with a hotel dinner as well, which is why I chose this hotel. It was a delightful place for kids, where they could play in an interaction space with animals and plants, and enjoy snacks, ice cream, and drinks freely at the complimentary welcome lounge. It was quiet when we arrived in the evening, but it got crowded with people coming back from Disney at night, so I recommend going early. The room had a larger bed, and we were able to rest comfortably. Since the Gran Sanc at the hotel was under renovation that day, we went to the Chinese buffet, which I don’t usually visit, but I enjoyed it. We ordered a birthday cake in advance, so we were able to celebrate the birthday properly, and I was very satisfied.

A Hotel to Enjoy Both TDR and Gourmet

A hotel just a short walk from Shin-Urayasu Station, with buses to Disney. Free soft drinks and ice services are available, and the amenities corner is well-equipped, making the service appealing. Note ⚠️: From 9:30 AM onward, when guests from Disney start arriving, the lobby gets extremely crowded, so early check-in is recommended.

During the Christmas season, when accommodation costs everywhere increase, I was glad to be able to book with HafH. The Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay is directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, making it convenient to drop off luggage before entering the park. There are free hotel shuttles to both Disneyland and DisneySea. I thought the bus would be easier to walk to compared to the distance. Both parks have a pickup point at stop number 7. The hotel offers stylish amenity pickup rooms, a lounge exclusive to guests (until 11 PM, with beer and sparkling wine!), a microwave, washing machine, and lockers, making it suitable for a long stay. There is also a convenient Lawson store.

The lounge accessible to all guests is the best!

I've used it several times! The lounge that all guests can use is the best with unlimited snacks and drinks (one time per group). The amenity bar even has diapers, making it perfect for families with children. There is a foot massager in the room, so your tired feet from the park can be healed. There are plenty of shuttle buses to the park! It's directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, so it's easy to travel by train. There's also a convenience store (Lawson) in the hotel!

Just a few minutes by bus from Disney, the access is excellent! Also, the amenities are plentiful, with diapers, dental kits, pajamas, and more, which is very nice for children! Plus, there’s a lounge where both adults and kids can enjoy unlimited snacks and drinks (including alcohol), making it a guaranteed place to relax! For families visiting Disney, this is definitely the place to be!

Outstanding Cost Performance with Lounge Access! A Family-Friendly Hotel

Standard Plus (Twin) We stayed with 2 adults and a 2-year-old child. In this room, children up to 6 years old can sleep free of charge with the same number of adults. I requested a child's bedding, bed guard, and diaper trash can through a message to Hafh, and they kindly agreed and even suggested pushing the bed against the wall, which was very helpful. In the self-service amenity corner 'Tiroir', you can borrow M/L diapers, children's pajamas (90cm/110cm/130cm), facial wash, lotion, emulsion, toothbrush, bath additives, coffee, tea, paper plates, spoons, and forks, and you can also borrow a toy for your child, which can help reduce travel luggage. The lounge is open to everyone and had marshmallows, cookies, gummies, ramune, and nuts available. Children could enjoy making their own colorful cotton candy. You could also bring beer, sparkling water, and juice back to your room in plastic cups to enjoy leisurely. At that time, we could use the lounge multiple times, but it seems to have changed to a ticket system where each group can use it only once now. We stayed in late March, and by around 8 PM, the hotel was packed with people returning from the park, and the lounge was also crowded. The elevators were so busy that you had to wait in line to get on. I think it would be good for those checking in at this time to use the smart check-in from the official website, where you can pre-enter your information.

After checking in, we enjoyed snacks and drinks in the lounge, and we could take any amenities we liked from the special room, which was fun just to look at. The children’s pajamas tend to run out quickly, so it might be better to go get them early.
