This time, I stayed in a "City View Room" 🌟 I requested an upgrade at the front desk for a fee 👏🏻 Upon entering the room, I was greeted with a stunning view of Yokohama through the large window 🌃 The magic hour was particularly beautiful, and I couldn't help but take lots of pictures 🌆✨ The time spent gazing at the view from the sofa by the window was the ultimate luxury 👏🏻 One of the charms of this hotel is that it comes with a kitchen! In the evening, I bought pasta and salad from a supermarket on the first floor and easily prepared them in my room ☺️ It felt just like living in Yokohama♪ Moreover, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washing machine with a dryer! It seemed very convenient and comfortable for long stays✨ A wonderful hotel stay where I got to experience my dream tower living✨ I wonder what kind of view I'll enjoy next time🥰

I finally had the opportunity to stay at this hotel that I had been interested in for so long! 〈Hotel Overview〉 It is a hotel from the Ascot group, and in Yokohama, the Citadines Harborfront Yokohama is also part of the same group and has been added to HafH. Oakwood is a higher-end brand. The upper floors of 'The Tower Yokohama Kitakawata', the tallest residential building in Yokohama City, are serviced apartments with 175 rooms. 〈Room〉 I was in a bottom-tier room, but it was a spacious space, and I didn't feel stressed at all. The refrigerator is large, and combined with the kitchen, I think it's perfect for long stays. The coins are not cheap, so it's quite difficult to stay for multiple nights, but even with just one night, I was able to simulate high-rise apartment living. 〈View〉 I was right to book a city view room! From the balcony, I could enjoy the magnificent view of Minato Mirai, and I was very satisfied. There is also a free observation floor on the front floor that anyone can enter, so it might be a good idea to check it out when you come to Yokohama. 〈Access〉 You can enter directly from Bashamichi Station on the Minato Mirai line. JR and Sakuragicho Station on the subway are also within walking distance, and you can walk the distance to the Minato Mirai Station while sightseeing in the Minato Mirai area.

This time, I chose a residence-style hotel with a kitchen and washing machine because I needed to stay in Yokohama for work. Using HafH's messaging feature, they adjusted the check-in/check-out process so that I could seamlessly connect my reservation made through the Oakwood official website, making my stay very comfortable. This hotel is a serviced apartment type, with a full kitchen and washing machine in every room, making it perfect for long-term stays. I noticed many guests who looked like business people, in addition to tourists. The room amenities are more than satisfactory. What stands out the most is the breathtaking view from the window! On a clear winter morning, you can see the magnificent Mt. Fuji, and at night, the sparkling Minato Mirai city is a feast for the eyes. It’s suitable for long-term business stays, but I think one of the fun ways to use this hotel is to enjoy a homely party while dreaming of tower living and admiring the stunning views.

Due to the impact of inbound tourism, hotel prices in Tokyo soared. However, Oakwood Suites Yokohama offers a stay at a reasonable coin rate. The highlight of this facility is the beautiful night view of Yokohama from the upper floors. It's absolutely stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, making it also suitable for long stays. Even if you have business in Tokyo, I recommend extending your trip to Yokohama if time allows.

Despite making a reservation on the same day, I was upgraded to a better room. It was a 1LDK right next to the elevator. It was barrier-free with a bath care chair, making it very suitable for seniors and those with physical disabilities. Being on a high floor, both the room and the reception offered a stunning view. There is a supermarket restaurant and event space on the lower floors, and it's conveniently located along Nihon Odori. I would love to visit again as a treat for myself.

The view is excellent and the cleanliness is outstanding! There are separated bathrooms, which is great for couples, and the bath is spacious. Plus, it comes with a kitchen. Additionally, there is a gym with a fantastic view. When you think of Yokohama, you might think of its "night view" and many might imagine the Royal Park Hotel overlooking the night scenery. Certainly, the Royal Park Hotel is amazing, offering views centered around the famous Ferris wheel. Oakwood Suites allows you to take in the night view of not only the Ferris wheel but also the cityscape centered around the Royal Park Hotel all at once. If you're going to make a reservation, make sure to choose the city view! The kitchen is also nicely sized for couples, equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. You can only bring in ingredients and alcohol!! The bath is clean and spacious for washing. I highly recommend this for couples.

Especially on the 46th floor, where the check-in occurs, there is a spacious observation area where you can enjoy breathtaking views. You’ll definitely be overwhelmed by Yokohama’s cityscape from the moment you step in. The hotel is conveniently attached to a commercial facility within the same building, making shopping very easy. There are various shops and restaurants on the first floor, ensuring that you won't feel inconvenient even during a short stay. During my stay this time, I purchased alcoholic beverages and local ingredients at the supermarket on the first floor to enjoy a leisurely dinner in my room. The comfort of the room, combined with the ability to enjoy local flavors easily, is one of the unique joys of such facilities. As night falls, Yokohama’s night view unfolds completely differently from the daytime. The night view from the high floors is truly stunning, with the glittering lights of the buildings and the distant observation wheel creating a romantic atmosphere. While it’s nice to relax in the room while enjoying the night view, it’s also recommended to go outside and explore the night streets. Around the hotel, elegant cafes and bars are scattered about, offering plenty of spots to enjoy Yokohama at night. This time, I had a laid-back stay on a day with no particular plans, and that relaxing atmosphere was pleasantly comforting, refreshing both my body and mind. Next time, I would love to revisit this hotel to create special memories for an anniversary with my partner. This hotel is perfect for spending special days, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Since there is a kitchen, it’s great to buy some food from the supermarket on the first floor or a delicious bakery and enjoy a meal with coffee from the room while taking in the breathtaking view.

I booked my stay because my favorite artist was performing at Yokohama Pia Arena. Since it was close to the venue, I bought some goods during the day, checked into the hotel, and relaxed a bit before the concert. The view from the hotel was amazing, and the city view room was close to Yokohama Stadium. Luckily, when I returned to the hotel after the concert, I could see the post-match fireworks from my room. The shared lounge was also a great place to relax.

A hotel (tower mansion) in Yokohama that you must stay at at least once! I was on the 51st floor, and the night view was stunning. It had a washing machine, refrigerator, and a full set of dishes, so long stays are possible. My friends and I are definitely saying, "Let's go again!! Absolutely!!"

This hotel occupies the upper floors of a super high-rise building and is unique for having a balcony on the 50th floor. It is designed like an apartment, making it ideal for long stays, as each room is equipped with a washing machine, rice cooker, microwave, and everything you need. The refrigerator can automatically make ice, as you would expect from a standard model. The cooking utensils are impressive, too. And each room is equipped with a manual whisk for making cake cream! This hotel is comfortable even for long stays, but it also feels spacious for just a single night. Guests can freely use the lounge exclusively for them. While there is no alcohol, coffee and tea are available for free! If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Yokohama, I highly recommend this hotel!
