We used this hotel while taking a family trip to Himeji Central Park. We brought a 0-year-old and a 4-year-old. We had a good view of Himeji Castle from our room. Although it was a twin-bed room, they kindly responded to our request to connect the beds.

This time, I visited the "Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji" located in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture through HafH. It's about a 5-minute walk from Himeji Station, making it convenient for both business and tourism. Here is the room I stayed in. Standard single. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji opened in 2018 and still has a new and clean impression overall. There’s also a perfect desk for PC work. Next to the bed is an alarm clock, an outlet with a USB power supply, and a lighting switch for the room. The refrigerator has a decent capacity. Please note that it won't cool unless it's plugged in. There’s also an air purifier, which will be useful during pollen season. Since it is not a unit bath, the bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathtub and shower space are separate, so I was happy to be able to take a nice shower. I stayed on the 11th floor, so the view from the window was a panoramic view of Himeji city. Unfortunately, it was raining on the day, but I think there would be nice views on a clear day. As for Wi-Fi speed, with this much speed, I think you can work without any problems if you're using it normally. On the day of my stay, I visited by car, so I went to the parking space within the hotel grounds. The staff directed me to the multi-story parking lot, and you can freely enter and exit the car as many times as you like during your stay. After checkout, if you give the parking ticket to the staff, they will take your car down for you. There is also an automatic check-in machine at the front desk, so if the front desk is crowded, it's smooth to proceed with the process here. Checking out just requires inserting your card into this machine, and you’re done. On the 1st floor of the hotel, there’s a tempura restaurant called "Yoshifuku." I didn’t eat there, but the hotel breakfast seems to be a buffet style as well. Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji opened in 2018, is still new and clean, and provides the comforting quality of the Daiwa Roynet hotels. It's convenient for both business and tourism, so if you're looking for a HafH base near Himeji Station, why not give it a try?
