I was looking for a hotel that was easy to move to from Itami Airport, and I decided on this one. I arrived by bus from the airport to Herb Osaka, and it was within a 5-minute walk. This time, I relaxed in my room and didn't use it, but it seems that light meals are served in the lounge at set times, so I think the service is great. ^_^ There is also a large communal bath for refreshing!

About the Hotel 🥂 The lounge service is truly wonderful. The photo shows the happy hour from 17:00 and the coffee I took out. It was available for use almost all the time except during breakfast and late at night. 🛏️ The room was spacious enough for one person to stay comfortably. It was clean and easy to spend time in. 🛁 You can also use the large public bath. It's great to be able to soak in the tub on a cold day! There’s also a massage chair making it very comfortable. Access to Osaka Castle Hall It's easily accessible from any station! I stayed at 'Hotel Intergate Osaka' through HafH! Hotel Intergate Osaka is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Station's Sakurabashi Exit and about 4 minutes from the Herbustin Osaka, where the airport limousine bus stops. 【Lounge】 The biggest recommendation of Hotel Intergate Osaka is its well-equipped lounge service! You can enjoy free activities like morning smoothies and coffee, afternoon tea, happy hour, and a chazuke buffet. (Be careful that breakfast and some drinks are not free.) We arrived late and enjoyed the chazuke buffet, which is limited from 20:00 to 22:00. Despite being free, there was a variety of ingredients, and the rice was delicious. The seasonings, dashi and tea, were also prepared, allowing us to enjoy it in double! 【Large Public Bath & Gym】 On the top floor, the 18th floor of Hotel Intergate Osaka, there is a large public bath and gym, available for free to guests. The men's public bath offers a dry sauna and cold bath, while the women's bath has security at the entrance, a jet bath, a shampoo bar, and even a free massage machine, which is just the best... 【Room】 Upon entering the room, there is an open closet and bathroom on the right, and a luggage rack and large mirror on the left. The room has a large desk, making it easy to work on a PC. The bathroom and toilet are together, but it was clean and tidy. Even with the public bath available, it’s nice to have a bathtub in the room. The refrigerator is small, and there were two complimentary bottles of water. Basic amenities were provided in the room, and you could take extra ones from beside the front desk. The room had a toothbrush set and bath amenities (POLA), and a Panasonic hair dryer. The amenity bar also has drip coffee, bath salt, and basic skincare products from Sekkisei, which I thought was a nice service. The pajamas are a separate top and bottom style, and the hotel’s original Simmons bed was comfortable to sleep on. Hotel Intergate Osaka is a recommended hotel with great transportation access, a public bath, and a rich selection of free lounge services. A hotel with a lounge that all guests can use is rare at HafH. If you are looking for a hotel near Osaka Station, be sure to make a reservation!

I stayed at a hotel due to a flight cancellation Like before, I thought the lounge service was still excellent. The night rice porridge in particular was the best. It was rich in ingredients and very delicious. The breakfast buffet, which was an additional charge, also had a selection not often seen in other buffets, fresh and tasty.

I checked in around 8 PM after having dinner in Umeda. It was a bit crowded during check-in, but there were plenty of counters, so the process went smoothly. In the lounge, I had free ochazuke, which was the perfect way to end the day. The large public bath was also spacious and clean, and I enjoyed my time there.

This time I used HafH to come to 'Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda'. It is recommended to go to the hotel from the Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Station, which takes about a 5-minute walk. The room I stayed in was a superior double. The overall tone is monochrome, providing a very calm atmosphere. There’s a desk for working on your PC, making it feel like a 'high-quality business hotel'. The superior double is spacious enough for one person to stay. For two people, it might be a bit cramped... If you're staying in this room, I recommend it for one person. If you're staying with two people, I think upgrading to a 'superior twin room' or 'deluxe twin room' will provide more space. The room's desk is spacious and comfortable to use. I slept well on a mattress developed in collaboration with Simmons. The bathroom is of the unit bath type. It feels like a business hotel, but it is still new and has a feeling of cleanliness. The shampoo set was by POLA. As for the hotel entrance, it’s bright at night, making it noticeable, but you might pass by it during the day without realizing. By the way, it is locked at midnight, so if you go out and come back late, be sure to hold the card key up to the reader next to the intercom to get back in. If you go further inside, there’s an escalator to the 2nd floor where the wide and open lobby is, where the check-in and check-out desk is located. On the 18th floor, there's a spa and fitness gym, which I recommend. If you're going to stay, although the room bath is nice, please try to relax in the large public bath on the 18th floor. By the way, the men's bath has a sauna and cold water bath, while the women's bath has a jacuzzi. The lounge offers 'free services' six times a day. This 'free service' is the charm of this hotel. From 6:00 to 7:00, handmade smoothies are available for free. Other than in the morning, fresh coffee can be enjoyed after check-in during the afternoon service hours between 15:00 and 21:00. From 21:00 to 23:00, there’s a tea porridge buffet during the time when you might get a little hungry. On Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, you can also enjoy sparkling wine called 'Bubbles Experience' at breakfast! There are many HafH bases around Osaka Station, but if you're looking for a nice hotel, I highly recommend this HafH base.

There is a bathtub in the room, but the large public bath is open until 1 AM, so I was able to use it comfortably even after returning late. The room was spacious with a couch sofa where I could lie down and relax. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, but I was grateful for the coffee and smoothie service available from 6 AM, as I love my morning coffee. It seemed like it was possible to take drinks back to the room as well. Breakfast costs an additional ¥2,420, but it was very satisfying with a wide variety of dishes using plenty of vegetables, as well as an abundance of fruits and desserts!
