A Special Experience in Aizuwakamatsu!

I accumulated HafH coins and boldly stayed at Okawa-so, a place I had wanted to visit for a long time. At the entrance, I was greeted with a live Shamisen performance 🎶 The room was spacious and comfortable. The main attractions are, of course, the hot springs ♨️ and dinner. There are two hot spring areas: the main large bath and a cypress bath located in a small hut by the river a bit down the stairs (I couldn't take a photo of the hot springs, so please check the HafH facility guide). Dinner was a Japanese course meal, rivaling the luxury of the best dishes I’ve had. There was so much food that I couldn’t finish it, so please go with an empty stomach.

Aizu Ashinomaki Onsen is known for its abundant hot spring water, and this accommodation offers luxurious free-flowing hot spring! The 'Shiki Butai Tanada,' inspired by rice terraces, features a breathtaking panorama and fresh spring water bubbling up from the bottom! With its abundant water supply, the open-air bath is irresistible for hot spring lovers✨ Don't miss the shamisen performance in the lobby, which is famous at Okawa-so! The beautiful architecture and the sound of the shamisen elevate the travel mood◎ It is recommended to use wide-angle mode for photography📷 Dinner featured dishes made with ingredients from Fukushima, leaving both my heart and body fully satisfied🥰 This was an onsen inn I definitely want to visit again☺️

Expanding World of Demon Slayer

The moment you enter, the magnificent lobby spreads before you! It makes you feel the world of Demon Slayer. In the evening, you can also listen to shamisen performances, making it enjoyable to see and hear. The ambiance changes drastically between day and night, allowing you to enjoy a different side each time. Dinner is a kaiseki meal, and there is enough quantity to satisfy even a man’s appetite! Breakfast is buffet style, and the fluffy egg rice is delicious 😋 The room is spacious and very clean! It lifts your spirits! In the evening, I recommend sitting on the sofa and watching your favorite videos on the large TV at a leisurely pace. The large public bath also has a sauna where you can lie down and an open-air bath. The open-air bath is a rare type with multiple tiers where you can enjoy the view of the river flowing below. It's simply the best... Please do try it!
