Best Location! Lounge Access in the Heart of Myeongdong! Perfect for Relaxing

Amidst my busy daily life, I booked a plan with lounge access for a leisurely hotel stay. I could only go at night, but the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. The lovely night view and comfortable sofas created a happy atmosphere. This is a highly recommended hotel for those who want to enjoy shopping and skincare in Korea. The staff at the front desk speak fluent Japanese, so there are no language barriers. It's incredibly convenient. Right in front of the hotel, there's a Starbucks and Sushi-Ro. Olive Young is a 30-second walk. If you book twice, you can change to a twin room for an additional 33,000 won (about 3,600 yen). Toothbrushes are chargeable by law in Korea, so if you're particular, bring your own. Breakfast is on the same 21F floor as the lounge, and it tastes good simply because of the beautiful view. When I went at 8 AM, it was completely reserved for us.

I stayed for two nights. [Meals] Breakfast was buffet style. It coincided perfectly with the sunrise, and I was able to see a beautiful sunrise. The snacks and drinks available in the lounge were also very good. [Amenities] The towels and bathrobes were thick, fluffy, and well-made. [Location] There is a Starbucks right in front and familiar shops like Olive Young very close by, but it's not in the middle of Myeongdong, so I think the location is just right without being too noisy. Of course, it’s within walking distance to Myeongdong Station! [Others] I originally booked a double room due to no twin rooms available, but when I requested a twin room on a whim, they immediately changed it for me. The staff's ability to communicate in foreign languages was completely fine, and I felt at ease during my stay.

I stayed alone in Seoul. Despite being a long-established hotel, I felt no sense of age, and the hospitality from the staff was excellent, allowing me to have a comfortable stay! It is located in the heart of Myeongdong, offering great access to shopping and other tourist attractions.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3 stars) Pros: Luxurious feel of the facilities, atmosphere of the café lounge Cons: The room had a slightly outdated feel I stayed at ROYAL HOTEL SEOUL, a city hotel located in the Myeongdong area that also supports Japanese. Many of the guests were Japanese. While there are many more affordable and cleaner hotels nearby, this hotel feels like a safe choice for international travel at a slightly higher price.
