It’s the perfect accommodation for a living-like travel style! The room is still new and shiny, the toilet and bath are separate, and the washing machine and dryer (with detergent provided) are free to use, which was great. I think it will be very useful for short and long stays. I want to stay longer next time.^_^\nThe only points to note are the self-check-in, so luggage storage is not available, and there are amenities, but no water is provided.

沖縄・那覇で快適に過ごせる宿を探していたところ、見つけたのが「コンドミニアムリゾート那覇リビングイン旭橋駅前アネックス」。那覇空港からモノレールで約10分、旭橋駅から徒歩圏内で、観光にもビジネスにも便利な立地のコンドミニアムタイプの宿泊施設です。周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もあり、利便性が高い印象でした。コンドミニアムというだけあって、広々とした空間が確保されており、快適に過ごせました。食材を買って簡単な料理も可能。

Convenient Location Right in Front of Public Transportation!

I used this as a base to spend the New Year's holidays in the mild climate of Okinawa. It was a condominium-type hotel with a washing machine, gas dryer, cooking utensils (IH cooker, rice cooker, pots, dishes), and a room equipped with a refrigerator with freezer.

Grateful for the Washer & Dryer!

The room is a condominium type, close to the station and bus terminal, with separate bath and toilet, a kitchen, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Since I stayed on Saturday, 2/1, hotels in the surrounding area were also expensive, so it was fantastic to secure this hotel's location through HafH! I stayed here on the first night of a 3-night, 4-day trip. First, I washed and dried the clothes I came in, and the next morning I was able to wash and dry my pajamas, so I felt grateful that I could pack fewer clothes. There are izakaya, Okinawa soba shops, and convenience stores around, so I had no trouble at all with food. The kitchen is also equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. I bought a bento for dinner, and since there were rice bowls and such, it was easy to share with the kids! The bed configuration has three beds together, providing ample space for two adults and a 3-year-old and a 2-year-old. Also, the water pressure is quite strong! I was surprised! I'm not good with low water pressure, so that was a pleasantly surprising point. Haha.

First Night Arrival in Okinawa in the Afternoon

We stayed overnight when arriving in the afternoon on a Naha flight. It's just a few minutes' walk from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail. I think this is a good hotel for the first night when heading to northern Okinawa or Ishigaki Island the next day. Our family stayed together as three. The beds filled the room, but we didn't fall off. There’s a kitchen with tableware and pots provided. The refrigerator is fairly large, which is helpful for preparing small meals in the room. The bath is a bit small. There’s also a washing machine and a gas dryer. This gas dryer was very helpful as it dries things quickly.

Cruise Ship Journey from Okinawa

I utilized an overnight stay to board a cruise ship departing from Okinawa. It was close to Asahibashi Station, and I arrived without getting lost. The check-in was unattended, but the procedure was clear, and I was able to enter the room quickly. The room had a refrigerator, a mini kitchen, and a microwave, making it suitable for long stays. I was also happy to have a bath with a bathroom.

Convenient for a two-night stay! You can live like in a mansion!

It’s about a 4-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. The room has a triple bed, kitchen with some dishware, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, and a bathtub, making it a very comfortable room for the last day or even for consecutive days. It's convenient to heat things up that you took out, or to buy and heat things from a convenience store or frozen items for breakfast. There’s also a full-length mirror and a closet, making it convenient to hang your clothes. I have also stayed at a nearby OMO, but while it's more stylish there, I believe the cost performance here is better.

I used this place for my last day in Okinawa! To avoid confusion, it's Annex, not Condominium Premium. If you want to store your luggage before check-in, the Annex is unattended, but you can deposit your suitcase at the Condominium Premium as it is staffed. The location is convenient as it's close to Asahibashi Station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby! Check-in is done by entering the number on the screen to retrieve the key from the box, so I recommend taking a screenshot of the number. In a triple room, there’s a washing machine, a full-length mirror, a vacuum cleaner, a kitchen, and even a bathtub, though it's a bit cramped, and there’s a hanger closet, so you can live like in an apartment. Dishes and detergent are provided, making it possible to wash your water bottle. For dinner, I used Mikado and took out Okinawa set meals to eat in my room, and there are also restaurants nearby, which is convenient. It takes about a 10-minute walk, but I highly recommend George Restaurant's tacos, which are very delicious. In this area, there are also hourly rental cars available, and rather than taking the rental car bus from the airport, I think it’s better to move quickly by Yui Rail and rent from Sky Rent-a-Car. It's about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Earth Rent-a-Car is also convenient, so please check it out!

The Best Accommodation for Condo Lovers.

It's a 3-minute walk from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail from Naha Airport. There is no front desk, and check-in is done via a tablet device (checking in online in advance makes it smoother). The room is a small condominium. The table is a bit small. There is a kitchen equipped with a microwave, a two-door refrigerator, a kettle, frying pan, knife, kitchen scissors, cutting board, plates, bowls, chopsticks, forks, spoons, etc. There is a washing machine and a dryer! The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The view overlooks the national road and the Yui Rail. You can live like a local.

We used it the day before leaving, and being close to the station and having a rental car were key factors, allowing our family of four to sleep comfortably in a triple room! I loved that it had a mansion-like setup with a bathtub! Since it also had a kitchen and washing machine, it was convenient to wash and dry swimsuits on the last day! Even if you take out dinner, they provide plates and chopsticks, which is convenient. You can also wash water bottles with detergent! It's an unmanned check-in, so I recommend taking a screenshot of your check-in number!

Like a Weekly Mansion!

This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station, a 20-minute walk from Tomari Port, and about 10 minutes from Fukushuen. Check-in is unattended, which might be a bit difficult for those who are not used to that. Rather than a hotel, it feels more like a weekly mansion, as it has almost everything you need for daily living, including a bath and toilet (separate type), washing machine, dryer, kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave! If you're going to Okinawa, I think you'll be going to the beach often, so having a washing machine and dryer in the room is very helpful. The kitchen is equipped with cooking tools and dishes, and you can borrow a rice cooker at the front desk. Of course, there are steak shops and Okinawan cuisine restaurants near the hotel, as well as convenience stores, but since meat is sold cheaply at supermarkets in Okinawa, it might be fun to buy some and grill it in your room.

Conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail. Although it's along Route 58, it can be noisy at times. It's a self-check-in condominium, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, washing machine, and dryer, making it convenient for long stays. It seems that the WiFi has speed restrictions, so streaming videos may be challenging.

Spacious Triple Room!

I couldn't find many triple rooms in Naha for my stay, but this one came with a washing machine and kitchen, which was extremely convenient. It had a microwave, dishes, sponges, and even detergent, which were a great help. Also, it was very close to the Yui Rail station, so even though it was raining, I had no trouble!

The room had a view of the Yui Rail, and my child was thrilled! It had a washing machine and kitchenette, so we could live comfortably. I was solo parenting, but it was very convenient being close to the station and the convenience store is right there! I would love to use this place again!!!

Comfortable Stay

As a minimalist, summer requires laundry. So, I've recently become fond of condominium accommodations. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and it's a tough distance without an umbrella when it rains, but if it's cool, I can walk to Kokusai Street, making it a reasonably convenient location. There’s a massage place on the first floor that I wanted to try. Maybe next time.
