After shopping at the nearby VISON, I stayed here😊 It’s about a 20-minute drive🚗 The hotel was new and clean, and I had a comfortable stay! There was no bathtub in the room, and no public bath, so only a shower was available, but the toilet was separate, which was nice🙆‍♀️ Also, since the hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant, you need to eat before check-in or find something nearby, but there are supermarkets and izakayas within walking distance, so I didn’t have any trouble! You can buy beer and local Daiouyama milk at the shop, so I could take it back to my room for drinking🍺✨

The destination for this trip was the convenient Fairfield by Marriott Mie Okuise Odaï, a hub for sightseeing in Mie. The moment I stepped inside, I felt like a special time was beginning. What struck me first was the hotel’s lounge area. Of course, there was free-flowing coffee and tea available, but they even had instant miso soup, which was cozy. Moreover, the space was decorated with local crafts and interiors, allowing me to feel the history and culture of the area. There was a small terrace outside, and taking a deep breath there made the delicious air lighten my mood. The tables were equipped with Wi-Fi and outlets, perfect for getting work done. It felt incredibly luxurious to be able to progress on work while relaxing during my trip. The guest room met my expectations with its simplicity and cleanliness. Two bottles of free mineral water were provided, along with other drinks. It was a nice touch. Furthermore, after checking in, I was offered a drink in gratitude for filling out a survey. I chose the Japanese black tea, which was surprisingly delicious, making me want to drink several cups. In the evening, I enjoyed some snacks and sashimi I bought at a local supermarket in my room. Savoring the local flavors while feeling an indescribable sense of fulfillment made me really appreciate the joy of travel. My stay in Mie turned out to be a perfect time for refreshing both my mind and body. I definitely want to visit again!

The roadside station in Okuise is very close by. There is a space in the hotel lobby where you can enjoy coffee and instant miso soup, so I enjoyed the rice balls and side dishes I bought at the roadside station♩

There's parking available and it's close to the station! There are also supermarkets and places to eat nearby, so the location is very good ^ ^ It's nice and full of nature too! The hotel staff was very kind, and the room was larger than I expected, so I was satisfied ^ ^ In the shared space, I spent some relaxing time reading a book and writing in my notebook at night! It was a very comfortable time ^ ^ I also brought breakfast and ate it in the shared space! I enjoyed a leisurely stay ^ ^
