Right next to Ureshino Onsen Station, the hotel features a beautiful exterior, a sophisticated lobby, and calming rooms—all of which were completely satisfying. The staff at the front desk kindly marked locations and parking spots on a map for me, which was extremely helpful🥹. The miso soup in the lobby was heartwarming😌.

Four Generations of Girls' Trip

I planned a one-night trip to Ureshino with my elderly mother, daughter, and granddaughter, four generations of us. We quickly decided to use this hotel. I reserved a twin room, and my daughter booked a king room. The hotel has a simple four-story exterior adjacent to Ureshino Onsen Station. The interior was also efficient, allowing for a smooth check-in in a calm atmosphere. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The room was very neat with large windows and plenty of space. Although it had a shower room without a bathtub, I thought those who enjoy hot springs would find it even more enjoyable by using nearby facilities. Our purpose was to enjoy the surreal space rather than the hot springs, so we truly had a leisurely time. In the lounge on the first floor, we could freely use the drinks provided and bring in our food. They had a selection of carefully chosen coffee beans, so we enjoyed it very much. I saw comments about the beds being high, and I agreed, but my mother had no problem getting up, even though she has some difficulty walking. The scent of the body shampoo and rinse-in shampoo was very soothing. Although the checkout time was 11 AM, we took our time until 10 AM.

佐賀観光の拠点として、「フェアフィールド･バイ･マリオット･佐賀嬉野温泉」に滞在しました。仕事と旅を両立させたい私にとって、ここは理想的なステイ先でした。到着してまず驚いたのは、ラウンジの充実ぶり！フリードリンクが用意されていて、挽きたてのコーヒーは香り高く、まさに一日の始まりにぴったりの一杯でした。紅茶やなんと味噌汁まで揃っていて、思わずほっと一息ついてしまいます。こうした心遣いが嬉しいポイントですね。ラウンジ内にはWi-Fiやコンセントも完備されているので、仕事の資料作成やメールチェックも快適。働きながらもふと目に留まる地元の工芸品やインテリアが、旅先ならではのインスピレーションを与えてくれます。本棚には佐賀の歴史や文化について学べる書籍が並んでいて、思わず手に取ってしまいました。フェアフィールドの他のホテルにもよく泊まるのですが、展示物の数はここが一番多いかも！客室に入ると、清潔感あふれるシンプルで洗練された空間が広がります。マリオットらしい高級感がありつつも落ち着くデザインで、備え付けのお水や紅茶にもホスピタリティを感じます。大きなソファ席ではゆっくりとくつろげるし、作業用のデスクで仕事も捗る快適な環境。まさに「仕事と旅の両立」が叶うお部屋でした。佐賀嬉野の魅力に触れながら、ホテルでの滞在も充実したものにしてくれるこのホテル。次はどのフェアフィールドに泊まろうか、なんて考えながらチェックアウトしました。仕事も旅も楽しみたい方に、ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです！

This time I relaxed at Ureshino Onsen. The place has many international visitors and offers cooking facilities, where I noticed some foreigners preparing something delicious. The enticing aroma left a lasting impression. I understand the urge to cook in such a clean hotel. Additionally, it is a hotel with excellent convenience close to the JR station and roadside station.

A Foreign Hotel in the Hot Spring Town!

In Ureshino Onsen, Saga Prefecture, there are traditional inns as well as luxury ryokans, but this time I chose to stay at the foreign hotel Fairfield by Marriott. It was decided because my husband does not like Japanese-style rooms and it was fine to use other ryokans for day-use hot springs. It is also recommended for train travelers as it is adjacent to Ureshino Onsen Station. I used Nagasaki Airport and took a bus here, which was very convenient and great. I chose a twin room. The room itself was small and not spacious, but it was very clean and nice. There were plenty of outlets on both sides of the bed, so I never ran out. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center where the ryokans in Ureshino Onsen are located, which was a good exercise. While ryokans are nice, I made the right choice staying here this time! I truly prefer the cleanliness of Western-style rooms!

Beautiful Marriott at the Station Front!

It's convenient since it's located at the station front, so you don't need a car. The room is compact yet clean, with all the necessary amenities and equipment. My favorite spot is the relaxation space in the lobby. There are sofas and a large table where I chatted with my friends from other rooms throughout the night. In the lobby, you can have coffee, drinks, and even miso soup. There's also a microwave, so you can bring in food and heat it up. The coin laundry has two machines each for washing and drying. If you avoid the busy hours, it was convenient to use!
