I've been curious about the digital hotel. I was excited about the reclining bed and the projector & screen. I enjoyed watching videos and doing morning yoga on the big screen. During my stay, the rooftop terrace that was available to use anytime had a drink bar. It was a space that made me want to relax for a long time. This time I ended up checking in late at night, but I wanted to stay longer!! Next time, I want to try room service and the restaurant too.

I stayed alone at a stylish hotel in Kawasaki. Slash Kawasaki is part of THE LIVELY Hotels, located in Azabu-Juban, and it is a next-generation digital hotel that utilizes technology to pursue playful experiences. ✩ I was amazed at how compact yet high-tech it was. The bed in the room was electrically reclining, and there’s a projector so you can watch movies on a big screen 🎞️. I really liked the exclusive beer service for guests and the self-service drink corner on the 10th floor. They also had services related to beauty and gaming, with items provided to enhance your time in the room. There’s also a rooftop terrace where you can relax. With the ongoing heat wave, I was feeling fatigued from the summer. I wanted to take it slow, so I stayed in my room and binge-watched anime on Amazon Prime 🪄. It was the perfect hotel for a solo staycation.

I live in Tokyo, but I wanted a change of mood, and I was drawn to the fact that all the rooms have projectors and reclining beds, so I used it for a staycation purpose. The room was quite small, but thanks to the reclining bed, I could relax without tiring my neck and enjoy watching movies while lounging like on a sofa. The bed was very comfortable! I had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel, and both were delicious, making me very satisfied! I would love to visit again when I want to have another staycation.

I've been curious about 'Slash Kawasaki' for a while now♡ I watched a lot of movies while eating room service food in my room 🎥𓈒𓂂𓇬 Since there are few hotels with projectors, I was very happy!! It’s a next-generation hotel that utilizes digital technology, providing excitement throughout my stay! The room was compact, but it was just the right space for one person◎ In the evening, there’s an all-you-can-drink service for Heartland for one hour, perfect for beer lovers 🍻 The room service fries were rich and flavorful with a strong truffle taste, totally addictive!!! There was a lot, but I finished them super quickly‥! For breakfast, I ordered a sandwich with spare ribs and mozzarella cheese🥪✨ It was juicy and satisfying, leaving me feeling happy♡ You can also eat and drink on the rooftop! It was cold this time, but I'd like to use it again once it gets warmer🥰 Highly recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy movies and YouTube in a stylish hotel!

Home drinking is nice, but choosing a relaxed hotel stay for stylish in-room drinking is also good. Slash Kawasaki, within walking distance from Kawasaki Station, is a convenient hotel that offers easy access to both Tokyo and Yokohama. A chill trip can be achieved at an affordable cost! In the evening, there's a free beer for one hour at the Instagrammable café on the first floor♡ It's a perfect match with truffle fries! Room service allows you to order from the café's menu on the first floor♪ So I brought a variety of drinks. And here, incredibly, there's a screen, and you can enjoy movies in your room. Cheers with various items bought at Seijo Ishii from the station and room service available via smartphone (dedicated to ease)! Bedside tables are also available for rent◎ I was able to try the hair oil I was curious about, which is a delight for any woman! Late-night chats about movies watched on Netflix. I spent a truly luxurious time. The rooftop free space has a different vibe at night and in the morning, and it feels like an elegant space you’d find abroad, highly recommended!!

I stayed at a hotel I liked before for the second time♪ Stylish interior. Here, you can do everything with your smartphone. Adjusting the bed's recline and operating the screen. Room service and even check-out! I ordered a hair iron, hair oil, and room mist through room service on my smartphone. The bathroom sink is stylish too. In the evening for an hour, I enjoyed free beer at the cafe below which was delightful. Watching movies like Netflix on the screen is also great◎ There’s a 24-hour free coffee space on the 10th floor, which is convenient. So, this time I chose a room on the 9th floor to access it easily. I woke up early and enjoyed coffee before 6 AM. This space is mine alone. Isn’t it quite luxurious?? Breakfast is on the first floor. I know that they have delicious ribs for lunch, so I had a hearty rib sandwich for breakfast! Drinks and cereals are available at the counter as much as you like.

It's a good deal as you can stay for a low cost with either one or two people. The interior is simple yet stylish. There is also a restaurant on the first floor. The TV is a rare type that projects with a projector. When not in use, the projector can be rolled away automatically.

[Access to the Venue] Kawasaki Station to Slash Kawasaki 🚶 10 minutes on foot Kawasaki Station to Supernova Kawasaki 🚶 5 minutes on foot * I think it's best to go from the hotel to the venue via Kawasaki Station. * The path from the station to the venue is roofed, so it's safe even in the rain ☂️ [About the Hotel] - There is a large screen, and mirroring from smartphones is possible! I stayed up late watching videos with friends. (I forgot to take a photo...) - The combination of a reclining bed and a screen is genius. I was able to relax a lot 😌 - There is a beautiful rooftop. It's nice to enjoy the drink bar at any time. - Including the exterior, it was quite stylish. - The rental items like mirroring cables and irons, etc., were very helpful.

I stayed at "Slash Kawasaki" through HafH! It's a convenient hotel with a lounge just a 5-minute walk from Kawasaki Station. 【Rooftop Terrace】 The best recommendation at Slash Kawasaki is the 10th-floor rooftop terrace! We went there after dinner, and the indirect lighting hitting the greenery made for a stylish and comfortable space. It's self-service and available 24 hours. There's a wide variety of free drinks, and I was happy to see TEARTH and café syrups available. A microwave is also located here. 【Room】 The hotel is perfect for fandom activities with its 80-inch projector. The room is honestly small... but the electric bed was so comfortable that I didn't mind staying in bed! The pajamas were also a separate type and felt great. The bath and toilet are separate, with only a shower and no bathtub. I found the bath towels a bit thin. The amenities include toothbrushes and bottled shampoo left in the room ahead of time. I also received basic skincare products, hair ties, headbands, and earplugs at the amenity bar in front of the front desk. 【Lounge】 The lobby lounge on the first floor, which also serves as a restaurant, can be used as a coworking space. There are power outlets available, and I was able to work well on my PC. 【Free Beer】 Guests can enjoy free draft beer in the lounge during happy hour from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The Heartland draft was delicious! It was a great refreshment before dinner, especially since I had been working on my PC right before. 【Restaurant】 Located on the first floor of the hotel, the café & bar offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We opted for breakfast for an additional fee and it was very delicious! Breakfast includes five main choices, and alongside salad, fruit, yogurt, and a buffet with cereal and drinks. I chose the "Hummus Vegetable Wrap Sandwich with Beans and Tuna" and the "Bacon and Egg French Toast," both loaded with good veggies.

Every guest room comes with a projector, which allowed me to mirror my smartphone and enjoy movies and videos on a large screen. Mirroring was easy, so even those who are not tech-savvy should be fine! Also, I was able to order food through room service, which allowed me to immerse myself in movies.◎ The cafe on the first floor is stylish and great for photos!

The bed moves, allowing you to watch movies both while lying down and sitting up. The room is compact, but since I only needed it to watch movies and sleep, it wasn't an issue. However, it was located quite a walk from the station through a busy area. For those who don't mind, it's a good location since it's close to the station and there are plenty of dining options.

An 8-minute walk from Kawasaki Station, entering the entrance that resembles a fashion building leads to a stylish restaurant & coworking space. Upon entering the room, I was surprised to find that I could only see the bed. However, when I looked back, I found a compact minibar and hanger space, and instead of a TV, there was a screen that could display YouTube and more. Also, opening the door revealed a narrow space with a toilet and a shower booth. The photos were taken with a wide-angle lens, so it's actually much narrower in person, but it's a convenient and user-friendly room as long as you don’t have large luggage. Additionally, there is a terrace on the rooftop and a drink service in front, which is an attraction that guests can enjoy freely.

I was intrigued by the concept of watching movies from bed using a projector, so I decided to stay here 🎞️ The room was compact but more functional than I expected, making it very comfortable. Being able to control the screen and the bed's reclining position with a remote while lying down was really nice, and I enjoyed lounging around watching movies◎ The facility was stylish and clean, and I enjoyed a cool evening on the rooftop terrace while watching the moon and having ice cream. The amenities provided, both paid and free, were plentiful and added to my peace of mind. I dined at a local restaurant for dinner, but next time I want to order food and drinks through room service!

Experience Waking Up in a Reclining Bed!

I had completed mobile check-in in advance, so the check-in process was very smooth. I stayed in a twin room with 2 people. The room size is about 20㎡, but since there is an electric reclining bed, it feels spacious if you keep it in the sofa mode. It's convenient that you can store your suitcase under the bed. There’s no TV in the room, but there is a projection screen set up facing the bed, allowing me to enjoy video content like YouTube and Netflix with a projector. Since I stayed after the concert, I played videos to enjoy the afterglow of the concert! The window has a blackout roll screen, so even if you check in in the afternoon, I think you can secure enough darkness for projection. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the shower had good water flow, and I was satisfied. I had to wake up early for work the next morning, but since I had set the bed to recline at the designated time, I naturally woke up without an alarm. I think this room is perfect for a casual stay focused on watching movies or live performances!

It was minimal, but I had everything I needed, so it was comfortable. It was a place where I could enjoy a cozy stay in a compact and comfortable room! I could lower the screen, and the bed could be propped up like a recliner (it goes 'weeeeen', which was fun, haha). I even ordered anchovy potatoes and spent a holiday feeling a bit guilty. I had dinner in the room and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs! It was stylish and delicious, so I recommend it!
