We are looking for staff to help us take care of our guests (digital nomads, remote workers and travelers) from across Japan and all over the world!
HafH (Home away from Home) is a worldwide subscription living/accommodation service. We will be opening the doors to our new HafH Fukuoka – THE LIFE – facility on February 1st! We’re located in a prime location – walking distance from the main Hakata Station, and right next to the famous Canal City shopping mall.
A position at HafH doesn’t just involve taking care of tourists and those on business trips, but also those who travel as they work for a living, like digital nomads, remote workers, workationers, and those who live in more than one location. Students, casual workers, those on working holiday visas, international students, etc. are welcome to apply! We are also 100% 🌈LGBTQ friendly, and highly support diversity in our workplace.
Available Positions
① Reception / Front Desk
・Hourly wage – from ¥1,000/hr
・Commuter allowance: partial (up to ¥1,500 per day)
・Shifts will be scheduled any time between 07:00～23:30
(work from 5 hrs per day / from 4 days a week – OK!)
・Taking care of and interacting with guests while also helping out in the café
・Evening check-ins and morning check-outs
② Multilingual Reception / Front Desk
English + Japanese (+ Korean & Chinese language etc.)
・Hourly wage: from ¥1,150/h
・Job description as above
・Commuter allowance: partial (up to ¥1,500 per day)
🌟①②Night Duty – negotiable🌟
・22:00 ~ 2:00 (4hrs)
・Hourly wage: from ¥1,313/hr ※Night shift allowance ¥2,000/shift
* Night shift wage example: Hourly wage ¥1,313 × 4hrs ＋ ¥2,000 (night shift allowance) ＝ ¥7,252
③ Kitchen Staff / Hall Staff (Wait Staff)
+information / reception / front desk duties
・Work hours: shifts of 6 or more hours, between 07:30~01:00
・Hourly wage: from ¥1,150 (from 22:00, hourly wage increases by 25%)
・Commuter allowance: partial (up to ¥1,500 per day)
