Pronounced “huff” stands for Home away from Home. HafH, is built on the idea to meet the needs of people pursuing diverse and location free lifestyles. As more and more people travel, live, and work remotely all around the world, HafH provides various types accommodations and workplaces for either short or long stays. We are now preparing for more than 600+ beds all over Japan and South East Asia(as of March,2019, and now expanding for all over the world), launching our service from this April 2019, and starting to have our first membership from the end of February 2019! HafH Coliving

Fixed bed for 1 month + 10 days use of the HafH Network + 500 HafH Coins
①  You select a facility to be based (hereinafter called "Base Facility") from the HafH facilities and you can stay at other 
      HafH Network for up to 10 nights while securing a fixed bed for one month at the facility.
②  Please see the introduction page about each facility to find the HafH facilities you can choose as Base Facility. 
      The selectable HafH facilities are subject to change. If the Base Facility in use becomes unavailable, we notify 
      members within 90 days before the day that cannot take advantage of. Please choose different HafH facilities as 
      Base Facility.
③ There is a case in which you cannot choose the HafH facility you like as Base Facility depending on the use situation 
      of other members.
④  You can change Base Facility every one month. The application for change of the Base Facility can be made in the month 
      before the desired month of change, but the use as Base Facility would be available from the first day of the following 
      month. If you wish to use it during the month, please consume HafH Network available days as a stay or contact the 
      facility by yourself to make a reservation to the plan provided by the facility separately from the plan we offer.
⑤  While you stay at different HafH Network, you can do safekeeping of the baggage in the fixed bed of Base Facility as we 
      set up.
⑥  Members are required cleaning room and bed and also sheet exchange by themselves while staying at Base Facility.
⑦  When you hope to stay at HafH Network other than Base Facility, it is necessary to make a reservation each time.

HafH Traveling (1mth)

1 month access to the HafH Network + 500 HafH Coins
①  You can stay at HafH Network for one month.
②  You can stay at multiple HafH Network, or you can stay only at a specific HafH Network.
③  You will need to make a reservation for each location you wish to stay at in HafH. 

HafH Traveling (10d)

10 days access to the HafH Network + 200 HafH Coins
①  You can stay at HafH Network for up to 10 days per month.
②  You can stay at multiple HafH Network, or you can stay only at a specific HafH Network.
③  You will need to make a reservation for each location you wish to stay at in HafH. 

HafH Traveling (5d)

5 days access to the HafH Network 
①  You can stay at HafH Network for up to 5 days per month.
②  You can stay at multiple HafH Network, or you can stay only at a specific HafH Network.
③  When you hope to stay at HafH Network, it is necessary to reserve HafH Network each time.

Trial HafH (2d) 

2 days access to the HafH Network 
① You can use the HafH Network for 2 days per month.
② Use Trial HafH to see if the "travel as you work" lifestyle is for you.
③ This plan will only be on offer for a limited time.

Precaution regarding HafH Plans

 HafH Coliving・HafH Traveling (1mth)・HafH Traveling (10d)・HafH Traveling (5d) and Trial HafH (2d)
-The details (locations, equipment, services and so on) of HafH facilities and facilities affiliated with HafH 
  (hereinafter called the “HafH Network”) are subject to change or being unavailable.
-Some facilities do not have single rooms and only dormitory types (rooms to share) are available. Please see the details in the
  introduction page about each facility.
-The available number of nights per plan in the HafH Network are calculated between first day and the last day of each calendar month. 
  If your HafH Network stay carries over to the following month, the stay till the checkout time on the first day of the following 
  month would be counted as a part of previous month. The checkout time differs by facilities. Please see the details in the 
  introduction page about each facility.
＊For example, the stay from June 30th to July 2nd would be considered as one night (June 30th to July 1st) from June HafH plan
    and another night (July 1st to 2nd) from July HafH plan.
-To stay at HafH Network, you would need to reserve through our website. The reservation can be made up to 90 days in advance. 
  We recommend you to make a reservation early enough. You might not be able to reserve the facility or the type of room you wish
  depending on the availability of the room and condition of the facility.
-Services such as breakfast, allowable stay time and cleaning room and sheet exchange during the stay would differ by facilities. 
  Please see the details in the introduction page about each facility. We would like ask members to keep clean conditions by 
  themselves to maintain good relationship between members and facilities.


 

HafH Coworking
Use of coworking spaces at HafH facilities

①  Access to HafH's coworking facilities. Subject to availability. As of July 2019, coworking spaces accessible through
      this plan are only available at HafH Nagasaki SAI and HafH Nagasaki Garden.
②  Please see the HafH Network introduction page to find out about available facilities and operating times. 
③  It is necessary to reserve for the use of co-working spaces.

Snooze HafH
Become an unpaid member or pause your membership 

① Become a HafH Neighbor and get the latest information. No monthly fee. 
② We may offer services such as distribution of coupons and announcement of discounts. 
③ This plan does not give you access to locations or facilities in the HafH Network.
④Use this plan to pause your HafH membership when you don't need to use it.


About changing plan

*If you would like to change your plan, please do the change procedure by the last day of the month you want to change.
 For example, if you want to change the plan from July 1st, it is necessary for you to complete the change procedure by 
 24:00 midnight on 30th June.
*You can make changes through your member’s page.
*If you complete the procedure by the last day of the month, the changed plan would be applied from the 1st day of the following
 month. Furthermore, if you stay at HafH Network at the end of the month and the changed plan would be applied from the 1st day 
 of the following month, your stay until the checkout time of the first day of the following month would be counted as stay of the plan
 before the change.
The change procedure would be completed when the plan after change is displayed at "Membership Status" on the member’s page.
In case of changing from HafH plan that you have many bookable staying days to HafH plan that you have less bookable days, 
 all reservations after the month you have done the change procedure are automatically canceled.

About withdrawal

If you would like to withdraw, please do the procedure from "Enquiry Form" on the application. Since there are cases that it takes 
 a time to complete withdrawal procedure, please change your current plan to “Snooze HafH” plan and stop charge for monthly fee 
 before starting withdrawal procedure.
In case of withdrawal, all membership information such as usage history, status and granted HafH Coins will be deleted. If you register 
 as a member again after the withdrawal, you would not be able to recover your membership information. For customers, who have 
 possibility of staying in the future, we recommend to change the current plan to "Snooze HafH" plan, which the monthly fee is not charged.

About payment

Payment method is only credit card registered at the time of member registration.
Settlement will be made on the 1st of every month.
In the case of the registered credit card is not valid and we can not make the settlement, it is possible that your stay reservation would
be canceled or the plan would be changed to "Snooze HafH.”
