・From Shinagawa Station on the Shinkansen, switch to the Keihin-Tohoku Line and get off at Oimachi Station, and as soon as you exit the West Exit, you can see it right away! ・It has a large public bath! The last reception is at 1:30 AM, which is nice. ・There is a Hankyu Food Hall on the first floor. 　It's connected to a FamilyMart and the hotel. I stayed in a room on the 26th floor, where I could see Haneda Airport ^^ The view was beautiful both in the morning and at night. The room size and facilities were really sufficient for a solo stay♪ I felt that both Haneda Airport and Shinkansen usage had very good access! I want to stay again ^^

A Hotel with an Amazing Free Lounge, Beautiful, Great Location, and Large Bath

It's a 5-7 minute walk from JR Osaka Station. You head towards Hilton and Herbis, passing by the Osaka Shiki Theater, and it's located next to Breeze Breeze (on the opposite side of Osaka Station). Since there are many traffic lights on the lower road, it's more convenient to take the pedestrian bridge next to the Starbucks Ekimarche store. The room was small with a unit bath, but it was very clean and comfortable. There was also a smartphone charger available. The bath has a large public bath, so using that is not an issue. The public bath was stocked with a full range of amenities, but you need to bring towels from your room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, there was a free massage machine, which was quite nice. Next to the public bath, there was a small gym as well. Most amenities, except for toothbrushes, had to be taken from next to the front desk, and they had individual packs of cleansing, face wash, lotion, and emulsion available. The highlight is definitely the free lounge service. Especially the happy hour from 5 PM to 7 PM, which included unlimited drinks, salmon prosciutto snacks, and sweets, was fantastic. The ochazuke served from 8 PM was also plentiful in toppings, making it a suitable dinner replacement. The toppings changed depending on the time, but our favorites were chicken soboro and plum nametake. The coffee and cocktails were very delicious and it's hard to believe they were free.

I brought my mother, who wanted to eat crab in Kanazawa during autumn, and we stayed one night at this hotel. Since it is often featured on YouTube and other platforms, I was looking forward to our stay. I had also requested breakfast in advance. We arrived at the hotel in the morning. There is a space right next to the entrance to leave luggage before checking in. Although that area was full this time, a staff member was at the reception counter, and I was able to leave my luggage there. Our room had two beds in a raised style, and it was equipped with a kettle and a humidifier. There were sweet chestnut snacks and Kanazawa hōji tea prepared for us. There was also a water dispenser on the second floor, and I could get delicious tea from there. Inside the hotel, it was possible to walk around in provided loungewear and slippers. To get to the large public bath, I used the basket bag provided in the room. Such thoughtful touches are delightful. Although the bath is not a hot spring, it was a calming space that I could use comfortably. The amenities are actually from OSAJI! I was soothed by the lovely scent. The hairdryer was also a user-friendly Sharp model. In the post-bath space, there were sweet sake and coffee milk available, which was another pleasant service. At night, I slept well with the blackout curtains closed. The breakfast was a balanced bento-style meal, delicious in taste and beautifully presented. It costs about 1,000 yen by taxi from Kanazawa Station, and the hotel is right in front of Omicho Market. I had no trouble finding food. There’s also a Sugi Pharmacy right in front! As it is a new hotel, there are plenty of power outlets, making it really convenient for guests.

It was a relaxing accommodation. The staff provided attentive service. If it's available, there is also a private bath. No reservations were necessary. We had breakfast and dinner. The half-board includes breakfast, and dinner can be added if ordered by 5 PM for 7,500 yen per person. In addition to the buffet, you can choose meat or fish. It seems you can also upgrade for an extra charge. The birthday cake can be reserved from a separate site and can be picked up at the hotel. They also prepared a knife set, plates, and a lighter for us. Although we used it on the weekend, by late hours the lounge's alcohol was mostly consumed. Since it's Hakone, there were many international visitors.

This time, I chose Aomori as my travel destination! I took a bus from Aomori Airport. I got off at 'Yanagimachidori' and arrived in about one minute on foot. Since I arrived early in the morning, I just dropped off my luggage and went sightseeing. The hotel was very clean, and the amenities were such that I could take whatever I wanted from the front desk to my room. They had a whole range of basic skincare products, so I could stay without carrying anything. The room had a bed that was more than enough for one person. I slept soundly. There was no water in the room, but there was a self-service machine for apple water, tea, and water in the elevator hall. It's a bit far from the station but just right for a nice walk!

I stayed at the "APA Hotel & Resort <Niigata Ekimae O-dori>" which is within walking distance of Niigata Station! First, upon arrival, I was shocked by how huge it was! It seems to be the largest scale in Niigata City, and the sense of scale from the entrance to the lobby and guest room floors was extraordinary. It almost felt like a resort rather than an APA Hotel! The guest room was compact but had enough space just for sleeping. It was clean, and with all the amenities provided, I felt secure. And best of all, there is a spacious large bath! There’s a great tub to thoroughly unwind from the day’s fatigue, and after a long day of travel, a large bath is truly a blessing. ♨️ Moreover, the facility is well-equipped: - You can refresh yourself with a simple gym and pool - It has a coin laundry, so laundry during a long journey is also OK - There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, so you're never in need of quick shopping. Breakfast is buffet-style, and it’s great that you can choose between Japanese or Western dishes depending on your mood that day. 🍴 I felt warm in the morning with Niigata-grown rice and miso soup. 😊 Additionally, checkout is just putting the card key in a special box, which is so smart. There’s no need to stop by the front desk, you can head straight to the station. Even on a busy morning, it was reassuring! 🙌

It seemed child-friendly and full of fun activities, which I was interested in for a while, and I made a reservation a week in advance. We stayed for one night and two days. 【Hotel】 It felt like a classic hotel that has been around for a long time. The overall place was old but well-maintained. If you want to use the private bath, it's better to make a reservation in advance to ensure availability. (It was certainly booked on the day of our visit...) Also, the sauna was open until 10 PM. There were indeed a lot of families with children. 【Dining】 Both breakfast and dinner were buffets held in a large banquet hall in the basement. The freshly cooked rice was delicious~! Crab was popular. I also had a famous strawberry shortcake for dessert, which was the best 🍰. There was also a SATUKI café, so after checking out on the second day, I enjoyed a melon shortcake! It was great too 🫶🏻✨. 【Activities】 Unfortunately, the second day was rainy, so we only did indoor activities. My daughter enjoyed playing Jenga. There were many things like VR and games indoors, which seemed to be more enjoyable for children of kindergarten age and up!

I stayed alone during this tournament. It was about a 5-minute walk from Toyama Station. Due to its proximity to the station, there are commercial facilities and restaurants around, so shopping and dining were convenient. Despite staying on the weekend, I found the room spacious enough for one person and very comfortable at a reasonable price. There was no mineral water in the room, but there was a water dispenser near the elevator, so I could fill up the pitcher in my room. Cups, mugs, and a kettle were stored in a cupboard. There was a Nespresso machine set up on the shelf, and I could make coffee using the water I filled in the pitcher. The room had a charger compatible with various terminals. The hair dryer installed in the room had good airflow and dried my hair quickly, which was great. Amenities such as toner and other items were available at the amenity shelf in the elevator hall on the front floor, and I could take as many as I needed freely. The room and the hotel were decorated with red accents reminiscent of JAL, and there was a cute airplane logo on the glass door at the hotel entrance. Check-in and check-out could be done by each guest using the terminals set up at the front desk.

Though the HafH plan did not include meals, it is possible to have dinner at the restaurant of the day-use bathing facility. There is also a kids' space, which is enough for young children to play happily. In the manga corner, you can read in your favorite place, whether it’s a comfortable reclining chair or a sofa seat. There are picture books and encyclopedias as well, including books for children. There is a shampoo bar in front of the reception, and lotion, emulsion, and cleansing are fully equipped in the large public bath. You can enjoy a view of the spacious Tokachi land from the guest rooms.

It was convenient being close to Taipei Station. The nearest exits are Z4 or Z6 in the underground area, and it's manageable to walk even in some rain. The room was clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator that had a free small cola inside, which was delightful given my arrival in the heat. The shower was just a shower head, but the water pressure was fine, and I could easily switch between hot and cold water with just a button, as well as switch between the handheld shower, rain shower, and faucet. The hairdryer was also Panasonic, making it easy to use. Before check-in, I was shown a manual for the toilet, which implied that flushing toilet paper was acceptable, but they hadn't explicitly said it was okay? I was a bit concerned, so I went back to the front desk for confirmation, and they told me it wasn't allowed. That was a slight disappointment. However, it was convenient to go anywhere, with a convenience store, restaurants, massage shops nearby, and Mitsukoshi diagonally across the street, making it super convenient. The room was clean, so I plan to stay here again next time.

I stayed for one night near Marine Messe for the concert♪ There's a FamilyMart less than a minute walk away. It's quiet since it's not facing the main street. In just a few minutes, you can reach the busier main street with bus services, which makes traveling convenient. Check-in was done online in advance. On the day, all I had to do was show the QR code issued during the online check-in, which made it smooth! *As a welcome service, there were self-serve popcorn and drinks available. Amenities are self-served from the front desk. The room is compact but nothing to complain about. No bathtub, just a shower booth, and the sink is small, but I guess that's how it is. *I liked that the toilet was separate! There is a large luggage storage area right at the entrance of the hotel where you can lock up your own bags, so there's no need to bother the staff, which was really helpful♪♪

I had to go to Tokyo unexpectedly and was looking for accommodation, but everywhere was fully booked due to it being Saturday. The prices for the weekend were also high, and since cancellations were free until the day before, I reserved a place as a first step. Although I was anxious about sharing with men, I contacted the accommodation to request a change to a female-only room if one became available. I didn't know much about Tokyo, so I asked a lot of questions about the accommodation, and they quickly replied, kindly providing detailed directions from Haneda Airport, which made it smooth to get to the place. At the reception, a young Japanese woman was fluently speaking English with a foreign guest, and I was captivated by how cool she was. Then a handsome foreign man appeared from the back and said, 'Thank you for waiting,' while checking me in and kindly explaining the facility's services in Japanese. I arrived at the accommodation a little past 8 PM, but right next to the reception was a cafe bar bustling with foreigners. On the opposite side, there was a tatami space where I did some computer work. At the back, there was a lounge available 24/7, where everyone was enjoying their own time freely. There was also a water server, so I could drink delicious water anytime. My room was a mixed dormitory for six people, but it was separated by curtains, allowing me to sleep soundly without seeing anyone's face until morning. I learned that they offer free beer until 7 PM, so I want to check in earlier next time. Although it wasn't mentioned in the amenities, I was grateful to find pajamas prepared for us. The shared shower room and toilets were very clean, and the staff were all pleasant. Having someone at the front desk 24/7 gave me reassurance. The clientele was great; it seemed that many were staying for multiple nights, and I could hear conversations like 'Welcome back' and 'I’m home'.

I stayed here when I met my friend from Osaka. I had always wanted to stay at OMO, so I was really looking forward to it. Before check-in, I stored my luggage in the free locker and took the loop line to Osaka Station. It was very helpful to be able to store my luggage. The facilities were very clean. I selected my amenities at the front desk and took them myself. Although there is a public bath, it costs ¥1,000 for adults and ¥1,000 for children, so I used the bath in my room. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, so it was comfortable. The space was also sufficient. There was a service of pineapple candy, which was very nice. I slept soundly. On the night I stayed on Saturday, a Glittering Night event was held with free drinks and shooting games, takoyaki, etc. The children enjoyed solving puzzles too. It was a wonderful hotel with a playful spirit.

I Stayed Alone at a Perfect Accommodation for Group Travel!!

The accommodation is a brewery-based inn known for its alcoholic offerings, which leads to a lively atmosphere mostly suited for adult groups. I checked in around 3 PM. The lobby lounge was full of guests eager for a drink, so I went to the large communal bath instead, which was quite empty! I enjoyed soaking in the open-air bath while appreciating the autumn leaves. After my bath, I relaxed with a drink in my room, choosing from two out of five available craft beer varieties. The remaining three varieties could also be enjoyed at dinner time or at the Tsukikoma Stand, allowing guests to pour their own drinks, enabling customization of the serving size. I decided to add dinner, which turned out to be a great choice! I called two days prior to check if they could adjust seating arrangements and they said they'd get back to me, so it’s best to call as soon as your stay is confirmed. The dinner was priced at 6600 yen. Everything—vegetables, fish, meat, and rice—was delicious, and the finishing dish, sweet potato stew (Shonai-style, with miso and pork), was simply the best. Love it. They also had a section to make your own cocktails with wine and sake, which made me drink a bit too much, but the food was hearty, leaving me extremely full. After dinner, I returned to the large bath around 7 PM. The women's bath was quiet, but it seemed like a group of men came into the male bath, making it a bit noisy, so I left soon after. (The indoor and outdoor baths felt separated by just a wall.) The massage machine in the changing room was accommodating as it enveloped me like a cocoon, giving a thorough massage to my feet and even my backside. It was fantastic after the bath. At night, we could gather around a campfire. It was mid-November, already a cold period, but ponchos were provided to endure the chill. I enjoyed cocktails and cream soda at the Tsukikoma Stand. If I had room in my stomach, I would have loved to have some nightly soba, but alas! However! I was able to eat it for breakfast. The sweet potato stew with soy sauce and beef was also fabulous! Unfortunately, alcohol isn't served in the morning, but they do provide a self-serve matcha (why?). There were few foreign guests, but Japanese visitors certainly had a great time as well. I enjoyed until the very end. While it wasn’t entirely a "relaxing alone" experience, thanks to the option to take food back to my room and the arrangement of the dining area with some partitions, I managed to spend my time without feeling too constrained. However, I think group travel is more fun, so I plan to do a revenge trip with friends.

My first HafH was in Yokohama. I suddenly decided on an overnight trip to Yokohama, and when I searched on HafH, I found a wonderful hotel! The location and reviews were great, so I made an instant decision☆ As everyone else has mentioned, it is directly connected to the station, which is perfect. I arrived at 10 AM and they kindly held onto my luggage, and the front desk staff were very polite and pleasant, which made me happy. The Premier Twin room was spacious and lovely. The floor had a cushion-like surface; it was hardwood but softer. The beds were single but long? They were a bit longer, so they were great for tall men. The bathtub was deeper with anti-slip features, which was excellent. The toilet paper was also soft, which was nice. The indoor wear was a long waffle fabric robe with front buttons. I didn't use the kitchen or lounge this time, but next time I want to stay longer and enjoy a leisurely hotel life!

As for my stay at Hotel Nikko Kumamoto, I was overall extremely satisfied. First of all, the location was outstanding, allowing me to enjoy beautiful views both day and night, and the transportation was convenient, with a bus to the airport departing right in front of the hotel, making travel smooth. The room was spacious and clean, with well-maintained decor that ensured comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was easy to use. The shower’s water pressure was particularly impressive! It helped wash away the fatigue of my travels. The staff's service was excellent, showcasing high hospitality and kindly sharing local information. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, incorporating local dishes that left a strong impression with their deliciousness. The quality of service was reminiscent of a prestigious hotel, making me want to return. If you visit Kumamoto, I highly recommend it!

Rare at HafH: Two Meals Included! Ocean View Hotel 🌊

I stayed at the New Hotel Akaho in Atami this time. The biggest feature is the rare "two meals included plan" offered by HafH. Dinner and breakfast are included in the accommodation fee, and if two people stay, of course, it becomes a set for two. I often hesitate about what to do for dinner while traveling, but with this plan, that concern is unnecessary. Among the accommodations available at HafH, staying with a proper meal included brings a great sense of security and value. Dinner was a full-course French meal that the hotel was proud of. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was cleverly crafted, with seafood and seasonal ingredients beautifully prepared. The fish dishes were particularly fresh, creating that special feeling unique to a resort area. In the morning, it transitioned to a Japanese-style breakfast plate incorporating local ingredients. Grilled fish, small side dishes, rice, and miso soup were arranged in harmony, creating a calm time suitable for a morning while traveling. Enjoying both Western and Japanese flavors in a single stay was pure luxury. An essential part of the stay was visiting three hot springs. From each bathhouse, you could enjoy an ocean view, overlooking Sagami Bay while soaking in the hot water. During the day, the blue stretched to the horizon, and at night, the moonlight and sound of waves healed the soul. Bathing in the morning light turned out to be an incredible way to start the day. The guest room also had an ocean view. All that stretched outside the window was the sea, making me want to open the curtains repeatedly during my stay to enjoy the view. What stood out to me was the night of the firework festival held in Atami. From the room in the Ocean Wing building, the fireworks looked as if they were being launched right in front of me. The large blossoms spread across the unimpeded sea were magnificent, and enjoying that moment with the sound of the waves was truly a luxury that could only be experienced in Atami. Food, hot springs, scenery, and fireworks. My stay at the New Hotel Akaho was an experience that seemed to encapsulate the joy of travel itself. If you're planning a trip with HafH, I think it’s a special hotel you definitely want to stay at at least once.

A Secret Inn You Want to Keep!

This is my third time returning! I was able to stay at this hotel for 1050 coins on a weekend that typically costs about 70,000 yen on booking sites. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby lounge, allowing me to relax while enjoying the ocean view. If desired, I could also take drinks back to my room. What I love most about this inn is that my room has a half-open-air hot spring bath, allowing me to enjoy a bath at any time I like. Additionally, the large public bath is spacious, where you can slowly soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea and enjoy the sauna. When checking in, they inform you of the sunrise time for the next day, so if you go to the bath when the sun rises, you'll be treated to a spectacular view. The room is spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom. The presence of a mini-kitchen is a great bonus, making it easy for those with children to use. It was a machine that ground the beans each time, so the aroma was wonderful and the coffee was very tasty. I opted for the no-meal plan, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. I had dinner from Kamesho Kuru Kuru Sushi to go and enjoyed it in my room! For breakfast, I bought bread from Tomonaga Pan the day before and had it with the lobby coffee. The staff was very kind, and I want to use this inn multiple times. Above all, the cost performance is excellent, and although I wish to keep this inn a secret, I really want many people to stay here! I will definitely return again!

I love Okinawa! This is my 20th trip to Okinawa, and I chose this accommodation as an affordable urban resort! Definitely planning to come back ❤️ No need for a rental car 🙆‍♀️ Found my favorite hotel in the center of Naha 🏨 【Attraction Points】 1. Free breakfast for guests! And it’s delicious! From the morning, there are original burgers, Okinawa soba, and so much more that it’s not what you would expect for free! 2. Kids up to elementary school age stay for free! (However, the breakfast fee is separate) Since it was just me and my elementary school child, I reserved for 2 adults as the number of coins remains the same whether it's one or two people. 3. Ultimate location It's just a 3-minute walk from Asato Station on the Yui Rail from the airport! You can walk to Kokusai Street and the deep Eimachi market! Perfect for both drinkers and families with kids! 4. Rooftop pool enhances the resort feeling It’s paid, but definitely worth it. In winter, it’s heated and the atmosphere is amazing. Especially the night pool has the best vibe ✨ You can even see the Yui Rail, so kids will love it too 👌 There are also changing rooms, towels, and shower rooms on the rooftop! Although it is located at the center of a bustling area like Tenjin, the moment you step inside, the sound seems to fade away quietly. There’s a presence of people, yet surprisingly, you feel unobtruded. There’s a comforting feeling of being alone without anyone rushing you. Entering a pod room, soft lighting wraps around the bed, and curtains stretch toward the ceiling, creating a small world for myself. The ability to control the lighting and reclining features with just a smartphone feels futuristic, while the space itself is remarkably quiet and minimalist. With no unnecessary decorations or explanations, it’s just a refuge for sleeping, thinking, or daydreaming. It felt less like a hotel and more like a cushion for the heart. The shared lounge was also impressive. In the daytime, many were on their PCs, but conversations naturally whispered, creating a mix of appropriate focus and relaxation. While spending time here, I found my urge to check social media strangely diminishing, giving rise to moments of reading or idly observing people. Even though nothing special was happening, there was a sense of gently organizing my mind. Rather than flashy services or luxurious amenities, this hotel offers a “quality of quiet.” I believe that’s what truly makes The Millennials Fukuoka special. Whether during travel or as an extension of everyday life, this space serves as a device to regain my own pace. Right in the heart of Fukuoka, the location is fantastic. From the moment I checked in, I felt like "this isn’t just an ordinary hotel." The interior feels almost like a futuristic co-working space, with stylish lighting and sound design. Many guests were working on their MacBooks in the lobby, creating a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a hostel abroad. What stood out the most was the "Free Beer Time". At 6 PM, people gathered in front of the shared kitchen, and conversations naturally sparked between strangers. Serendipitous encounters during travel felt like a daily occurrence in this space. The bar area is also chic, providing a nice spot to enjoy a drink while listening to music at night. This place offered not only stylish design but also a genuine appreciation for "the joy of spending time with others."

Just a few minutes' walk from Hakata Station, "Nine Hours Hakata Station" emerges, blending into the neon streets. Upon entering, a minimalist space unfolds, and the futuristic design in black and white quietly activates my travel switch. Check-in is smooth, using a self-service terminal. While the interactions with the staff are minimal, they convey all necessary information, including how to navigate the facility and the location of showers. The locker room is clean, with black walls and indirect lighting creating a calming atmosphere. After storing my belongings, entering the capsule floor reveals large, tube-shaped pods lined up neatly, making it feel like stepping into a movie scene. Though the interior isn’t spacious, the soft lighting and firmness of the mattress provide a surprisingly reassuring feeling. At night, the corridor lights dim, and it feels as if I am floating in my own little universe amidst the silence. The shower rooms are available 24 hours, impressively arranged like a hotel, equipped with shampoo and body soap, sufficient for unwinding after travel fatigue. The powder room has a large mirror and bright lighting, making morning preparations smooth. The location near the station is also appealing, allowing easy access to Hakata’s street food and ramen shops at night. The minimalist space that retains only the essentials allows for a clear sense of the journey's margins and personal time.

The base for my Fukuoka trip was 'The Millennials Fukuoka', located in the Tenjin area. As soon as I stepped in, it felt less like a hotel and more like 'a future residence'. The check-in process was smooth with a tablet, and although interactions with the staff were minimal, there was a pleasant balance of warmth. There is a lounge that guests can freely use, with high ceilings, wooden textures, and indirect lighting creating a calming atmosphere. In the evening, free beer is served exclusively for guests, and as it was poured into stylish craft glasses, natural conversations arose among travelers. The adjacent bar was also stylish, with music and lighting at just the right level, setting the perfect ambiance for the start of a city night. The guest rooms are capsule-type called 'Smart Pods', which overturn the traditional image of capsule hotels with their spaciousness and functionality. With a remote control reminiscent of an iPod, I could adjust the lighting and bed angles, making it feel almost like a futuristic cockpit. The mattress was comfortably firm, and when the blackout curtains were drawn, there was no concern from outside light or noise. The shower room was clean, well-stocked with amenities, and the water pressure was excellent. The next morning, enjoying a light breakfast and coffee in the shared space on the first floor allowed me to organize my travel itinerary. It had flexibility for both tourism and business while maintaining a playful spirit. It felt less like a stay and more like being in a hub connecting the city and travelers.

It was just the beginning of autumn foliage, but it wasn't too cold, and it was a beautiful time of year 🍁 However, since it was between the green season and ski season, there were no outdoor activities, which was disappointing. I missed out on it. *The ski season for 2024-25 will last until April 6th (Sunday), and for 2025-26 it will open on December 19th (Friday). The play garden will be open from April 25th to November 3rd, 2025. Nevertheless, I enjoyed walks and the hot springs and felt relaxed. The hotel staff were very polite in their greetings and interactions, creating a great impression! The qualities of New Otani were evident. Although the building seemed old, the room and the large public bath were clean, and I could spend my time comfortably. Managing a large public bath can be challenging, so it was appreciated how clean it was!! Even with an additional bed in the Superior Twin room, it felt spacious. The location was also great, easily accessible by car or Shinkansen! About 5 minutes from the Kan-etsu Expressway Yuzawa I.C. Free parking for 2000 cars available all day. About 3 minutes by shuttle bus from JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station. The shuttle bus was available every 30 minutes. This time, I had an economical trip and had dinner around Echigo-Yuzawa station. I bought breakfast at the supermarket in advance. The station has various souvenir shops and restaurants, and there were multiple stores selling sasa dango, I bought some to compare the taste at the hotel. The supermarket also has local products, and there are some souvenir sections available. They sold numerous new harvest rice. I wanted to try the SATSUKI cakes at New Otani, but I was satisfied with the sasa dango, so maybe next time... I wonder if there were any local original sweets available? I missed out on that. There was a coin laundry as well. It would be useful when using the ski or pool facilities. Next time, I will come to stay during the ski season! <Reservation> Superior Twin for 2 persons. <Cost> Used 477 coins with VIP discount (Equivalent to 32 yen per coin) totaling 15264 yen Additional 5000 yen for elementary school child. The hotel is filled with foreign guests, and the staff naturally converses in English, making you forget that you are in Japan. After smoothly checking in at the self-service machine, I passed through the corridor illuminated by YOTEL’s signature purple lights to my room. Compact yet sophisticated, the space truly embodies a "hotel of the future." With features like the SmartBed and high-quality rain shower, the practicality and design come together beautifully for comfort. During this stay, I opted for the limited-time special offer of "free breakfast," which is typically 3,900 yen per person, making it a great deal of 7,800 yen for two people. The breakfast served at the in-house restaurant "Komyuniti" was rich, featuring a Western-style plate with fresh salad, freshly baked bread, and coffee, all enjoyed in a stylish space dominated by purple, giving a taste of foreign ambiance right from the morning. The location is right in the heart of Ginza. Within walking distance are Shimbashi Station, Tsukiji Market, and Kabukiza, making it suitable for shopping, dining, sightseeing, or business purposes. At night, the city's neon lights reflect off the hotel's design, creating a slightly cyberpunk atmosphere. Throughout the stay, there were numerous moments that made me want to take pictures, naturally preserving vibrant memories of the trip. At YOTEL Tokyo Ginza, you can enjoy a feeling of openness and design akin to an overseas hotel while still being in the sophisticated streets of Ginza. Currently, there is a limited-time offer with a free breakfast, dining coupons, and late checkout options available exclusively at HafH. I enjoyed a "7,800 yen savings trip" with the free breakfast this time, but next time, I’d like to try a relaxed checkout and work-stay in the Komyuniti space. When compared under the same conditions, the reservation through Huff proved to be the cheapest (for Saturday use). Accommodation for: 2 adults + 2 children (5 years & 1 year) 📞 I contacted the hotel in advance to confirm the accommodation rates and items for children (sharing the bed). 　・1-year-old → free 　・5-year-old → only an additional charge of 2,000 yen (if breakfast-included plan) 　・They also handled the request for a bed guard kindly, suggesting, "Shall we place the bed against the wall?" which left a good impression. 🚪 The check-in was smooth, and the interior of the facility was clean, allowing for a secure start to our stay. 👘 Yukata is available for both adults and children. 🛏 The room was just as shown in the photos, with the bed guard and layout as I desired. 　・The low bed is safe, making it reassuring for families with small children. 🌳 I enjoyed the view of the courtyard from the room window, which was soothing with seasonal greenery. 🛁 The bathroom in the room only has a shower and no bathtub, but there’s a family bath available that can be used freely without a reservation. 　・Baby soap and a bath chair were also provided, which was incredibly helpful. 　・There is also a large public bath, but my family did not enter this time. 🍰 During our stay, we fully enjoyed the all-inclusive services at the lounge. I stayed for one night on my first trip to Budapest. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway and bus stop. Most of all, I was amazed by the warm hospitality of the front desk staff. I can say I've never received such heartfelt service abroad, and their hospitality is truly wonderful, even better than many hotels in Japan! ✨ The room was spacious and comfortable. It included a security box, refrigerator, hair dryer (powerful airflow), shampoo, towels, cups, hangers, etc.! The water pressure was problem-free, and it was stress-free. ☺️ The hair dryer had strong airflow, so even with semi-long hair, it dried quickly. The area around the hotel is a quiet residential neighborhood, and there was something like a mini-supermarket nearby!

We stayed here as a family of four, including my spouse, a 5-year-old, and a 3-year-old, on a Sunday. We arrived around 4:20 PM, and the staff immediately took care of our parking, making it easy to get in and out of the car. From the moment we arrived, we felt the resort atmosphere building up. After checking in, we enjoyed a welcome drink at the terrace next to the lobby. If you drink alcohol, I recommend the beer or sparkling wine. Cocktails and juices were served in cans, but sipping a drink while looking out at the ocean was amazing. Once we entered our room, the view of the ocean immediately opened up before us! There were chairs and a table on the balcony, and after putting the kids to bed, my spouse and I enjoyed some drinks together. We could completely forget the busyness of everyday life and truly relax. It felt like we were in a "hidden seaside retreat." The bed in the room was a Hollywood twin bed with the wall side requested, so we could sleep soundly even with the kids. I hardly noticed the gaps between the beds, and it was comfortable for our family of four. Bed guards were also set up on the sides and foot, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. They even provided a diaper disposal and a potty seat. The room was spacious, allowing some time to organize our luggage and take a break in the living space after putting the kids to bed. The drawers were housed inside sliding doors, making it harder for the children to mess with them, which was also a subtle help. The room featured a semi-open-air bath with a view of the ocean where we enjoyed a natural hot spring. The water was quite hot, so it needed temperature adjustment before entering, but it was so luxurious that it was worth the effort. Bathing while listening to the sound of waves was truly special. It was also nice to have both a yukata and a samue prepared for us. We also used the large communal bath. At night, it was mostly empty and felt like a private space. In the morning, they provided the sunrise time at check-in, allowing us to soak in the open-air bath while enjoying the sunrise, a moment I will never forget. We were lucky enough to watch the "Sunflower" ferry entering Beppu Port as well. Breakfast had both Japanese and Western options, with a small dish style of Japanese food and delicious French toast among the Western choices. Its fluffy texture and slight sweetness made for a happy morning. There was also a variety of fruits like Shine Muscat grapes, lychee, pineapple, and orange, which delighted our kids. Children's utensils were provided at the breakfast venue, which gives a family-friendly impression. Additionally, there's a coffee machine in the lobby that can be used freely, with takeout cups available. It's very convenient for when you want a light breakfast in your room or wish to relax before checking out. After breakfast, I enjoyed another cup of coffee on the balcony, relishing the afterglow. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When I informed them in advance, they surprised us with a lovely message card and a choice of commemorative gifts at check-in. We chose the "Yuzu Pepper & Hot Spring Powder Set," but there were other options like a hand cream set. The staff's warm thoughtfulness made for a memorable anniversary. The shop is open from 8 AM to 9 PM, and we redeemed the anniversary gift there. Many of the souvenirs are stylish, making it enjoyable until the end of the trip. Checkout is at 11 AM, but advance payment is possible from 8:30 AM. This is recommended for those who want to avoid congestion. Our reservation through HafH was for two adults without meals, with the 3-year-old staying for free and a facility usage fee of 6,600 yen for the 5-year-old. Breakfast was 4,400 yen per adult, 2,200 yen for the 5-year-old, and a 500 yen onsen tax, making the total bill at check-out 18,100 yen. I had always wanted to stay at this accommodation since joining HafH, and the experience exceeded my expectations, allowing us to enjoy quality time as adults in a resort-like environment, even with children. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Beppu or Oita. I also want to come back in a different season.

Just a 4-minute walk from Shijo and Karasuma stations. "Convenience is key while traveling." And above all——a hotel with open windows is the best. Just entering the room with the breezy Kyoto air lifts my spirits. The washbasin comes with a magnifying mirror, and the room has a humidifying air purifier. While reading the Kyoto sightseeing concierge magazine, I daydream about my next destination. Three hangers lend a clean minimalism to the space. I tried working on my PC at a slightly dim table, but when I moved to the lobby on the first floor, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. There are two microwaves available, though I didn't use them. There are also two elevators, giving it a somewhat laid-back pace (the building has ten floors). But when I look outside the window at the streets of Kyoto, it makes it all acceptable in this hotel.

Second Stay: Standard POD Room in Autumn

In early November, despite it being slightly chilly during the day, it was still a bit early for autumn foliage on my second stay. Last time, I had a suite with a hot spring and ordered a dinner course, but this time I stayed in a standard room without meals. Because it was during a campaign period, both soft drinks and alcohol were free, so I decided to get dinner and snacks from the station building at Odawara Station to enjoy. The assigned standard room had a dining table for four, so I had dinner there. They lent me plates and cutlery for sharing. Although it was a three-day weekend, just like my previous visit, the number of guests was limited, so I could relax and take my time in the lobby. I enjoyed the shared large bath and hot springs three times at night, early morning, and before checking out, without overlapping with other guests, and I had the place to myself. The room also had a multi-tap extension cord with USB ports, and there were plenty of outlets, so it was no problem for a large group stay. I was quite satisfied even with a standard room. The only thing that bothered me was the mattress and futon. Since they are similar to those in a training facility, it might be a bit tough for those who usually use a bed.

We stayed in a suite with an open-air bath, just the two of us old friends. We pre-reserved a full-course dinner, only having dinner. Since it was during a promotional period, both soft drinks and alcohol were free. We were able to enjoy free drinks from check-in until just before check-out, including during meals. Although it was a weekend stay, it seemed that the total number of guests that day was low, so no matter where we sat in the lobby lounge, there was ample space between us and other guests, with hardly any conversation from those around us, allowing us to spend our time leisurely without worrying about time limits. If you have reserved dinner, you can choose your start time during check-in in 30-minute intervals between 17:30 and 19:00. I confirmed with the staff that bringing snacks to the lobby lounge was allowed, so while waiting for dinner time, I gathered some snacks and drinks from a nearby convenience store and enjoyed a conversation with my old friend about work, personal life, and various other topics. Although dinner is a course meal, the service can be described as either homely or somewhat hasty. However, by dinner time, we were already tipsy, so that level of service seemed just right to us. All the staff were very kind and helpful. For breakfast, we ate bread purchased at Odawara Station in the lobby, but the hotel breakfast looked delicious when briefly seen, so I would like to reserve breakfast next time. The room with an open-air bath was of excellent size, and the bed had just the right firmness with a fantastic in-room bath. However, as I mentioned earlier, the shared lobby lounge was truly comfortable, and even though the main communal bath and open-air bath were not very large, they were enjoyable to spend time in. Consequently, we ended up spending more time outside our room. Of course, rooms with an open-air bath are excellent! However, alternatively, this implies that even POD-type rooms can provide a fulfilling experience at this facility. On the bus back, I made a reservation for a POD-type room for the autumn, so I look forward to posting an experience story after staying again. Now I think I’ll return to my daily life tomorrow. Just a short walk from Asakusabashi Station, Hotel Mystays Asakusabashi is conveniently located for both sightseeing and business in the city. There's an extended roof-like elevated structure beneath the train tracks at the station, making it quite memorable that I could reach the hotel almost without getting wet even on rainy days. Moving with a carry-on bag was easy and stress-free, which is a nice point for planning without worrying about the weather. The interior has a simple and calming atmosphere. Especially convenient is the direct connection from the first-floor front desk to the convenience store "Lawson." From morning coffee to late-night snacks and quick purchases of small daily necessities, everything can be completed without going outside. Additionally, the area around the hotel is rich in dining options, including cafes, izakayas, traditional diners, ramen shops, fast food chains, and 24-hour eateries, so you won't have trouble finding a place to eat in this lively area. On days when I wanted to avoid eating out, there’s also a small supermarket called "Maibuskett" just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing me to buy prepared foods and drinks to relax in the room. The presence of a microwave and refrigerator in the room is also advantageous for long-term stays. Although the guest rooms are not spacious, they are clean and functional. The bed had just the right firmness, allowing for quiet nights. With Asakusa and Akihabara within walking distance, and good access to Tokyo Station and Narita Airport, it was a hotel I would want to use again as a cost-effective accommodation.

We, a family of four (two elementary school kids and a middle schooler), booked compact twins separately as a couple. This time, we stayed without using the restaurant, but it is available for an additional fee. The building, being a large hotel, has amenities like both outdoor and indoor pools, convenience stores, restaurants, a large public bath, and fitness facilities all in one place. Some of the room amenities could be taken freely next to the front desk, and there is a local supermarket near the hotel, so shopping was not an issue. We bought dinner there. One slight inconvenience was that the compact twin room was in a separate building, so we had to transfer on the elevator twice from the lobby. Still, overall, everything was well-equipped, and I think this is especially recommended for families throughout the year!

Free Stay for Preschoolers! Enjoy Ice Cream at a Comfortable City Hotel

We stayed with two adults and two preschoolers aged two and five. They kindly agreed to connect two beds against the wall and provided a bed guard, allowing us to stay comfortably. The kids enjoyed the specially provided amenities, trying on the slippers repeatedly and sharing handkerchiefs, giving them a unique "special" experience. The location is excellent as you can access restaurants and shopping stations within walking distance. We drove there and intended to use the hotel parking, but it was full upon arrival. They advised us of a nearby affiliated parking lot, which we used at the same price (from 25th-10-4-5, it was ¥1,200). In October, the lobby was adorably decorated for Halloween, and while enjoying free ice cream, the kids were captivated by the decorations. The next morning, we headed to the large public bath. It was clean and felt great. After bathing, we excitedly went to breakfast! Although the lineup wasn't spectacular, we enjoyed items like shrimp fry, tonkatsu, kishimen, miso stew with offal, and anko butter toast, providing a good mix of Japanese and western fare, along with plenty of Nagoya flavors. Considering that preschoolers stayed for free, it was an all-around satisfying breakfast.

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children. I confirmed with the hotel in advance that sleeping with elementary school students is free of charge, so we could stay without any additional fees even with children. To our surprise, we received 2 lift tickets (for adults) for the Naspa Ski Garden when checking in! We used them immediately at the ski resort. It was convenient to apply for rentals and lessons at the ski center connected directly to the hotel. The kids seemed to really enjoy the kids' park, and we used it again the next day. The room was a spacious 12-tatami mat Japanese room, making it comfortable to stay in. The children seemed to have a lot of fun, so we plan to repeat this trip.

A HafH member must make the reservation request. Without a HafH member, the accompanying person cannot stay alone in the room. However, the accompanying person does not have to be a HafH member to stay at the property.

It is not possible to reserve multiple rooms for the same dates. Please ask the property you wish to stay at about accommodations for children.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible until the day before the check-in date. No cancellation fee will be charged. Only in the case of possible cancellation, the coins used for the reservation will be refunded at the time of cancellation.
