My first solo trip to Nagasaki Prefecture. I had a blast staying at Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch! The room was spacious and clean, with more than enough luxurious amenities. There was even a coffee maker, allowing me to enjoy freshly brewed coffee. The public bath was available on this day, so I relaxed comfortably. It's easy not to have to carry towels from the room! I enjoyed breakfast in a bright restaurant with a tasty buffet, featuring locally grown rice and a local dessert called 'kanzarashi,' which was simple yet delicious. At night, I relaxed at a Japanese restaurant with beer and pork belly. This Japanese restaurant had many meal sets available, allowing me to return to the hotel for dinner if I couldn’t eat in Huis Ten Bosch (last order at 8 PM). The shop had great Nagasaki souvenirs and products from local artisans. I ended up buying quite a few charming items, my favorite being a red coin purse featuring an illustration of the windmill from Huis Ten Bosch.

You can see the sunset, starry sky, and morning glow from the open-air bath!! Since there are no streetlights around, you can see a sky full of stars. I highly recommend taking a bath after dark!!! Dinner, breakfast, and a late-night snack are included, so you don't need to bring your wallet! There are no convenience stores nearby, so for those using the shuttle bus, I recommend buying something before heading there! Dinner featured local delicacies served banquet-style. Fresh sashimi, sukiyaki, and rice cooked with chestnuts and kudzu roots were among the seasonal ingredients used, and everything was incredibly delicious. And then there's the limited-night ramen!!! Since the topping was chicken tender, I felt zero guilt! The noodles were boiled after the order was placed, and I got to enjoy them freshly made! The room was more spacious than I imagined! The interior was traditional Japanese-style, and it was a type where you take off your shoes.

A Hotel with Excellent Performance That Meets Every Need✨

I chose this hotel as a base for enjoying theater in Umeda. In conclusion, this choice was perfect! I usually stay in the Umeda area, but due to the price increases from the expo, I found it challenging. While there are cheaper options, they are somewhat far away. I thought it was alright to choose this hotel which is just one station away from the Umeda hustle and bustle while carrying my luggage. ☆Good points - Facilities Overall very clean. - Amenities All basic amenities are provided. The shower is Mirable, and the hairdryer, curling iron, and iron are Refa. It’s common for hair irons to be available for rental at the front desk with limited quantities, so having one permanently available is very pleasing. - Lounge The lounge is available for use from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. I didn't use it, but having a good selection of alcohol is delightful for drinkers. I noticed that edamame and fried chicken were available as snacks. - Breakfast It seems like a complimentary service for all guests. It includes a simple salad, bread, and juice, but there are also well-prepared side dishes, raising the service level. It appears that they used to provide bread from a famous bakery, but it’s not currently available. - Location There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. It's nice to have popular spots like Yamamoto for negiyaki and Kihachisu for Mitarashi dango, which is great for tourists too. ▲Not-so-good points - Environment Since it's located in a Love Hotel district, there might be some awkwardness depending on the situation. It's a very cost-effective accommodation, so if you're looking around Umeda, it might be worth considering. If my spending doesn't rise significantly, I think I'll use this hotel again when I visit Osaka.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I was able to spend very comfortably. I used it to go to Universal Studios and the Expo. Perhaps because there were many foreign guests, I could smell cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. That was a bit disappointing, but everything else was good. In particular, it was great that breakfast was free. I enjoyed it deliciously. Also, being able to take out breakfast when short on time was wonderful. Thank you very much!

We utilized the space for 2 adults and 1 child (4 years old). We requested no additional bed or meals for the child. It was an extra 4000 yen paid on site! The sea visible from the window sparkled and the room was lovely, making me exclaim, "I want to live here!" 🤣 After making s'mores and lightly exploring the surroundings, we enjoyed a welcome drink and the magic hour from the balcony of our room✨🌆. With no obstructions, the colors of the sunset and the mountains in the distance were breathtaking✨. For dinner, we had BBQ early and enjoyed seafood like lobster and scallops, slowly grilling various bones with drinks 🍻. Since it was a gas burner, there was no hassle of lighting fires or dealing with flames; we enjoyed it leisurely while sometimes playing a borrowed game with the child, really feeling the glamour of glamping! 🤭 The next morning, we watched the ships from the balcony with the child. Seeing a large container ship live was something we hadn't experienced, which captivated us!🚢 For breakfast, we had salad, sandwiches, and bacon and eggs cooked on a tabletop gas stove 🍳 (the Iwatani tough model! I was wavering on buying it because it wouldn’t blow out even in the wind, but I’ll buy it! Haha) Since the child had watched me crack and cook the eggs, they ate better than usual, which was a pleasant surprise!✨ All the staff were kind and cheerful😊. I thought I’d like to visit again in a different season!✨ 🚗 Check-in We checked in ahead via the official LINE account, received keys and simple explanations inside the car when we arrived. The parking lot is lined up right in front of the cottages. Being the first to check in at 3 PM, I could park right in front of my cottage which made it easy to carry luggage. 🔸 Free Services - One welcome drink (beer, red and white wine, sour) The biwa sour was refreshing and delicious!🎵 - S'mores Experience We roasted marshmallows at the central fire pit on the premises and squeezed them together with chocolate and crackers✨. The child was thrilled! 🔸 Abundant Rental Items - Board games, card games, bubbles, and even special items like a planetarium can be borrowed for free at the front desk✨. 🔸 Dinner - We enjoyed a luxurious BBQ with live lobsters, abalone, scallops, bone-in meat, sausages, and rich soup on the balcony! - Because it was a gas BBQ grill, lighting and cleanup were easy!✨ That was truly appreciated with kids 🙇. - It was chilly in the autumn when the sun went down, but there was a large dining table indoors which allowed us to savor the meal slowly!✨ - Besides BBQ, there are options like bento boxes available, which could be nice in colder seasons! 🔸 Location - A Seven Eleven is right across the street! It was great for meeting the child’s demands!✨ - A short walk to Kanaya Port! As mentioned in the travel story later, there are also souvenir shops and diners nearby! - There is a lovely building with a public bath in front, although we didn’t use it since we had a large bath in the room.

First Disney Family Trip!

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with 4 family members (parents and children). The location near Shin-Urayasu Station and the price were both very satisfying! I highly recommend it, especially for families with children! 💖 【Highlights】 🚌 Free shuttle bus to Shin-Urayasu Station! The free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel and from the hotel to Disney was incredibly convenient! After a tiring day, it was great to have an easy transport back from the station. Even using a taxi, it only takes 10-15 minutes to get there; the access is top-notch! 🤑 Amazing cost performance! Children under elementary school age can sleep for free, which was truly divine! This significantly reduced the cost of the family trip. 🌙 Comfortable bed for a peaceful sleep! A spacious 120cm bed is provided. They even offered two bed guards, so we didn’t have to worry about the children falling out, and the parents could sleep soundly at night. 🙌 The ‘No Shoes Area’ is surprisingly good! Thanks to the shoe removal space immediately at the entrance, the room stayed clean, and it was safe for the kids to crawl around. 🍜 Food and drinks available on the first floor! After getting home tired from playing, it was super easy not having to stop at a convenience store. 😊 Excellent service from the staff! Everyone was smiling with high hospitality, making our stay very pleasant. ⚠️ 【Honest thoughts (but it's all within acceptable limits!)】 🛁 The room is compact & has a unit bath. The room wasn’t spacious, and the bath and toilet were combined, so it felt a bit cramped with kids at times. But considering the access to Disney and the price (cost performance), it’s completely acceptable! 🚪 Entrance resembling an apartment? (Outside corridor) At first, I was surprised that the room door faced an outside corridor, but the kids actually found it amusing (laughs). 💡 【Conclusion】 Using Shin-Urayasu Station as the base, the flow to the Disney via the shuttle bus was smooth, making it a truly comfortable trip. I was extremely satisfied with the access, service, and cost performance! Undoubtedly, it has become our designated accommodation for family trips to Disney!

Family's Quick Trip to Hakodate!

We suddenly decided to travel to Hakodate with our family a week prior! It was a bit disappointing that since we checked in after 6 PM, the welcome drink service had ended. Our room had a triple bed, and when we asked if they could connect all the beds and place them against the wall, they were very accommodating. Thanks to this, we didn’t have to worry about the kids falling off, and we could all relax and rest. For a midnight snack, we went to the historic salt ramen famous shop 'Youwaken'. It was only counter seating, but they were very kind to the children, and the food was really delicious. The large communal bath was very crowded after 9 PM, so be careful of the timing. The shower head was a Refa product, which felt luxurious and was comfortable to use. The ice cream service after the bath was delightful, and enjoying ice cream while looking at the night view from the 17th floor was a very luxurious time. We had breakfast the next morning at 'Azalea' on the first floor. The negitoro and salmon at the seafood corner were very delicious, and the kids ate a lot. There is also a Seicomart + Hasegawa store next to the hotel where we could buy grilled chicken and snacks to enjoy in our room. It’s really convenient as it’s just a short walk away. Despite the three consecutive holidays, we were able to make a reservation thanks to HAFU. I definitely want to use it again!

To refresh myself, I stayed at the Far East Village Hotel Yokohama in Sakuragicho, Yokohama, to do some hotel work. It's close to the station, and the facilities are very clean, and the bathtub in the unit bath was spacious and relaxing. I thought I might be concerned about the train noise since it's next to the tracks, but it wasn't too bothersome, and of course there are no trains running late at night, so I could spend the night peacefully.

As soon as you leave the hotel, you are in the entertainment district! Plus, there are coupons for partner izakayas in the room's pamphlet, so you can get various benefits by going to those places. I used a coupon at an izakaya called "Kokochiya," right in front of the hotel, where I enjoyed a variety of delicious local dishes, including beef from Miyazaki and even got a free piece of sushi made with Miyazaki beef! How awesome! Also, the hot springs here have a pH of 9.7, which makes the water quite smooth, and even after getting out of the bath, my skin remained silky for quite some time! Also, the great news is that you can bathe until 9 AM, so even after drinking at Nishitachi until late night, you can still soak in the hot water, which is awesome! Regarding the room and facilities, having a power outlet near the bed is a major plus! This is surprisingly important nowadays! Also, the Wi-Fi was easy to access with a QR code, which is much easier than inputting passwords. There were also 3-in-1 charging cables available and a well-stocked welcome bar. It might seem like minor details, but hotels that take care of such little things are truly appreciated!

I was upgraded to a room with a view of the National Treasure, Inuyama Castle. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. On the day of my stay, there were fireworks, and I could see them from my room. Right in front of the hotel, there were many food trucks and the cormorant fishing was also enjoyable. I love Inuyama Castle and its castle town, and I've been there many times, but it was my first time staying nearby, and it was really great. Breakfast wasn't included in my plan, so I requested it as an add-on, and it was definitely the right choice! I could choose between Japanese and Western food (I went for the Japanese this time), and I also had access to the buffet, which was luxurious, with a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated that they provided a children's menu. I highly recommend adding breakfast! 😊 If I had to point out one thing, I personally would have preferred if there was a coin laundry available.

This was my first stay. It has the best location for watching plays in Yurakucho and strolling in Ginza! Just under 5 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station, including waiting at traffic lights. The staff were perfectly friendly, smiling wonderfully, which made me feel very comfortable. The restaurant and bar had high ceilings and were comfortable. The food and drinks were delicious. I will provide the following details for reference for those considering this accommodation. The bed was quite big and comfortable to sleep in. The adjustable button is at the bedside. It turns into a sofa, making it easy to watch TV or relax! The gym being open 24 hours is also a huge plus! It's not large, but it has 2 treadmills, weights, a balance ball, and yoga mats, all clean and comfortable! 【About room amenities】 Available: Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body & hand soap, body lotion, mineral water, coffee, decaf, green tea, black tea, sugar, milk, kettle, mug, spoon, glass, iron & ironing board, safe. Not available: Bathtub, clock, pajamas, hairbrush, shower cap, cotton swabs, skincare products, deodorant spray, plates. Others: There is a hairdryer, but the airflow is weak. The refrigerator is small (narrow depth, no freezer). Slippers and toothbrushes can be obtained from the front desk. The toothbrush head is quite large. The body lotion has a vanilla & musk scent. It’s quite sweet, which may not suit everyone’s taste, but I liked it. That’s all! You may be surprised if you stay with a Japanese hotel mindset, but I like hotels abroad, so it didn't bother me. The whole building had a nice fragrance, and I could relax. I want to stay again!

The guest room was spacious and just as shown in the site's pictures. The unit bath was not cramped. Amenities can be obtained near the front desk. Since items like lotion are not provided, you need to prepare in advance. Private sauna for a maximum of 2 people: 4000 yen for 2 hours Shared sauna: 1800 yen per person The private sauna has a water bath in the unit bath, but ice is provided to cool off adequately and enjoy. There’s a fan in the refreshing space. The sanpin tea in the private sauna is of the type where you put the tea leaves in a pot and make it yourself. The shared sauna had an auto steam feature as mentioned on the site, but staff came to assist. Contrary to the pictures, the lights were not on during the daytime. Since it is combined with the pool, there were kids coming in and out, and the temperature was not maintained very high. It’s recommended to consider the timing or use the private sauna. For families or larger groups staying, the shared sauna seems enjoyable.

While hotels in Tokyo are expensive and mostly fully booked, Luxso Minami Kashiwa, located in Chiba, has excellent access and is only 2 minutes from the station! It is convenient for sightseeing in the Tokyo area, especially for attractions on the western side of Tokyo, such as the Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, and Ueno. The hotel features a large communal bath with a sauna and has all the necessary amenities. The room's television is compatible with YouTube and U-NEXT, so you can watch your favorite videos and movies right in your room.

We stayed with two adults and two children (three-year-old twins). It was very easy to walk from Sendai Station East Exit, so that was great. Since it was a weekday, the elevator to the front desk arrived promptly. We left our luggage and went out. When we returned to the hotel for check-in, they gave us amenities for the kids (slippers, toothbrush). The design was very cute, and the children were delighted! In the lounge, we enjoyed zunda mochi and drinks while listening to live piano music, which was a nice, relaxing experience. The room was spacious and clean, allowing us to unwind comfortably. Since the kids are small, the large public bath was also attractive. This early in the day, we practically had it to ourselves. It was a very relaxing experience. We did face a trouble where the suitcase wouldn’t open, but they handled it with care. They also checked on us during check-out, showing concern. Although it was just a one-night stay, it was so good that we wished we could have stayed longer. We want to come back! We didn't order breakfast this time, but we would like to try it next time.

While Ginza and Tsukiji grab the spotlight in Chuo Ward, Hamacho is actually a hidden gem. Amidst a town filled with office buildings and apartments, a magnificent structure suddenly appears, enveloped by trees. That is 【 HAMACHO HOTEL 】. The closest stations are Suitengumae, Ningyocho, and Hamacho, all within a great walking distance of just 7 to 10 minutes. Despite being in the city, as soon as you arrive, a different world’s atmosphere surrounds you. The entrance is spacious, and on the same floor, there are a dining bar and the chocolate shop 【nel】 that has also been featured on TV. You can’t help but feel excited before your stay, thinking, 'Wait, is all of this in the same facility?!' This time I stayed in a semi-double room. Despite being close to the metropolitan expressway and major roads, it was surprisingly quiet. Outside the window is greenery, and some rooms even have terrace seating surrounded by trees. You feel as though you are staying in a forest cottage that makes you forget you are in the city. The bed is semi-double and spacious. An air purifier is also provided, which is a great point for someone like me with pollen allergies. By the window, there’s a sofa-type chair and table, allowing you to lie down and relax while enjoying the outside view. The bathroom and toilet are in the same room, but they are designed to be spacious, ensuring zero crampiness. The facilities are neatly stored away on wall-mounted shelves, and I was impressed wanting to replicate this storage technique! The room wear is soft and comfortable. In addition to amenities you can choose yourself at check-in, you can even enjoy an experience of making original bath salts. This hotel transforms mere accommodation into a special experience.

■Purpose of Stay I used it as a base for sightseeing in Asahikawa. I stayed with my family, including my 3-year-old and 6-year-old. Though it’s a bit far from the station, it’s within walking distance. The parking facility is also complete, making it ideal for tourism. ■Breakfast The breakfast buffet is in a venue with breathtaking views and offers a wide variety of dishes. There’s a kids' corner, soft serve ice cream, and live cooking of Asahikawa ramen, making it great for families. Personally, I was thrilled to find iced coffee (BOSS) at the drink station! (I've been to many hotel breakfast buffets, and having iced coffee is quite rare.) ■Guest Room While the facilities show a bit of age, they were well cleaned and comfortable to stay in. A bed guard was also provided for the children. ■Spa The spa was clean and relaxing, and I was very satisfied. ■Overall Evaluation If you stay here, you should definitely add the breakfast buffet!

We, a family of four (two elementary school kids and a middle schooler), booked compact twins separately as a couple. This time, we stayed without using the restaurant, but it is available for an additional fee. The building, being a large hotel, has amenities like both outdoor and indoor pools, convenience stores, restaurants, a large public bath, and fitness facilities all in one place. Some of the room amenities could be taken freely next to the front desk, and there is a local supermarket near the hotel, so shopping was not an issue. We bought dinner there. One slight inconvenience was that the compact twin room was in a separate building, so we had to transfer on the elevator twice from the lobby. Still, overall, everything was well-equipped, and I think this is especially recommended for families throughout the year!

I spontaneously decided to travel to Kyoto with my elementary school son on the weekend. Since I had been accumulating HafH coins, it was a perfect opportunity to stay here, and it was a great decision! Not only is the design great, but the hospitality of the staff is the best! Everyone works with smiles and efficiency, and while not overly attentive, their heartfelt service truly impressed me. Furthermore, it was a travel to commemorate my birthday, and I received cookies and snacks as a gift. (Normally, they offer wine, but since I was with a child, they kindly provided cookies and snacks.) Just this thoughtful gesture made my stay comfortable, and I even thought I wanted to stay longer. I had breakfast at KOSA and dinner at Mr. MAURICE'S, and both the service and the food were excellent. Additionally, since about 90% of the guests were international visitors, I could hear English and French from all around, making me feel like I was traveling abroad, which allowed me to have a wonderful time.

This is my third time returning! I was able to stay at this hotel for 1050 coins on a weekend that typically costs about 70,000 yen on booking sites. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby lounge, allowing me to relax while enjoying the ocean view. If desired, I could also take drinks back to my room. What I love most about this inn is that my room has a half-open-air hot spring bath, allowing me to enjoy a bath at any time I like. Additionally, the large public bath is spacious, where you can slowly soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea and enjoy the sauna. When checking in, they inform you of the sunrise time for the next day, so if you go to the bath when the sun rises, you'll be treated to a spectacular view. The room is spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom. The presence of a mini-kitchen is a great bonus, making it easy for those with children to use. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, allowing me to enjoy unlimited cups for free! It was a machine that ground the beans each time, so the aroma was wonderful and the coffee was very tasty. I opted for the no-meal plan, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. I had dinner from Kamesho Kuru Kuru Sushi to go and enjoyed it in my room! For breakfast, I bought bread from Tomonaga Pan the day before and had it with the lobby coffee. The staff was very kind, and I want to use this inn multiple times. Above all, the cost performance is excellent, and although I wish to keep this inn a secret, I really want many people to stay here! I will definitely return again!

I love Okinawa! For my 20th trip to Okinawa, I chose this cost-effective urban-type resort! I'm definitely coming back ❤️ No need for a rental car 🙆‍♀️ I found my favorite hotel in Naha center! 🏨 【Highlights】 ① Free breakfast for guests! It's delicious! From the morning, there are original burgers, Okinawa soba, and just tons of options that are beyond the level of what’s free! ② Children stay for free up to elementary school age! (If you share a bed, breakfast is charged separately) Since it was just my elementary school child and me, I booked for two adults as the coin counts are the same for one or two people. ③ The location is unbeatable! Just a 3-minute walk from Asato Station on the Yui Rail from the airport! You can walk to Kokusai Street and the deep Eimachi Market too! Awesome for both drinkers and families! ♡ ④ The rooftop pool enhances the resort feel It's paid, but I highly recommend it. It's heated in winter, and the atmosphere is incredible. Especially the night pool has the best vibe! You can also see the Yui Rail, so even kids will enjoy it! 👌 There are changing rooms, towels, and shower rooms on the roof as well! The downside is that I wish there were more laundry facilities despite wanting to stay longer. (Please increase the number as there’s also a pool🙏) I especially recommend it for couples and families! I stayed at the New Hotel Akaho in Atami this time. The biggest feature is the rare "two meals included plan" offered by HafH. Dinner and breakfast are included in the accommodation fee, and if two people stay, of course, it becomes a set for two. I often hesitate about what to do for dinner while traveling, but with this plan, that concern is unnecessary. Among the accommodations available at HafH, staying with a proper meal included brings a great sense of security and value. Dinner was a full-course French meal that the hotel was proud of. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was cleverly crafted, with seafood and seasonal ingredients beautifully prepared. The fish dishes were particularly fresh, creating that special feeling unique to a resort area. In the morning, it transitioned to a Japanese-style breakfast plate incorporating local ingredients. Grilled fish, small side dishes, rice, and miso soup were arranged in harmony, creating a calm time suitable for a morning while traveling. Enjoying both Western and Japanese flavors in a single stay was pure luxury. An essential part of the stay was visiting three hot springs. From each bathhouse, you could enjoy an ocean view, overlooking Sagami Bay while soaking in the hot water. During the day, the blue stretched to the horizon, and at night, the moonlight and sound of waves healed the soul. Bathing in the morning light turned out to be an incredible way to start the day. The guest room also had an ocean view. All that stretched outside the window was the sea, making me want to open the curtains repeatedly during my stay to enjoy the view. What stood out to me was the night of the firework festival held in Atami. From the room in the Ocean Wing building, the fireworks looked as if they were being launched right in front of me. The large blossoms spread across the unimpeded sea were magnificent, and enjoying that moment with the sound of the waves was truly a luxury that could only be experienced in Atami. Food, hot springs, scenery, and fireworks. My stay at the New Hotel Akaho was an experience that seemed to encapsulate the joy of travel itself. If you're planning a trip with HafH, I think it’s a special hotel you definitely want to stay at at least once.

Located a 15-minute walk from Otaru Station with kids, or just 5 minutes by taxi, OMO5 Otaru blends so well with the streets that I momentarily wondered if it was actually a hotel. The interior features lovely music boxes everywhere, providing a calm atmosphere. The bar time at OMO Cafe & Bar is also great as kids can accompany you, which is a plus for mother-child trips. Every recommended snack plate was delicious, and it paired perfectly with Otaru wine. It was so comfortable that the kids loved it so much they decided to extend our stay! It seems they found happiness listening to the music box melodies they chose by their bedside as they fell asleep♪

I confirmed with the hotel in advance that sleeping with elementary school students is free of charge, so we could stay without any additional fees even with children. To our surprise, we received 2 lift tickets (for adults) for the Naspa Ski Garden when checking in! We used them immediately at the ski resort. It was convenient to apply for rentals and lessons at the ski center connected directly to the hotel. The kids seemed to really enjoy the kids' park, and we used it again the next day. The room was a spacious 12-tatami mat Japanese room, making it comfortable to stay in. The children seemed to have a lot of fun, so we plan to repeat this trip.

When compared under the same conditions, the reservation through Huff proved to be the cheapest (for Saturday use). Accommodation for: 2 adults + 2 children (5 years & 1 year) 📞 I contacted the hotel in advance to confirm the accommodation rates and items for children (sharing the bed). 　・1-year-old → free 　・5-year-old → only an additional charge of 2,000 yen (if breakfast-included plan) 　・They also handled the request for a bed guard kindly, suggesting, "Shall we place the bed against the wall?" which left a good impression. 🚪 The check-in was smooth, and the interior of the facility was clean, allowing for a secure start to our stay. 👘 Yukata is available for both adults and children. 🛏 The room was just as shown in the photos, with the bed guard and layout as I desired. 　・The low bed is safe, making it reassuring for families with small children. 🌳 I enjoyed the view of the courtyard from the room window, which was soothing with seasonal greenery. 🛁 The bathroom in the room only has a shower and no bathtub, but there’s a family bath available that can be used freely without a reservation. 　・Baby soap and a bath chair were also provided, which was incredibly helpful. 　・There is also a large public bath, but my family did not enter this time. 🍰 During our stay, we fully enjoyed the all-inclusive services at the lounge. Last time in Yokohama, we stayed at the InterContinental, but this time we stayed on the opposite side. The Ferris wheel and InterContinental are easily visible〜 haha. Going to the convenience store was a bit inconvenient compared to last time, but since the hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial facility, I bought drinks and snacks at the Summit supermarket downstairs, and I also bought toothpaste at the Sugi Pharmacy at the station (my kids only use the toothpaste specified, which I forgot to bring w) Starbucks and convenience stores are also nearby〜 Elementary school students can sleep with their parents, so I initially reserved a twin room for 2, but I ended up calling the day before to change it to a triple. The extra bed was 5000 yen (and booking for 3 through a half-price site added exactly 5000 yen worth of coins, which was a relief). The bed-making quality is rated as three stars (considered quite decent for a business hotel), but it was a bit loose... haha. The kids move around the beds freely, so while it collapses quickly, the mattress becomes exposed easily, resulting in quite a loose arrangement〜 I think the sheets should be tucked under the mattress, but I felt relieved that the mattress was relatively clean (without stains). I also made use of the water dispenser, ice machine, and microwave next to the elevator! There was no vending machine, but there is a 7-Eleven on the second floor. I often read reviews about the building being old, but I found it quite clean. The design was nice too. Although the weather was unfortunate, making it look dark, it felt comfortable.

This hotel was truly wonderful. Everything was perfect in terms of access, location, cleanliness, and service! 1. Access You can reach the hotel in about a minute on foot from Euljiro Entrance Station. Myeongdong Station is also within walking distance. 2. Location Behind the hotel, you can enjoy shopping in Myeongdong, and right in front of the hotel is Lotte Department Store! 3. Cleanliness The cleaning was thorough, and being a relatively new hotel, the interior was beautiful and comfortable. 4. Service When I arrived at the room, there were welcome sweets and a one-drink ticket for use in the lounge of Lotte Department Store, which made me a little happy. Also, since I stayed for multiple nights, when I declined cleaning during check-in, I received about 15 pieces of Korean seaweed? (laughs) The hotel also had a gym, a coin laundry, and a place to buy snacks like instant noodles, which was great.

The first day of the November 3-day weekend. Completely lost in the hotel scramble (I got too relaxed after booking a stay in Yokohama in October!) and managed to secure a reservation just days before. A double room where elementary school children can sleep together. Although I searched online, I couldn't confirm if there was a sofa bed or table, so I called to request an extra bed as a precaution (judging that I might end up in this L-shaped room). It was just as I hoped, and since it seemed that sofas and tables are available in all rooms, maybe I didn't need to add one? That said, the peace of mind from having three beds is unreal. If you register for the GO TO PASS (just check two boxes when recording in the ledger) you get ¥2,000 off on-site payment, making it ¥4,700. Joy! The room was well-equipped with chargers and drip coffee (many places have stopped providing this lately…). The refrigerator also had cold water for everyone! It's a bit disappointing that the water facilities are old-fashioned…but I was very satisfied with the spaciousness of the room! Having stayed in Tokyo hotels multiple times, I've come to appreciate not just the major areas but also hidden gem hotels a bit further away from the stations! In November, during the sightseeing season, hotels tend to be pricey, and on the busiest holiday, around ¥15,000 per person (with the extra bed) is excellent! Other than Starbucks, there are places around the station! Haha It feels a bit mixed but it's one of the famous Yamanote Line stations! It’s definitely convenient. Our family loves the reliable Saizeriya www Other than the accommodations, I adore a hotel stay that's just like our usual routine! With popular shops and shopping streets nearby, and Ueno just around the corner! Nippori itself is a real town lined with fabric wholesalers, frequented by craft lovers and professionals alike, with fabrics and buttons galore! You can also enjoy strolling around.

The Riverside Hotel has amazing access! This is my second time using it. As I was traveling solo, I reserved a double room. It feels spacious like two singles combined. There’s no bathtub, and the wash area has a sense of openness. When you take a shower, there’s no wall separating it, so water flows to the toilet... It’s convenient to have something like beach sandals! I got mine from the local Daiso. Charging cables were also provided, and bathrobes and bar soaps were still available. It's about a 5-minute walk from Shinsa station. Exit 5 has an escalator, so it's safe with a suitcase (only about three steps to climb). Just be careful of the slightly steep slope at the main entrance of the hotel. It’s three stations away from Gangnam. You can reach the airport in no time via bus 6009. (Just press the stop button after the first stop from the airport!) It's also easy to go to Myeongdong and Seongsu, so I highly recommend it!

The Loisir Hotel Naha was so convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable that we stayed there again this time. First, it was about a 15 to 20 minute taxi ride from Naha Airport. It's super close. It's also just a quick taxi ride to International Street. During less busy times, we could get there for the same price as taking the Yui Rail, which might even be cheaper?! Right around the hotel, there’s a big local supermarket called 'Town Plaza Kanehide Nishinomachi Market'. Inside the hotel, there are not only restaurants but also... - Seven Eleven - Souvenir shop - Bakery (which even has deli and bento options!) It’s just so convenient! Haha! And there’s even an Orix Rent-a-Car counter! With such convenience, I can't even feel like trying other hotels anymore... I’m now a huge fan of Loisir Hotel Naha. The hotel has an onsen pool too!!! It’s incredibly comfortable... when I’m just floating with the kids on a ring, regular warm water pools can get chilly; however, the exquisite temperature plus the onsen water is truly a godsend for relaxation… If you get bored, you can easily head to the outdoor pool. Lazing around on the beach beds of the outdoor pool terrace feels amazing. After the pool, you can go straight to the large communal bath to soak in the onsen and relax. Additionally, the hotel’s loungewear is extremely comfortable. I’d want to buy it if it were for sale. By the way, friends who have stayed at this hotel said exactly the same thing. And they also provide kids' sizes! The breakfast buffet was delicious. You can make your own taco rice, and there’s an unlimited supply of Blue Seal ice cream. The kids were thrilled. The only downside is that the view from the room can vary greatly depending on the room. Rooms facing the pool side have a great view of the sea, while the street-side rooms do not have the typical Okinawan scenery! This is probably reflected in the room prices, and since the rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, thanks to HafH, we were able to book a great deal with flexible cancellation for our summer stay in Okinawa, so it was no problem for us!

Last year, I stayed at OMO3 Akasaka and realized that a neighborhood hotel stay is fun! I thought next would be Otsuka! But I decided to go for Gotanda during the Obon holiday. It was a no-research adventure, but the tatami was great! The kids loved it too. The view wasn’t great, but it was still a cityscape that I could look at for a long time. I wanted to chill in the courtyard too, but I succumbed to the heat... I want a rematch!

I wanted to relax at a hot spring inn during the New Year's holiday, so I stayed here. While there are many plans without meals available through Hafh, it was nice that this hotel offered a dinner and breakfast plan. After checking in at 3 PM, I relaxed without stepping outside the hotel. I enjoyed the hot spring three times: after checking in, after dinner, and after waking up. Although there is only an indoor hot spring, there are two types of hot water available. They are planning to renovate and add an outdoor bath. Dinner was the local kaiseki plan which I couldn't choose, but the quantity was just right, and the dessert ice cream and soba karinto were delicious. From 9 PM, you can enjoy free late-night Tan Tan Noodles from “Kumahachitei” in the lounge on the first floor. Since dinner was set early at 6 PM, I was a bit hungry and decided to go. It was a surprisingly thin noodle but with a firm texture, and it was delicious Hong Kong sesame tan tan noodles. Breakfast was a buffet. When I arrived at the breakfast venue at 6:45, I was shown to a semi-private room, allowing me to eat breakfast leisurely. There was a rich variety of food, and I was full. The sweet treat "Yama no Yobigoe" in the room and the hotel’s original product "Kame no I Manju" sold at the shop and served at the breakfast buffet were also delightful. There were no bottled water provided in the room, but there is a water server in the elevator hall on each floor, so you can fill the provided bottle in your room.

A HafH member must make the reservation request. Without a HafH member, the accompanying person cannot stay alone in the room. However, the accompanying person does not have to be a HafH member to stay at the property.

It is not possible to reserve multiple rooms for the same dates. Please ask the property you wish to stay at about accommodations for children.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible until the day before the check-in date. No cancellation fee will be charged. Only in the case of possible cancellation, the coins used for the reservation will be refunded at the time of cancellation.
Please note that cancellations of confirmed reservations will not be accepted after 0:00 on the day of check-in, and the coins will not be refunded.

Changes
No changes can be made after the reservation has been made. If you wish to change your reservation (number of days, room type, number of people), please cancel the reservation and then make a new reservation with the requested information. Once you cancel the reservation, you may not be able to make another reservation with the same details.
