My impression when staying at 'COTICE THE GROUND' was very good. The reception is on the 3rd floor, and the process went smoothly without any hiccups. There are staff members who can communicate in Japanese, so I felt secure without worrying about language. The room was equipped with a water purifier, so I didn't have any trouble with drinking water. There is also a washing machine in the building, but this is for long-term guests, and short-term guests cannot use it. The room was clean and they offered housekeeping services if requested, making for a comfortable stay. What I particularly liked was the independent shower booth, which kept the bathroom area clean at all times. This is a rare feature in Korea and was very helpful. The location is very convenient, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. I would love to visit this hotel again.

The lobby is on the third floor, and check-in was smooth. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, which provided reassurance. The guest room was equipped with a water purifier, so there was no need to buy water, making it very convenient. There is also a washing machine, but it's for long-term guests only and can't be used by general guests. The room was clean, and if requested, cleaning was also done, allowing for a comfortable stay. What I particularly liked was that the shower room was well-separated, ensuring the entire bathroom didn't get soaked. This is quite rare in Korean hotels, and I highly rated this aspect. The location was also good, making it a convenient hotel for sightseeing. It was a well-balanced hotel in terms of comfort and service, and I would like to use it again.

It's a central location next to BIFF Square, very close to the station. The room was spacious and quite clean, and it was affordable. I've already decided to stay here again next time I visit Busan. ^^ The front desk is stylish, and there's a convenience store and everything else nearby.

This hotel is very convenient, just about 30 seconds on foot from Exit 3 of Jagalchi Station. The rooms are new and spacious enough. It has a structure like an apartment, shared between two hotels. There are washing machines and kitchens, but they seem to be for long-term users only. The refrigerator is condominium-sized, so it's very large. The stalls downstairs are open until 3 AM, so you can enjoy gourmet food.

This hotel was conveniently located near the station, and there was a convenience store nearby. A pharmacy and street vendors were right in front! The market was just a few minutes' walk away. The exit stairway from the subway was close, but there was also an elevator nearby. The room was clean, and it had an entrance area where you could take off your shoes, so I brought slippers, but on lazy days, I walked around in socks or barefoot because it was so clean. What I appreciated the most was the large refrigerator! It was my first time staying in a hotel with such a big fridge, which was very convenient. The staff was also friendly, and I was able to have a comfortable stay ( *´艸｀)

The location is absolutely outstanding! It's just a short walk from exit 3 and 5 of Jagalchi Station. In the evening, you can overlook the bustling street filled with food stalls from the hotel. However, I couldn't hear any noisy sounds from the room at all. Jagalchi Market is also nearby, and it's easy to return quickly after eating and drinking, so I felt safe to indulge. There are convenience stores, Olive Young, coffee shops, and everything else you might need nearby, making it very convenient. The room felt like it might have been renovated from a condo, as it came with a washing machine and a kitchen, but unfortunately, the use of these appliances was prohibited. I thought it would be convenient if I could use them. There was a large refrigerator that was usable. The room was spacious enough, had a nice view, and the night view of Busan was beautiful as well. Many hotels in Korea have spacious rooms, and this one is no exception. The BIFF Square was also nearby and, perhaps due to the film festival time, it was bustling with many people. The front desk staff were kind; I checked out early in the morning and headed to the airport, and when I asked them to call a taxi, they did so immediately.
