■Facilities TINY GARDEN TATESHINA, a lodging facility operated by Urban Research, is located 2.5 hours by car or train from Shinjuku. Located on the shores of Lake Tateshina at the foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains in Nagano Prefecture, it offers three types of accommodation: camping, lodges and cabins. The hotel also has a range of facilities, including a hot spring, a restaurant/cafe, work stations and an outdoor shop, as well as a variety of activities in the Yatsugatake Mountains, which are 1,250 meters above sea level, so guests can spend their time in nature in their own way. ■Rooms The Lodge is a hotel-type accommodation with 7 Japanese and Western-style rooms located by Lake Tateshina. The "Cabins" are accommodation huts lined up in the camping area, with 20 of them available for rent. Toilets and bathrooms are shared with campers, so this is an outdoor-style stay. There is no wifi in the cabins. *Guests staying in the cabins are not provided with amenities such as towels or toothbrushes, so please bring your own. *Both lodge and cabin guests can use the large public bath at the local Tateshina Onsen hot spring. ■Meals (reservation required 3 days in advance) Meals made with local ingredients will be available, as an additional option. Breakfast: 2,000 yen / Dinner: 4,000 yen (both require a reservation 3 days in advance) *Lunch and café are available without reservations for including those who are not staying at the hotel. *There are restaurants, yakiniku restaurants, curry restaurants, etc. within a 10-minute walk of the lodge. ■Area You can see Lake Tateshina right in front of the main building of TINY GARDEN. It is located on the opposite bank of the road station [Venus Line Tateshina Lake], a 10-minute walk from the road station.
