As a residential-style accommodation, it caters to long-term stays, with a tranquil atmosphere and communal spaces. This report is about my two-day stay centered around the theme of "art and leisure" based at HOTEL GRAPHY. "HOTEL GRAPHY NEZU" is conveniently accessible from Ueno Station and Nezu Station, nestled in a quiet residential area. Walking through the entrance reveals a café lounge and spacious shared areas, giving you the feeling of stepping into someone’s lovely home. The staff at the front desk are courteous, and the atmosphere makes it easy to communicate during your stay. It was a place where I felt comfortable even alone.

I had plans to meet a friend in the city, so I stayed both before and after the meeting. This was my third time staying here, and I chose to return. This time I stayed in a dormitory. The staff was very kind and friendly. Many of them are also fluent in English, which is impressive! Because of its good access to Yanesen and Ueno, there were many overseas guests. From 6 PM for one hour, there is a complimentary beer service, which is great for beer lovers. It was a good opportunity to communicate with other guests. As someone who just returned from studying abroad, it was a good chance to practice my English conversation. I realized that there are various ways to enjoy it depending on the person! The rooms range from dormitories to private rooms, allowing you to choose based on your needs.

During my stay in the dormitory of HOTEL GRAPHY Nezu, I experienced the warmth unique to the Yanesen area. After checking in, the first thing that caught my eye was the abundance of shared spaces. There were various relaxing setups like the cafe and bar, tatami area, and rooftop terrace. In the evening, enjoying a free drink provided at the bar while interacting with fellow travelers was one of the highlights. Conversations that transcended language and cultural barriers were an exclusive pleasure of this hotel. The dormitory beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring privacy, and the shared shower rooms and toilets were designed for ease of use. Stepping out of the hotel, the local charm of the Yanesen area spread out before me. Walking the streets made the stay itself a joyful travel experience.

At HOTEL GRAPHY Nezu, I could fully enjoy the charm of the Yanesen area and the freedom to enjoy interactions. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Nezu Station, in an area filled with the nostalgic atmosphere of a historical downtown. As I strolled around, I found old-fashioned scenery and delicious local shops scattered around, allowing for a relaxed time in the middle of the city. The hotel has abundant communal spaces, and the ways to utilize them are wonderfully free. In the lounge, I could easily interact with fellow travel-loving guests, and from the rooftop terrace, I enjoyed a splendid view. In the evening, the cafe & bar provided free beer, creating a naturally flowing conversation moment. Moreover, with unique facilities such as tatami spaces and a kitchen, there are no limits to the ways to enjoy my stay. This hotel, frequented by a diverse mix of international guests, is a special place where new encounters and experiences are born, not just accommodation. I was able to enjoy a warm time and a wonderful stay that blends the charm of Yanesen.

The hotel (hostel) is located in a quiet area, deep in a residential neighborhood. I stayed in a private room, not a dormitory. I was happy to receive a beer as a welcome drink. The building and facilities looked old, but the atmosphere has been stylishly renovated for young people.

Pros - Less than a 5-minute walk from Nezu Station - Cafe & bar on the first floor - Shared spaces and kitchen seem spacious - Check-in available until 23:00 Points to note - Honestly, the atmosphere is closer to a student dorm than a hotel - In a dorm, the women's exclusive facilities may be on a different floor - The shared washroom may feel a bit cramped when locked.

2024年9月にダブルルームに宿泊。ハフでお得になるホテルです 場所は、根津駅からあるいて10分程度ですが、住宅街にありますので初めてだと不安になるかと思います。住宅街にひっそりとあるという感じです。 私は、千駄木駅で降りて、谷中銀座を楽しんで、歩いて行きました。千駄木駅から歩くと30分ぐらいです。このエリアは、チェーン店ではない、昔ながらのお店が多く、雑貨や食事を楽しめます。バスも上野まで通ってますので、疲れたらバスを利用するとよいと思います。谷中銀座は、食事も安いですし、飲み代も安めです。ビール500円とか普通にあります。 小さめのホテルと思いきや、ホテル内に食事処があり、夜はルーフトップで映画の上映もしています（今回だけなのかもしれませんが）。今まで色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、このホテルは結構楽しいかと思もいます。 ラウンジでは仕事もできますが、5,6組程度しか座れないため混雑時は席に着けないかと思います。また、電源がテーブルにないので、延長コードがないと電源をとるのが厳しいと思います。（写真参照）１つ延長コードはありましたが、、、 また、ドミトリーがありますので、それ用の共用キッチンや調理器具、冷蔵庫などもあります。ビリーヤードがあるのは珍しいですね 私は「ドミトリー」ではなく「ダブルルーム」に宿泊しました。室内は、清潔で珈琲パックが3つとチョコレートクッキー1つがサービスでありました。お風呂は横幅少し狭めです。珍しく冷凍庫付の冷蔵庫がおいてありました。 ＊ベット脇の充電は、ＵＳＢとコンセント、机の横にはコンセントがあります。それぞれ1つづつです。 ＊レンタル品もカードゲームなど色々あって面白いです。 ＊事前チェックインがアプリでできて便利でした ＊チェックアウトは、ゆっくりできる11時までです ●その他の詳細 アメニティ：寝衣あり、珈琲3つ特典、砂糖と紅茶もカウンターにあります 風呂：部屋風呂あり 仕事：ワークスペースはあるがコンセントが少ない。早い者勝ちです。部屋の机では仕事できます。ライト有りですが、ベットと壁に挟まれて少し狭いです。部屋の照明も明るいです 駐車場：なし、ホテル周りにはあります。都内価格ですが 喫煙：喫煙スペースあり ★ハフの説明にはないので、事前に知っておいたらよかったと思うことを書いておきます ＊夕方6時から7時まで生ビール飲み放題です。発泡酒ではなくちゃんとしたビールでした。美味しかった ＊たまにホテルでイベントをしているときがあります（今回、やっているとはしらずゆっくりいったらほぼ終わっていました・・・） ●写真について 写真は、外観、24時間使用できる共有キッチンロビー、お部屋、屋上（ルーフトップ）、レンタル自転車、ホテル内飲食メニュー、近隣コンビニ、観光参考書籍、ホテルオリジナルグッズ、ホテル情報ＳＮＳです ＊ＳＮＳに関しては、事前に登録して、イベントのある日に行くとよいと思います ＊あと、町内のお祭りも事前にチェックして観光するのも面白いと思います。参考にポスターの写真も載せておきました
