【Building】 It was an old building, but the water areas have been renovated and are clean. You will probably get a room on the 3rd floor if you book through hafh. The 3rd floor has a lively space with manga magazines available, but the large communal bath, water server, washroom, and toilet are all on the same floor, so it's convenient. 【Room】 No bath or toilet, but it has a bed and a Japanese-style table. There's no chair, so it’s not suitable for long work sessions as it can hurt your back and legs. There are multiple Wi-Fi connections, with no issues in signal strength! Some might find the musty smell of the room upon entry a concern. It wasn't a problem once the air purifier was running and the room was ventilated! 【Welcome Drink】 At check-in, I received a drink voucher usable at the lounge on the top floor. (Available from 14:00 to 17:00) You can enjoy the spacious area with a view of Kobe Harbor. 【Happy Hour】 From 17:30 to 19:00, there’s a happy hour happening in the living room on the 3rd floor! Beers are 100 yen each, and highballs and soft drinks are free. There were also snacks available. This combination of highballs and Umaibo snacks is a winner!◎ 【Large Bath】 There are two types: herbal bath and hot spring bath. There’s also a free Iwaburo available for women!!! The shower head is a Refa, and shampoo amenities are provided. Due to the location, there are many inbound guests, so manners were slightly concerning, but it wasn't too crowded since it was a weekday!◎ 【Gym】 There’s a gym on the 4th floor. It has a unique feel like dark fitness! 【Amenities】 There’s a shampoo bar in the large bath. Moisturizer and lotion are also available in the large bath, but it’s average, so if you have specific preferences, it might be better to bring your own. There are toothbrushes available, but they are a bit worn out. 【Staff】 Perhaps because there are many inbound guests, most staff are international, but there were no issues with Japanese communication! They greeted me every time we met.

It is within walking distance from Motomachi, and also within walking distance to Nankinmachi, the Old Foreign Settlement, Harborland, and Mosaic. As mentioned in the description, you will be assigned a Japanese-style room (though it has a bed), and the toilet and bathroom are shared. The bathroom is very large.
