Location: Near Kintetsu Nara Station In the bustling area of Nara, just a block away It’s a 10-15 minute walk from JR Nara, but the many shops keep it interesting. Room: Clean and convenient Amenities are located on the first floor, with a variety of teas There’s no water bottle in the room. There’s water on the first floor, so bring your own bottle! The location is great, and the rooms are clean and new. This has been the best stay among all my experiences at Hafh.

First of all, the location is amazing! The hotel was directly connected to the mall, which was super convenient! The hotel pool was an infinity pool, providing a beautiful space. The hotel's interior was cute and very clean. I only added breakfast for one of the two nights, but it was nice to have a small kids' space in the breakfast area✨ The breakfast also had a live kitchen and a wide variety, so I don't think I would have gotten bored even if I stayed for two days. The coin prices were quite cheap, and it was a highly satisfying stay!

The Mitsui Garden Hotel, familiar even in Japan, is thriving in Taipei as well, and at the front desk, you can communicate in Japanese and the service is of Japanese quality, which was very satisfying. The large public bath is also available for free for guests, and I think it’s a hotel where first-time visitors to Taipei can stay with peace of mind. As a Japanese, I was also happy to have a bathtub! Highly recommended!

After thoroughly enjoying Disneyland on my own, this time I stayed at Hoshino Resort for the first time! I was excited for check-in♪ 【Access】 The hotel is located in Urayasu and is a bit distant from Disneyland, but there is a stylish shuttle bus service, making it convenient to access. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes. 【Check-in & Room】 Check-in was smooth and completed with a touchscreen! I appreciated that the room key designs could be chosen from four different types. Amenities had to be fetched self-service from the lobby. The superior room I stayed in was spacious enough to feel wasteful for just one person! I could relax comfortably. Outside the window, to the left was the sea, and to the right was the view of the Disney Celebration Hotel—what a lovely sight! 【Well-Equipped Shared Space '2nd Room'】 There is a shared area called '2nd Room' separate from the guest rooms. Here, there are food & drink stations like an unmanned convenience store, rest areas, and a service counter that provides water, hot water, and a microwave! You can relax and grab a snack★ 【Stylish Interior】 The entire hotel’s interior is designed to be reminiscent of America around 1955, creating an Instagrammable and stylish space wherever you take a photo! I couldn't help but snap some pictures★ 【Breakfast Buffet (¥2,500)】 You could still add the breakfast buffet up until the morning of the day (must be confirmed), and I highly recommend adding this! Especially, the freshly made Reuben sandwich shown in the picture was delicious! (//∇//) Unusually for a buffet, there were no misses with any of the menu items! Haha. My favorite was the mini melon bread. I loved it so much that I refilled 4 to 5 times♪ Haha. 【-Summary- I want to stay again!】 My stay was very satisfying! It was such a lovely hotel that made me think 'I want to use it again.' This stay sparked my desire to try other Hoshino Resorts and OMO, and I want to experience another facility soon♪

Since it was difficult to eat calmly with my 4-year-old and 7-year-old sons, I gave up on eating at the hotel, but once they are a bit calmer, I would like to pay extra to try the hotel's meals again.

10年ぶりくらいに泊まりました。朝食は無くなっていたけど、岡山で人気のつむぎコッペという種類豊富で美味しいコッペパンが朝7時から1階で販売されます。無料のコーヒーといただきましたがふわふわで最高でした✨ 私はてりたまチキン娘はいちごホイップ友人は月見コッペ＆エビとブロッコリーサラダ休憩スペース(元朝食会場)には椅子、机、充電用コンセント、電子レンジなどがありゆっくりできます。フロントで荷物の預かりはなくフリースペースに個人で保管するスタイルなので盗難防止のワイヤーロックなどがあると便利です。アメニティはパジャマ、タオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシなど一通りあります。お部屋は狭く年月も少し経ってきましたが、相変わらずコスパが良いので人気もあります。路面電車からもバス停からも近く、岡山駅からも歩ける距離で岡山城や後楽園、周りにお店も多く城下近辺をラフに楽しめてオススメです！

I stayed at 'OMO', a new brand by Hoshino Resorts, located just minutes from JR Osaka Loop Line's 'Shin-Imamiya' Station. The facility is very spacious and casual, with abundant amenities. Additionally, its access to major tourist spots in Minami, such as Shinsekai and Abeno Harukas, is excellent, making it a perfect hotel for exploring Osaka at a reasonable price.

I stayed at the "Kobe Guest House Banka," which is about a 5-minute walk from JR Nada Station and converted from an old private house. Although it is a bit far from the downtown area of Kobe at Sannomiya, that distance rather adds to the local feeling. The staff at the guest house are very friendly, and most of the guests are travelers from overseas. Everyone relaxes and chats in the shared space on the first floor. We stayed in a twin room on the third floor. The toilet, shower room, and wash basin are shared but kept very clean. You can see the Hankyu Railway running from the rooftop. If you are sensitive to the noise of trains, you can wear the earplugs provided by the accommodation to sleep.

A Relaxing Solo Trip in Hayama!

I wanted to see the ocean, so I took a quick 1.5-hour trip from Tokyo to Hayama! ⬜︎ Check-In Check-in here is a bit later at 16:00. I reserved through Hafh, and after stating my name, I could check in immediately, with breakfast reservation also available at that time. Breakfast reservations can be made up to the day before, and I had to decide the menu at the same time as making the reservation. I usually prefer Japanese food, so I chose the spam onigiri set! There were also French toast, minestrone, and gratin among four menu options. In addition to the plate, they had a buffet-style salad, cereals, and drinks (water, milk, orange juice, coffee, and hot drinks). If you have time, it seems nice to slowly enjoy coffee in the morning while working or reading. ⬜︎ 1F Indoor Area The indoor area was very clean, and the shared space (workspace) was well-equipped. It was separated into a tatami area and an area with tables and chairs. You can eat anywhere in this area, whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or in the cafe! ⬜︎ 5F Room (Mountain Side) I reserved a private room (mountain side) and spent my time inside! I chose mountain side as it was slightly cheaper, and the chirping of birds was soothing. The ocean view can be seen from the bath, so I think anyone who doesn’t have particular preferences can relax just fine from the mountain side. ⬜︎ Amenities In the 1F lobby, there are cotton swabs, combs, toothbrushes, shaving razors, and shaving cream. They also provided pajamas and slippers in the room, so for those who don’t mind, you don’t need to bring pajamas. *I don't know about the bunk room! There was also a refrigerator and electric kettle, so I enjoyed a leisurely stay with dinner brought back to the room. In the bathing area, besides shampoo, rinse, and body soap, there’s also cleansing and face wash (this was the information I wanted to know). If you need anything, it would be skincare items! There were oils and creams in the changing area, but I wasn’t sure if they were for the face... I took care of myself with what I brought! I hope this helps you if you're considering a stay!

Convenient Hotel with Great Location and Is This Really '6'?

It was a very convenient place to stay, within walking distance from the Melbourne station, the State Library, the museum, and the market. The room was more than spacious for one person. There were plenty of coffee and tea options, and for some reason, there was a pack of milk in the fridge. At the front desk, they also had a server with lemon-infused water, which was a nice service to enjoy water upon returning from outside. By the way, regarding the title ‘6’, when I checked in and tried to enter my room with the card key, I encountered an error. When I returned to the front desk to explain, they gave me two card keys this time. Getting back to the room, both keys also failed to work. Going back to the front desk again and saying 'My room is 1246, right?' they informed me it was '1248', and they even wrote that in large letters again, but doesn’t that (especially the smaller number written before) clearly indicate ‘6’?

Favorite Hotel for Mother-Child Trip Near Universal Studios

At Exit 6 of the Osaka Loop Line [Zoo-mae], turn immediately to the left. You’ll see the hotel just to the left after passing under the elevated railway. I stayed at the [Hotel Mystays Shin-Osaka Conference Center] the night before, so I headed from [Nishi-Nakajima Minami Exit]. It took 19 minutes via the Midosuji Line. I dropped off my luggage and headed towards Universal Studios Japan. Check-in was okay until 24:00, so I felt relieved! It’s incredibly convenient that you can deposit your luggage before checking in (it's free for guests). Since I had a ticket for Universal from 15:00, I relaxed on the lawn at OMO7. With the expo approaching, there were flying cars too. The lobby tables also had chargers, so I could fully charge my devices before heading out to Universal. I was very lucky to stay here on a Saturday in March! What I love most about OMO7 is that I can let my child roam within sight. They can run around on the lawn or watch the trains, enjoying their freedom. Since we got home from Universal quite late, we had light snacks in the room. Cup soup is very convenient to respond to the child's sudden 'I'm hungry!'.

A Quiet and Relaxing Space

It was a quiet and calming place that was hard to believe was in Shinjuku. The open-air bath on the rooftop was refreshing and allowed for a relaxing time. Also, the ice cream after the bath was the best. The room had tatami mats, which are great for families with children. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. It was also a little far from the station.

After enjoying gourmet food and drinks in Utsunomiya, I checked in. I was thankful that the fridge had the hotel’s original mineral water chilling inside. They provide a gown but not room wear, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it. I really liked the fluffy body towel that lathers well among the amenities. I forgot to bring my smartphone charger, but the front desk kindly lent me one, which was very helpful. There were power outlets by the bedside and desk. The air conditioning was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well on the spacious bed.

They welcomed us with a welcome drink of shikuwasa juice and shikuwasa rooibos tea, and there was sanpin tea and Orion beer in the room (and it was free!!). At ONO5 Okinawa, you can also borrow room wear for free, making it an overly serviceable inn ✨. Plus, it’s within walking distance to Kokusai Street, so the location is excellent!!

This time I arrived around noon and played in the gym first. Volleyball and basketball were free, while table tennis and badminton had a fee. Even before the 3 PM check-in, if you tell the front desk, you can borrow towels and take a bath. This time, there were no onsen buns in the guest lounge; instead, there was ice cream. At night, it was great to be able to see the starry sky on the rooftop!

This hotel has excellent access, just about 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by taxi from Naha Airport. Being OMO5, the hotel offers complimentary loungewear and a variety of amenities. A nice touch is that each guest receives Orion beer and sanpin tea. Above all, the Yagura room is a hit with the kids, ensuring they have plenty of fun right inside the hotel. The bathroom includes a washing area and even Okinawa-exclusive bath salt to soothe travel fatigue.

About a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station, there’s a wonderful hotel right in front of Shibuya PARCO, full of art from the entrance. The staff is warm and friendly, providing just the right amount of proactive service. The room isn’t too small, and the atmosphere is filled with art, creating a stylish vibe. Thanks to the numerous artworks and attentive staff, a very relaxing space has been created. I think it’s rare to find a hotel where you can enjoy such an atmosphere in the middle of energetic Shibuya. The bathroom is a standard unit type, but the bathtub is spacious enough to relax and soak comfortably. (The showerhead might be a ReFa... it was very good.) The amenities are basic, lacking skincare products, but due to the location, you won’t have trouble finding cafes or convenience stores. I was able to rest well in the room. I would want to stay at this hotel again.

And of course, you can relax in your favorite spot, whether it's on the lawn, in a kotatsu, in a semi-private room, or on a sofa! Coffee is available for free anytime, with Wi-Fi fully equipped, and a co-working space. Check-in is at 3 PM, but guests can use the facilities from 10 AM. After check-in, you can also access the guest-only lounge, which features a shampoo bar, all-you-can-eat hot spring buns and snacks at certain times, ending parfaits, all-you-can-drink alcohol, and soft drinks. There are also analog games available, making it enjoyable even for those with children. If you've requested dinner, you can enjoy the local specialty Gatan and other signature dishes! For those opting for room-only stays, you can enjoy meals and desserts at the cafe. Takeout is also available. Enjoyable for Locals Too: The Charm of OMO7 Osaka City Center Hotel!

I stayed in a king room, and OMO7 Osaka is a hotel that feels like a secret base unique to OMO, situated in the city center. Despite being compact, the cleverly arranged layout is efficient and practical. One wall features the "OSAKA Board," showcasing tourist spots illustrated in a cute style, making you want to discuss where to go next. Fortunately, the Christmas market was being held at Tenshiba at that time, so I walked there. The atmosphere of the city hasn’t changed from the past, but stepping inside is pure OMO. With an increasing number of hotels adopting an all-inclusive style, it was my first time trying delicious takoyaki from a street vendor. The hot takoyaki made by the craftsmen at Aiduya tasted exquisite with their flavorful broth. The ambiance in the lobby late into the night, with people chatting in the night breeze, complemented by the occasional BGM from the loop line. For a local, that juxtaposition is simply charming. The "Yuyado" bathhouse is paid, but the spacious bath has a high ceiling, allowing you to enjoy an open-air bath feeling while soaking. It's convenient as you don't need to bring towels from your room, and they also serve 551 ice cream after bathing (the ice cream isn’t sold in winter at 551, making it a rare treat). I went in both at night and the following morning, and since you can enter multiple times during your stay, that was a delight. Breakfast is buffet-style in OMO Dining. I arrived at 7 AM right after taking a morning bath and surprisingly, I was the first one there. The dishes were beautifully arranged, and I appreciated being able to enjoy local side dishes and fish from Kizu Market. The live buffet's seafood bowl and Odamaki (something like chawan mushi) were incredibly delicious, and I felt so happy starting my day with those. It was a local overnight stay, but it felt like a trip because I could enjoy various activities in the hotel. I would like to come back when I want a change of pace.

The Best Place to Stay in Bangkok! Convenient Location

I stayed in March 2025, and it's my second visit after December 2024. Directly connected to BTS Asoke Station and adjacent to MRT Sukhumvit Station. You can use both without getting wet, even with a large suitcase. It's also nice that they can hold your luggage after checkout, so you can enjoy until the last minute. Additionally, right in front is Terminal 21, a shopping mall open until 10 PM. You can enjoy movies, shops (souvenirs, clothing, and miscellaneous goods), cafes, restaurants, food courts, and a supermarket in the basement, which makes it a perfect place to spend all day in hot Bangkok. The views from the rooftop bar are fantastic, and compared to bars in other hotels, the prices are quite reasonable. The staff were kind and left a good impression, and it’s also family-friendly if you're with elementary school children. Craving fresh vegetables, I used the restaurant 'Ume no Hana' on the second floor for breakfast. You can choose from four pre-set sets, which include both Japanese and Western options. Rice and miso soup can be refilled. There's a buffet with drinks, fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurt, toast, and natto, which was great to be able to enjoy fresh vegetables with peace of mind. The Moo Ping (pork skewers) on the buffet table is delicious, so definitely try it if you get the chance. The room is sufficiently spacious; although there's no bathtub, the water area is clean, and the shower pressure is excellent. The service is so good that you'd forget you're in Bangkok. You can use your chargers and hair irons from Japan without needing a converter (see photos). The room includes disposable slippers and a one-piece pajama set. Amenities include disposable slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, and cotton. The hairdryer is a Panasonic model with great airflow. In the bathroom, there are body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The refrigerator has two bottles of water and an additional two bottles of room-temperature water, which was a nice service. Overall, it's a very relaxing room. Many staff members speak Japanese, which is reassuring. There are laundry facilities on the lobby floor, with two washing machines and two dryers. There's also an ice service and a microwave. You can purchase two coins (tokens) for 200 baht at the front desk for laundry. Each bag of detergent and softener is included, and you can purchase more if needed. Laundry takes 40 minutes, and drying takes 60 minutes; it’s recommended to do laundry while having breakfast. In the lobby, there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. An ATM is also available 💸

Comfortable Hotel with Great Lounge Service and Large Bath

During Golden Week, I booked a two-night, three-day trip to Sendai as my base. I’ve visited Sendai several times but used a hotel on the east side of Sendai Station for the first time. Exiting the east side, it was very quiet, probably because it’s a business district. I was drawn to the color scheme and reserved a Double B room, but later felt I might have preferred Double S after checking the official website—it was a slight regret. The difference is that Double B has a bathtub (unit bath), whereas Double S has a multi-functional shower booth. There’s a large bath available, so honestly, there’s no problem with a unit bath, but I thought a shower booth would be more comfortable because it separates the toilet. However, in the end, I was very satisfied because I could enjoy my favorite bath time in my room after a stay at a hotel with a large public bath. It was great to come back tired from walking and immediately have a foot bath in my room to relax my aching feet—definitely recommended! The room itself was compact yet sufficient, and the bedding was fluffy and comfortable enough to sleep well. The loungewear was a separate type and felt good against my skin—very comfortable! I was glad to find a disposable bag available to use when going to the large bath. From check-in to check-out, the lounge service for guests that changes by the time of day was very fulfilling. I especially enjoyed tasting Sendai’s famous sweets that changed daily. The sweets I encountered in the lounge were so delicious that I bought some as souvenirs at the airport. In the evening, akamoku noodles were served, and it was great that I could take some back to my room in a cup to savor slowly! I had a relaxing stay, enjoying the lounge and everything it offered, making it a great base for my travels.

The 100-point Hotel That My Husband Was Thrilled About in Hakone - All-Inclusive

This hotel is a bit more than my usual budget, so I might not have chosen it otherwise. However, this time, I booked through HafH, which had a limited-time offer that included free drinks, with no time restrictions. In addition to soft drinks, various types of alcohol, including sake, wine, and beer, were available for unlimited drinking. They mentioned that it is a limited-time plan until 2025/3/31, so they’re unsure if it will continue afterward… [Later update] It has been extended until 2026/3/31! ( ੭ ˙ᗜ˙ )੭♡ˎˊ˗ Yay! I’m incredibly happy! I want to go again. Unlike all-you-can-drink at an izakaya, having drinks after soaking in the hot springs at the hotel is the best. The room had an outdoor onsen with free-flowing hot spring water, and there was also an outdoor bath in the large public bath area, with a fireplace in the lobby… It was so relaxing that my fatigue and worries just disappeared. It's not just the unlimited drinks that make it great; the pleasant attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the relaxed atmosphere of Hakone, which isn’t crowded—everything combined gives it a perfect score of 100. It’s not just expensive, cheap, or pretty. We wanted to retreat rather than tour. I booked this for my husband, who loves to drink and was tired from work, hoping to bring him some joy... and it was a huge success! We want to go again just the two of us, but I also want to go with several families or friends and chat around the fireplace. It was an emotional one-night stay filled with spaciousness, the starry sky, and tranquility. Be cautious if snow is forecasted. I finally made it to 'Yamatoya Honten'. As I was traveling alone, it was a bit disappointing to have a single room, but it is indeed an old and high-class Japanese-style inn. One of the enjoyable aspects is the large bath located in the basement. Welcome orange juice (self-serve) Sake and snacks after the bath. And a Noh stage. You can have plenty of fun even with just the room, and breakfast is available with a reservation the day before.

🚃 Access From Nagasaki Station, take the JR Seaside Liner along the coast to Sasebo Station, then a high-speed boat from Sasebo Port New Minato Terminal to Oshima Port in 30 minutes. I requested a free shuttle service to the hotel at Oshima Port in advance. 🛁 Hotel Interior Instantly captivated by soothing scents as soon as you enter the hotel, enjoy a bathroom with an ocean view, stylish furniture, and drinks in the fridge that are related to Nagasaki, making it very relaxing. The elevator hall is spacious, which was very satisfying! You can also purchase Oshima Shuzo's sake at the shop. The items lined up in the shop and the art scattered around were wonderful! The small walking path is adorned with seasonal flowers, allowing you to feel the changing seasons. I was healed by the considerate attentiveness of the staff. 🍾 Breakfast As a welcome drink, you can choose the champagne "Hyper Aid Chic" that Marilyn Monroe liked for breakfast. This champagne was very delicious, and I ended up asking for a refill! You could also choose Oshima's tomato juice. For breakfast, I chose a Western-style steak. The steak sauce was light, and the dessert fruits paired excellently with the champagne! You can also opt for an omelet. While looking at beautiful paintings, I found myself singing along, feeling as if everyone could be like Marilyn Monroe, enjoying a highly satisfying breakfast, and I was able to relax in my room until checkout. ✨ Other Services Guests can reserve to take a free tour of the Oshima Shipyard from the car. Although it was canceled due to the shipyard's circumstances on the day, I would love to participate next time. The hotel allowed for a quiet and leisurely time, and I was happy with the kindness of the staff. Next time, I would love to stay again with family, friends, or on a special day. A Secret Inn You Want to Keep!

This is my third time returning! I was able to stay at this hotel for 1050 coins on a weekend that typically costs about 70,000 yen on booking sites. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby lounge, allowing me to relax while enjoying the ocean view. If desired, I could also take drinks back to my room. What I love most about this inn is that my room has a half-open-air hot spring bath, allowing me to enjoy a bath at any time I like. Additionally, the large public bath is spacious, where you can slowly soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea and enjoy the sauna. When checking in, they inform you of the sunrise time for the next day, so if you go to the bath when the sun rises, you'll be treated to a spectacular view. The room is spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom. The presence of a mini-kitchen is a great bonus, making it easy for those with children to use. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, allowing me to enjoy unlimited cups for free! It was a machine that ground the beans each time, so the aroma was wonderful and the coffee was very tasty. I opted for the no-meal plan, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. I had dinner from Kamesho Kuru Kuru Sushi to go and enjoyed it in my room! For breakfast, I bought bread from Tomonaga Pan the day before and had it with the lobby coffee. The staff was very kind, and I want to use this inn multiple times. Above all, the cost performance is excellent, and although I wish to keep this inn a secret, I really want many people to stay here! I will definitely return again!

【Location】 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Kawaramachi! Both Kyoto City Hall Station and Sanjo Station are also conveniently located about 5-7 minutes on foot. The bus stop (Kawaramachi Sanjo) is also just 1-3 minutes away on foot, making it easy to explore by various means. The Kamo River is also within walking distance. 【Entrance】 It's located behind Kamakura Pasta. 【Reception】 You can leave your luggage even after check-in/check-out. I arranged to have my luggage sent to the hotel before check-in, and the reception was smooth. 【Room】 The bed was large and comfortable. It was spacious enough for two people (!). Unfortunately, this room only allows single occupancy through HafH. This room lacked a table and chairs, so it may not be suitable for hotel workations. (The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable depending on the room. It’s fine for work, but may cause some stress for online meetings.) The other type of room looked like it had tables and chairs, so I’d like to stay there next time. The bathtub was deep, so I could enjoy a nice, long soak. Since there were many drinking parties, I really appreciated having plenty of deodorizing sprays and hangers!

I stayed at DEL style Nagoyabashi by Daiwa Roynet Hotel. Overall, it was a highly satisfying hotel experience. First, the amenity bar was well-equipped, and it was nice to have complimentary skincare products like lotion and moisturizer available. There was also a service offering free ice for guests, perfect for a refreshing treat. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The sink, toilet, and bath were separate, making it very convenient to use. Additionally, complimentary mineral water was provided, showing attention to small details. The front desk staff were courteous, making check-in and check-out smooth. I didn’t use it this time, but I think having a large bath is a high point. Furthermore, with a women-only floor available, I felt that it was a safe environment for solo female travelers. I can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nagoya.

Booking through OTA would have cost over 100,000 yen for one night, but I finally got to stay at Amano Resort for the three-day weekend. As soon as I checked in, I enjoyed a welcome drink on a sofa that overlooks the infinity pool-like sea. The room was spacious and beautiful, with ocean views from all rooms, and the sound of the waves was so soothing that I could relax deeply. The facilities were well-equipped, and the in-room open-air hot spring was the best as I could go in easily, so I went in multiple times. It was the best value for money on hafh, and I was incredibly satisfied, making it highly recommended! Normally, it would be too expensive to stay, but thanks to hafh, I was able to make it this time. I want to save coins and stay again because it was that good!

This hotel is directly connected to Nihon Odori Station on the Minato Mirai Line, making access excellent. Opened in June 2023, it is a very clean and stylish hotel! It's great that you don't have to worry about the weather. The guest rooms feature walls painted in vibrant colors, which is very distinctive. The coordinating cushions that match it are also lovely and elevate your mood. Even if you're not in an executive room, the refrigerator is equipped with a microwave and freezer, which is a favorite point since it means I can enjoy ice cream after a bath! The residence lounge, which you can use freely during your stay, is a spacious area, including an outdoor terrace. It's nice that there’s a coffee machine, allowing you to enjoy coffee breaks freely. Additionally, on the first floor of the hotel is Strasbourg, a chic patisserie that originated in Yokohama! They sell cute sweets with limited edition packages at the Nihon Odori store, so it's also recommended as a souvenir ◎

Opened in 2022, this hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the station, offering excellent accessibility! I had previously stayed here through the Hokuriku Support Discount before using HafH, so I repeated my visit◎ The arrangement of the desk & sofa and bed is a bit tight, but the room is functional and comfortable with a washing area bath and a coffee maker. The bedding is super fluffy and great! Instead of bottled water, there is a pitcher, and each floor has a water server with Toyama's natural water by the elevator. I used this natural water to brew coffee in my room, relaxing or working... Since it is close to the station, I had no trouble finding places to eat, making it an ideal base for my Toyama trip. The weather was rainy, so I was relieved that the access was good. I want to use this place as a base again and go to Toyama to eat delicious food~!

We stayed for two nights with my 60-year-old grandmother, my 5-year-old son, and myself. Great location! Nice atmosphere! Plenty of experiential menus! Definitely a place we will revisit 🩷 The location is about a 10-minute bus ride from Kanazawa Station, but it’s easy to get to all the sightseeing areas in Kanazawa! 🏨 A perfect location! My family loves OMO and we have visited many, but this one is on a whole other level 🩷 The lobby has interiors using Kanazawa's traditional Mizuhiki, with gently swaying lights creating an indescribable atmosphere✨✨ They even have a sanshin in the lobby, and my son had fun playing it. At 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00, there are three free tea hospitality sessions unique to Kanazawa (30 minutes each)! You can choose from two types every day, select by confirming the aroma, then they make it carefully right in front of you, and you can choose a treat, which is a delightful service for all generations 😆 Being an OMO fan, I couldn't help but order something special from their cafe. This time, I chose the seasonal strawberry 🍓 It was delicious and cute, just made my heart flutter. The amazement continued even when we returned to our room 🥹 Being able to store the open suitcase under the bed is fantastic 😃 All hotels should do this and just use a Roomba for cleaning (laughs) It felt more spacious without a bulky suitcase in the way. It's a raised floor, making it recommended for families with children. While there isn't a large public bath, there is a reasonably sized bath, so it wasn't an issue at all. By the way, there's a day-use bath at APA Hotel just a 2-minute walk away, and a sento (public bath) Matsunoyu is also within walking distance (they had flyers for free towel tickets in the lobby). Although it's a paid experience, I highly recommend the 1000 yen gold leaf letter experience 🩷 My 5-year-old son and my 60-year-old grandmother both said the hotel was the most fun memory in Kanazawa! I'm so glad I brought them, a wonderful accommodation that satisfies all generations 🩷

Last year, I stayed at OMO3 Akasaka and realized that a neighborhood hotel stay is fun! I thought next would be Otsuka! But I decided to go for Gotanda during the Obon holiday. It was a no-research adventure, but the tatami was great! The kids loved it too. The view wasn’t great, but it was still a cityscape that I could look at for a long time. I wanted to chill in the courtyard too, but I succumbed to the heat... I want a rematch!

● Things I Was Happy About During My Stay ① Close to the station! Even with just a stroller, it was easy♪ → The hotel is very close to the shuttle bus stop heading to Akiu Onsen → The Anpanman Museum is also within walking distance → The following day's move from Sendai to Yamagata was convenient and close to the station. ② There are many gyutan restaurants within walking distance♪ → The gyutan in the photo is from Rikyu, but there’s also a gyutan restaurant on the first floor of the same building as the hotel. ③ The room was compact but fully equipped with everything needed. → At check-in, I received a set for toddlers containing slippers, a toothbrush, and a handkerchief! → Amenities were from a self-service counter in front. I was glad to find mini hand cream, packs, and bath salts available. I didn't request the optional breakfast buffet that was available for an additional fee this time, but I've heard that for 1,300 yen for adults and 700 yen for children (tax included; free for preschool children), you can enjoy seafood or breakfast specific to Sendai at the seafood izakaya on the second floor! I wish I had eaten it~ (cry) I had to give up because I had leftover bread purchased at the Anpanman Museum... (cry) Since the breakfast reviews seem good, I hope those staying will definitely give it a try♪

A Luxurious Experience Even with Two Children! Stay at the Hilton in Karuizawa with Last-Minute Booking

On Friday night, I was looking for a hotel at a tourist destination that could be reached by Shinkansen from Tokyo the next day, and I was able to book 'Old Karuizawa KIKYO Curio Collection by Hilton' in Karuizawa, so my family of four went. One of the great things about HafH is that you can make reservations at the same price, even at the last minute. Since children can stay for free when sharing a bed, the accommodation for my family of four, including two children aged 0 and 2, was at the regular rate. It turns out that sharing a bed is free for children under 18! Since you cannot input the number of children on HafH, I called on the day to inform them that we would be staying with children, and they prepared a baby bed and cute amenities for the kids in our room. The shuttle service from Karuizawa Station is free as many times as needed, making it very convenient for access with the Shinkansen. The room was spacious enough even with a baby bed set up, and had an interior design reminiscent of a modern renovated European hotel. All the drinks and snacks available in the minibar, as well as sweets like macarons and brownies, were provided as a complimentary welcome service, perfect for a time to relax after check-in! You can enjoy dishes made from Shinshu ingredients at the hotel's restaurant, and the dishes that used Shinshu mushrooms were particularly delicious. The breakfast was buffet-style, and there were many guests staying with children, with the donuts bar being particularly popular. Other highlights include: - The public bath is small but has a sauna, which is great for sauna lovers. - Thanks to central heating, you don't have to worry about adjusting the air conditioning. - It's within walking distance to the main street of Old Karuizawa, making it easy to explore. - The bathroom in the room is spacious enough so that even children who cannot enter the public bath can feel secure. This hotel provides a chance to experience a leisurely escape from the city, even for just a weekend stay.

As an introductory experience of the Hoshino series, it is undoubtedly a hotel that pays attention to surprising details. From the uniquely designed room doorplates, comfortable tatami floors, impeccable interior space design, to the stunning large public bath (which looks like a museum with a chimney from the outside!), this hotel makes you look forward to which Hoshino hotel to stay in next. However, I must remind travelers planning to stay: 1. The luggage delivery service is charged, and it is not more convenient or cheaper than other delivery services. 2. The food and beverages in the hotel are served in disposable containers, which honestly feels a bit strange. 3. Although there are many experiential activities, the time is very limited, and the spots are scarce, making it almost impossible to arrange. As a choice in this price range, Hoshino OMO7 is still a worthwhile accommodation to visit.

My first visit to Ishikawa Prefecture and my first trip to Kanazawa! Of course, I stayed at a Hoshino Resort! The OMO5 Kanazawa Katamachi, where I stayed, faces Katamachi Street. Upon entering, the front desk is immediately to the right, the neighborhood map and free lockers are on the left, and the OMO café & bar is on the right. During my stay, I participated in a neighborhood walking guide tour called "Kanazawa Katamachi Flavor Walk" in the evening, and the next morning I joined a walking tour at the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa. Personally, I particularly remember a small break where we were given a taste at a traditional wagashi (Japanese sweets) shop towards the end of the Kanazawa Katamachi Flavor Walk tour. (I also bought some souvenirs, haha.) In the 21st Century Museum walking tour, we were guided through the free area. I hadn’t planned to visit the paid area, but other participants made reservations at 9:00 to see the famous swimming pool (everyone seemed to get in). In OMO café & bar, sweets are the main focus from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the breakfast area operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Since I had dinner early, I was deciding between Mont Blanc and Mizuhiki OMONaka, which I was curious about in the evening, and as a result, I ended up trying both (haha). I enjoyed the Mont Blanc, as I could pipe the cream myself, which was fun. The Mizuhiki OMONaka comes in red and white varieties; I chose the white because I wanted ice cream, but the Mont Blanc also had ice cream, so I thought I could have gone with the red instead (sweat). Also, during my stay, the Kanazawa KOGEI Night Salon was held in the evening. In this activity, participants can choose from two types of tea and two types of tea snacks. I had the Kaga Bocha and rakugan (a type of Japanese sweet). Breakfast can be had on the day without a reservation. (I missed it because I slept in and woke up just in time for the tour.)

A beautiful and new hotel opened in July 2021. Check-in is done via a machine. 【Room】 Upon entering the room, there were proper slippers... There were sandals/slippers at the entrance, but I wondered if it was okay to use them indoors, so I later confirmed at the front desk (laughs). They said it’s fine to use them both indoors and outdoors (within the hotel). The familiar non-woven slippers were under the TV stand. Also, the dryer bag and bath bag were so cute that I took a photo. I also spotted the bath bags for sale in the shop next to the front desk 👀. There is a chair and a round table, so doing PC work or eating is not a problem. Uh... I couldn’t find my favorite baggage rack 🥺. 【Bath】 While there is a proper bathtub in the room, this hotel has separate large bathrooms for men and women as well as private baths… so I paid for the private bath! (I found out through the hotel's guide on the TV homepage) I prefer to bathe alone, so I’m not a big fan of public baths, but since I could enjoy it alone, it felt a bit luxurious. 2000 yen for 45 minutes [as of March 2024]: payment at check-out. I called the front desk to make a reservation. A few minutes before the reservation time, I went to the front desk to get the key. The bath floor has a resting area and a water server. The back is for women, the front is for men, and the middle is for private baths. (The large bathrooms have a number code to enter, which I received on a paper at check-in). When I entered the private bath, the door closed automatically, but if I fumbled at the entrance, it would open again (laughs). If you get too close, it will open again, so I had to manually close it and check that it wasn’t opening before I settled down in the changing room. I was a bit panicked alone lol. I was a bit confused by the unfamiliar dryer shape, but I just agreed it might be a space-saving design. Some skincare products from a certain brand were placed, and of course, shampoo and other essentials are provided, so you can come empty-handed. When going to the large bathroom, they had told me at check-in to "bring towels from the room," so I brought some when going to the private bath as well, but they were provided here, presumably they prepare enough for the number of reservations. Additionally, there were drinks in a mini cooling/heating box. Since it was available for free, I tried it after the bath. 【Access】 It’s a 4-minute walk from JR Takayama Station, passing through the bus terminal along the tracks. If you go out to the road from the station rotary, there is one traffic light to get to the hotel, but you can go along the tracks without hitting any signals.

My stay at Omo5 Kumamoto was not just about lodging; it was an experience that served as a base to enjoy the entire city! Upon checking in, I was immediately taken aback by the design of the building. The art and decorations sprinkled throughout reflect the essence of Kumamoto 👀. From the café terrace, I could overlook Kumamoto Castle and the cityscape; there was even a kotatsu seat, making it a cozy place to relax! Entering the room, the pink and cute decor excited me!! I felt the beginning of my journey in the yager room that felt like a secret base, and it filled me with anticipation! I also participated in the hotel activity "Castle Town Saruku." Guided by a Kumamoto-loving OMO ranger, I explored the surroundings 👣. Experiencing the history of Kumamoto Castle while visiting hidden gems is something that you can only experience by joining Saruku! In the evening, I also took part in an activity where I could taste cocktails in the café lounge and receive recommendations for bars! It seems that there are over 100 bars densely packed around the hotel, and the staff kindly proposed recommendations to ensure I could enjoy myself, even though I usually don't go to bars. They were also supportive when it came to choosing restaurants for dinner, making me feel like I had a partner for my city walk ✨. My stay at Omo5 Kumamoto was truly enjoyable, only possible by stepping outside the hotel. Thanks to the staff who deepened my love for Kumamoto, I became a big fan of the city! I will definitely go back!

You cannot make reservations for accommodations and airline tickets using only HafH Coins without registering a paid plan.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible until the day before the check-in date. No cancellation fee will be charged. Only in the case of possible cancellation, the coins used for the reservation will be refunded at the time of cancellation.

Changes
No changes can be made after the reservation has been made. If you wish to change your reservation (number of days, room type, number of people), please cancel the reservation and then make a new reservation with the requested information.
