Affordable Stylish Hotel

While searching for a hotel to stay for a study session in Nagoya, I found this hotel that was affordable, close to the station, and clean. Since it was a Saturday stay, I compared it with other sites, and HafH was the cheapest (HafH's strength), so I booked through HafH. 【Access】As mentioned in the facility introduction, it takes less than five minutes to walk from exit 13 of Sakai station, making it very accessible. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 【Room】 The room was clean, did not feel old, and was just the right balance without being too extravagant. There was a large mirror, which made it easy to put on makeup! 【Lobby】 The hotel staff's response was also good. There is a service called "tottette" where you can get up to two snacks per person. Personally, I found the donuts delicious. There was also a coffee server. 【Others】 I've written a lot so far, but there is one downside. Due to its location, there is quite a bit of outside noise. Sounds from events in the park and sirens from racing cars and police cars... It was a bit irritating, especially since I was studying in the room 😅 (I'm the type of person who usually can sleep through noise without caring). 【Recommended for】 Those who want to stay in a clean hotel around Sakai, enjoy snacks and coffee, enjoy events at Hisaya Odori, and do not mind noise.

I had a great stay at the Club Floor with HafH! Children stayed for free! I thought I would go for a buffet breakfast in the morning, but I ended up choosing lounge breakfast due to additional charges for the children's meals. I regretted not selecting the Japanese restaurant instead, thinking I could just go to the lounge if I needed more, as I didn't have to order for the children there.

Pros: The facilities are clean. Cons: It's a bit far from the city center. Recommendation: ★★★☆☆ (3 stars) I stayed at the Grand Mercure Hanoi. It was newly opened in 2023 and the facilities are very clean. The bed is a king size, and having a bathtub is a nice feature for us Japanese. The staff was also friendly. To move to the city center, you generally need to call a taxi or bike using a ride-hailing app.

I stayed at the "Hotel Anteroom Kyoto" to attend HafH's "Travel Week Kyoto" event! They say the hotel was renovated from a student dormitory, and having experienced dorm life as a student, the heating felt nostalgic to me. Since the event was held in the hotel, I was concerned about getting lost after the event, being directionally challenged, and decided to book the same hotel as the event venue. As a result, it was reasonably priced, about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and conveniently located for all event venues. After checking in, on the recommendation of the front desk staff, I added my favorite aroma to the bath salt and brought it to my room. Before taking a bath, the aroma filled the room, creating a lovely atmosphere. The 1F space in the hotel has a restaurant and a bar, with the bar being an open space that can also be used as a lounge. I brought my computer and did some work, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the breakfast that was highly recommended and popular on social media! If you reserve in advance, there’s a discount, so I recommend that. It's located in a slightly quieter area away from the bustling downtown, so there’s no worry about noise, and there are convenience stores nearby, making it quite convenient. I think it is also recommended for the event venue.

It was a convenient location. I had to arrive at Gimpo at 6:00 AM the next morning, so we stayed here to catch the first taxi to Seoul Station. ■ 3 minutes walk from Jongno 3-ga Station Excellent access from the station. ■ Also close to the airport limousine bus stop (From Incheon Airport, get off at 6002 Jongno 2-ga) ■ Convenient as you can use subway lines 1, 3, and 5! ■ Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, and at night, the streets become overflowing with young people, with many izakayas! Fun. ■ The hotel has luggage storage before and after check-in. ■ The front desk staff was fluent in Japanese, which was very helpful → they called a taxi for us using KAKAO in the morning. ■ There was a convenience store directly connected on the first floor, which was very convenient. The Stability of OMO (Hoshino Resort) Recently, due to rising prices, the number of coins used for HafH has also increased, making it more challenging to find hotels... I’ve started looking for locations with OMO to travel to! This time, I planned to use a flight from Haneda Airport to Kansai Airport and wanted to stay near Kansai Airport, so I thought about selecting OMO, but surprisingly, it was fully booked on HafH... After confirming that other nearby hotels had vacancies, I checked again on the morning of the day and was able to make a reservation after a cancellation occurred✌️ Now, OMO is widely talked about because it provides affordable excitement and great cost performance at Hoshino Resort, with many people sharing their stories. So, as the title suggests, I will briefly outline the pros and cons! 【Pros】 ◆ Great cost performance. Outside of Tokyo and Kyoto, it’s exceptional, and for two people, you can stay for about 300 coins if it’s cheap. ◆ Rooms where you take off your shoes. OMO allows you to relax in a room where you can take off your shoes. It’s comfortable and perfect for families with children! ◆ Separate water facilities. Instead of a unit bath, there are separate washbasins, toilets, and bathtubs, which make it comfortable for families with kids. (Everything was like this in the place I stayed.) ◆ Many activities. You can take neighborhood walks, visit nearby shops, and experience the local area. Just being able to take off your shoes is comfortable, and the spacious bath is a big help for families with kids. 【Cons】 ◆ Limited types of rooms to reserve. While there are various interesting types of rooms that are attractive about OMO, many facilities can only reserve standard rooms like twins on HafH. I was able to reserve a Yagura room in Otsuka. ◆ Activities may not be bookable. They are often on a first-come-first-serve basis, so there are times when reservations are full. ◆ Few facilities can be booked at Hoshino Resort. Almost only OMO can be reserved, and OMO is currently concentrated in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, so there are still not many available nationwide. I hope for more in the future! The cons are not too numerous, but it’s unfortunate that you cannot choose the type of room... ⭐︎Differences in OMO⭐︎ OMO3 Specialized for Accommodation I stayed in Akasaka. There is a Ueshima Coffee shop attached. OMO5 City Hotel-like There are restaurants and cafes, and you can eat breakfast and dine in the evening. I stayed in Otsuka, Tokyo. OMO7 Full-Service-like There are formal restaurants and larger hotels. Is this Kansai Airport ‘Airport’ different from the others? Almost like OMO7, maybe 6🤔 ⭐︎Finally, the Appeal of OMO in Kansai Airport⭐︎ ◆ The large public bath is amazing. Large, clean, and many kinds! There are saunas, carbonated hot springs, and half-open-air baths, so you can enjoy them leisurely! ◆ Yona Yona Moon Walk In the evening, a rooftop bar appears on the 22nd floor! I think it’s the best to enjoy drinks while having fun with friends or having a quiet drink together enjoying the sunset or the night view. I got to enjoy cheesecake indoors since it was rainy and I was alone. The indoor space is stylish! The prices are reasonable! ◆ Free airport bus In the morning, there’s a free bus to Kansai Airport. ◆ Close to the station and convenient There are outlets and supermarkets nearby, making it variously convenient! I look forward to enjoying the OMO life in the future!

I stayed for 2 nights as a solo female traveler. Maybe because it was a weekday, although I had booked a single room, they changed it to a twin without saying anything. The room was clean and I was able to spend my time in a relaxed manner. Additionally, there was a San-A next door, allowing me to feel the Okinawan ambiance. Moreover, the breakfast was filled with Okinawan dishes and was delicious!

I stayed on the first and last nights of my trip. On the first night, I checked in around 1 AM because my flight was delayed. On the night before the last day, I also stayed there to prepare for my early morning flight the next day. It's no surprise that a lot of flight attendants stay at this hotel, as there were always several staff members at the front desk, day or night. The airport shuttle runs every hour for 4000 won, and reservations need to be made a day in advance. If you take a late-night taxi from the airport, it costs about 20,000 won via Kakao Taxi to the hotel. There's also a convenience store on the 1st floor of the hotel, and within walking distance, there are numerous restaurants, Daiso, Starbucks, and other shops, so I never had any difficulties, and this place has become the starting and ending point of my journey each time. Haha. The hotel also provides robes, disposable slippers, kettles, coffee, a washing machine, etc., making it a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was smooth as well.

I used this for my overnight stay in preparation for my airport use. Of course, the front desk speaks English. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 2 large suitcases with plenty of extra space. The curtains are blackout. There were 4 bottles of drinking water (2 room temperature, 2 in the refrigerator) and coffee and tea in the box for free, but other drinks and snacks are charged. I booked for one person, but there were 2 bath towels and face towels. There was one bathrobe. I was prepared for noise since it's directly connected to the airport, but the noise level was not bothersome at all and I could sleep soundly! (It might depend on the room's location.) I thought breakfast wasn't included but it was a pleasant surprise that it was!✨ (Although, strangely, I received an email from the hotel about a pre-purchase discount offer for breakfast.) The front desk is on the ground floor and you move to the second floor for the airport connection via escalator. There does not seem to be an elevator. I had a lot of luggage, but the staff helped carry it to the second-floor airport connection and put it on the trolley, which was very helpful! (The trolley is available at the hotel.)

This was my first stay here, and it was a great hotel. The hotel itself is new, functional, and the room was spacious and easy to use. Many hotels in Taiwan lack bathtubs, but this one had a unique bathtub that helped me relax. The shower and toilet were separate, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. There were also free snacks and cola provided. The desk for work was large and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. There is a market within walking distance where you can buy things, and there are various shops around the area. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

It was too crowded to take pictures, but the lobby was spacious with many sofas and cozy spaces, so many guests spent time in the lobby instead of staying in their rooms. There was a vast lawn outside the hotel grounds, where the children were running around. They provided welcome drinks of mixed juice for free to guests, so we could hydrate. Although we didn’t participate, there were several activities at the hotel, so it might be good to join if you are interested. At night, there were outdoor illuminations and projection mapping, and guests were also provided with free takoyaki and drinks. You can fully enjoy your time at the hotel.

I used it for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. It’s very convenient as it is close to Rinku Town station. There is a large public bath, and the room has a proper separate bathroom. It was helpful that I had two small children, so going to the large bath was a hassle. I also had dinner at the hotel. When I stayed there, it was a buffet, but it seems it will become a set menu after April. The shuttle bus the next morning was also convenient! The bus ride was very quick. It’s definitely better to make a reservation!

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of five. First, when we entered the room, we were impressed by the calming tatami mats, a wide stylish sofa, and the best room with a panoramic view of Osaka, which excited both the kids and adults. The bath and toilet were stylish and clean, providing a sense of security like being at home. Above all, my husband was impressed by the comfort of the bed. At night, we enjoyed free takoyaki, craft beer, yuzu drinks, and limited-time sakura champagne. The kids enjoyed eating so much that they asked for seconds. The staff was kind, and the kids enjoyed the nighttime garden with peace of mind. At the snack bar next to the lobby, the hamburger set and American dog with okonomiyaki flavor were so delicious that they requested to eat it again the next day. The spacious garden allowed the kids to run around freely, making it the best memory of this trip.

This hotel is directly connected to Nihon-odori Station. You can easily walk to Chinatown and Osanbashi, perfect for exploring on foot. The room has a kitchen that can prepare simple meals, allowing you to buy ingredients and enjoy leisurely dining in the room. For breakfast, we bought bread from a bakery near Osanbashi the day before and ate it in the lounge. The lounge has a free coffee machine for guests so you can enjoy drinks together with your meal.

I stayed here for a solo trip to refresh myself. You can enjoy the deep character of Osaka, both good and bad. The loop line train, Tsutenkaku, and Abeno Harukas are very close by. The room was bright, clean, and relaxing. Everything you need is provided. Check-in and check-out are self-service, but staff quickly approach to assist you. You can choose your room wear and amenities from a display in the lobby and bring them to your room. It adds a playful touch. The clientele seemed to be mostly Korean and Chinese tourists. At night, there was a food stall in the grass garden, serving craft beer and Takoyaki from 'Wanaka', creating a festival atmosphere. There is a large public bath, but it was paid, so I did not use it. If it were free, I might have used it, which could have increased my satisfaction. That said, the room had a clean bathtub as well, so I was fairly satisfied. The location is close to the station and convenient for sightseeing in Osaka, so I recommend it.

Africa in Osaka? That was the image I had when I stayed there. It really felt like Africa. As soon as you enter the lobby, a stylish ambiance fills the air, and in the room, there are decorations that look like they were made by some tribe, making it a very interesting hotel. With hotel prices skyrocketing due to the Expo, I was able to stay reasonably thanks to HafH. I definitely want to use this hotel again as a repeat customer! I thought!

I stayed at omo7 Osaka three times in six months. It's my favorite hotel. The wide lawn makes the kids want to run around, and they look like they're having a lot of fun. My purpose for visiting omo is simply to spend time at the hotel, so I enjoyed soaking in the onsen, having dinner at the café, participating in indoor activities, and at night, takoyaki and beer. Since it was cherry blossom season, there was champagne as well. With the upcoming world expo, there was a display of flying cars. It was a short time, but there was also a time to ride and take commemorative photos. I didn't go sightseeing outside of the hotel, so I completely enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

As soon as I left the hotel, JR Suidobashi Station was right in front, making it a very convenient location. I was pleased that the checkout time was 2 PM, allowing for a relaxed afternoon! The hotel is stylish, and the rooms are clean. Every day, we received a complimentary can of mineral water for each guest. There is a curtain that separates the changing space in front of the shower booth from the room, but even when closed, it can be seen in the mirror depending on the angle, so that was a point of consideration when staying with two people. However, despite that, I was satisfied as I could spend time stylishly, comfortably, and conveniently. The KANPAI TERRACE on the first floor (for a fee) was comfortable, and I used it for breakfast and bar time. There are plenty of terrace seats, creating a sense of openness.

Stay with a 3-Year-Old Child + Couple

This is our second stay at OMO5 Hakodate. The reservation method is simple; just book for 2 adults on the Huff website and inform them over the phone that you have a 3-year-old child sharing the bed. To conclude, if you're going to stay in Hakodate, this hotel offers the best cost performance. We also booked a more expensive hotel for one night, but both of us agreed that this was the best. Here are the reasons to recommend this hotel: 1) When going to the onsen, you don’t need to bring towels from your room. This actually reduces hassle surprisingly. 2) It's a place where children frightened of onsen can enjoy the baths. 3) You can relax and unwind from daily fatigue in the yukata lounge after the bath. The other hotel also had a lounge, but this one was more comfortable. 4) Breakfast is available for an additional fee, but it is simply delicious. Also, the dishes are stylish and create a great atmosphere. Last time we stayed here, we saw the dish brand and ended up purchasing the same ones for our home! Haha. While there is no unlimited serving option, my wife said she could eat breakfast here forever. She expressed she wanted to stay here forever! The bread was also delicious. 5) Depending on the room, some have a view of Hakodate Station, which kids who love trains will enjoy. Sorry for the long message, but I highly recommend it. I think I will book this hotel again when I go to Hakodate next time.

The Best Place to Stay in Bangkok! Convenient Location

I stayed in March 2025, and it's my second visit after December 2024. Directly connected to BTS Asoke Station and adjacent to MRT Sukhumvit Station. You can use both without getting wet, even with a large suitcase. It's also nice that they can hold your luggage after checkout, so you can enjoy until the last minute. Additionally, right in front is Terminal 21, a shopping mall open until 10 PM. You can enjoy movies, shops (souvenirs, clothing, and miscellaneous goods), cafes, restaurants, food courts, and a supermarket in the basement, which makes it a perfect place to spend all day in hot Bangkok. The views from the rooftop bar are fantastic, and compared to bars in other hotels, the prices are quite reasonable. The staff were kind and left a good impression, and it’s also family-friendly if you're with elementary school children. Craving fresh vegetables, I used the restaurant 'Ume no Hana' on the second floor for breakfast. You can choose from four pre-set sets, which include both Japanese and Western options. Rice and miso soup can be refilled. There's a buffet with drinks, fresh vegetables, fruits, yogurt, toast, and natto, which was great to be able to enjoy fresh vegetables with peace of mind. The Moo Ping (pork skewers) on the buffet table is delicious, so definitely try it if you get the chance. The room is sufficiently spacious; although there's no bathtub, the water area is clean, and the shower pressure is excellent. The service is so good that you'd forget you're in Bangkok. You can use your chargers and hair irons from Japan without needing a converter (see photos). The room includes disposable slippers and a one-piece pajama set. Amenities include disposable slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, and cotton. The hairdryer is a Panasonic model with great airflow. In the bathroom, there are body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The refrigerator has two bottles of water and an additional two bottles of room-temperature water, which was a nice service. Overall, it's a very relaxing room. Many staff members speak Japanese, which is reassuring. There are laundry facilities on the lobby floor, with two washing machines and two dryers. There's also an ice service and a microwave. You can purchase two coins (tokens) for 200 baht at the front desk for laundry. Each bag of detergent and softener is included, and you can purchase more if needed. Laundry takes 40 minutes, and drying takes 60 minutes; it’s recommended to do laundry while having breakfast. In the lobby, there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. An ATM is also available 💸

Comfortable Hotel with Great Lounge Service and Large Bath

During Golden Week, I booked a two-night, three-day trip to Sendai as my base. I’ve visited Sendai several times but used a hotel on the east side of Sendai Station for the first time. Exiting the east side, it was very quiet, probably because it’s a business district. I was drawn to the color scheme and reserved a Double B room, but later felt I might have preferred Double S after checking the official website—it was a slight regret. The difference is that Double B has a bathtub (unit bath), whereas Double S has a multi-functional shower booth. There’s a large bath available, so honestly, there’s no problem with a unit bath, but I thought a shower booth would be more comfortable because it separates the toilet. However, in the end, I was very satisfied because I could enjoy my favorite bath time in my room after a stay at a hotel with a large public bath. It was great to come back tired from walking and immediately have a foot bath in my room to relax my aching feet—definitely recommended! The room itself was compact yet sufficient, and the bedding was fluffy and comfortable enough to sleep well. The loungewear was a separate type and felt good against my skin—very comfortable! I was glad to find a disposable bag available to use when going to the large bath. From check-in to check-out, the lounge service for guests that changes by the time of day was very fulfilling. I especially enjoyed tasting Sendai’s famous sweets that changed daily. The sweets I encountered in the lounge were so delicious that I bought some as souvenirs at the airport. In the evening, akamoku noodles were served, and it was great that I could take some back to my room in a cup to savor slowly! I had a relaxing stay, enjoying the lounge and everything it offered, making it a great base for my travels.

However, this time, I booked through HafH, which had a limited-time offer that included free drinks, with no time restrictions. In addition to soft drinks, various types of alcohol, including sake, wine, and beer, were available for unlimited drinking. I’m incredibly happy! I want to go again. Unlike all-you-can-drink at an izakaya, having drinks after soaking in the hot springs at the hotel is the best. The room had an outdoor onsen with free-flowing hot spring water, and there was also an outdoor bath in the large public bath area, with a fireplace in the lobby… It was so relaxing that my fatigue and worries just disappeared. It's not just the unlimited drinks that make it great; the pleasant attitude of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the relaxed atmosphere of Hakone, which isn’t crowded—everything combined gives it a perfect score of 100. It’s not just expensive, cheap, or pretty. We wanted to retreat rather than tour. I booked this for my husband, who loves to drink and was tired from work, hoping to bring him some joy... and it was a huge success! We want to go again just the two of us, but I also want to go with several families or friends and chat around the fireplace. It was an emotional one-night stay filled with spaciousness, the starry sky, and tranquility. Be cautious if snow is forecasted. I brought tire chains in case it snowed before heading out, but I returned without needing them; however, it snowed the next day.

This is my third time returning! I was able to stay at this hotel for 1050 coins on a weekend that typically costs about 70,000 yen on booking sites. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink in the lobby lounge, allowing me to relax while enjoying the ocean view. If desired, I could also take drinks back to my room. What I love most about this inn is that my room has a half-open-air hot spring bath, allowing me to enjoy a bath at any time I like. Additionally, the large public bath is spacious, where you can slowly soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea and enjoy the sauna. When checking in, they inform you of the sunrise time for the next day, so if you go to the bath when the sun rises, you'll be treated to a spectacular view. The room is spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom. The presence of a mini-kitchen is a great bonus, making it easy for those with children to use. Tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, allowing me to enjoy unlimited cups for free! It was a machine that ground the beans each time, so the aroma was wonderful and the coffee was very tasty. I opted for the no-meal plan, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I don't think you'll have any trouble. I had dinner from Kamesho Kuru Kuru Sushi to go and enjoyed it in my room! For breakfast, I bought bread from Tomonaga Pan the day before and had it with the lobby coffee. The staff was very kind, and I want to use this inn multiple times. Above all, the cost performance is excellent, and although I wish to keep this inn a secret, I really want many people to stay here! I will definitely return again!

We stayed for two nights with my 60-year-old grandmother, my 5-year-old son, and myself. Great location! Nice atmosphere! Plenty of experiential menus! Definitely a place we will revisit 🩷 The location is about a 10-minute bus ride from Kanazawa Station, but it’s easy to get to all the sightseeing areas in Kanazawa! 🏨 A perfect location! My family loves OMO and we have visited many, but this one is on a whole other level 🩷 The lobby has interiors using Kanazawa's traditional Mizuhiki, with gently swaying lights creating an indescribable atmosphere✨✨ They even have a sanshin in the lobby, and my son had fun playing it. At 19:00, 20:00, and 21:00, there are three free tea hospitality sessions unique to Kanazawa (30 minutes each)! You can choose from two types every day, select by confirming the aroma, then they make it carefully right in front of you, and you can choose a treat, which is a delightful service for all generations 😆 Being an OMO fan, I couldn't help but order something special from their cafe. This time, I chose the seasonal strawberry 🍓 It was delicious and cute, just made my heart flutter. The amazement continued even when we returned to our room 🥹 Being able to store the open suitcase under the bed is fantastic 😃 All hotels should do this and just use a Roomba for cleaning (laughs) It felt more spacious without a bulky suitcase in the way. It's a raised floor, making it recommended for families with children. While there isn't a large public bath, there is a reasonably sized bath, so it wasn't an issue at all. By the way, there's a day-use bath at APA Hotel just a 2-minute walk away, and a sento (public bath) Matsunoyu is also within walking distance (they had flyers for free towel tickets in the lobby). Although it's a paid experience, I highly recommend the 1000 yen gold leaf letter experience 🩷 My 5-year-old son and my 60-year-old grandmother both said the hotel was the most fun memory in Kanazawa! I'm so glad I brought them, a wonderful accommodation that satisfies all generations 🩷

My stay at Omo5 Kumamoto was not just about lodging; it was an experience that served as a base to enjoy the entire city! Upon checking in, I was immediately taken aback by the design of the building. The art and decorations sprinkled throughout reflect the essence of Kumamoto 👀. From the café terrace, I could overlook Kumamoto Castle and the cityscape; there was even a kotatsu seat, making it a cozy place to relax! Entering the room, the pink and cute decor excited me!! I felt the beginning of my journey in the yager room that felt like a secret base, and it filled me with anticipation! I also participated in the hotel activity "Castle Town Saruku." Guided by a Kumamoto-loving OMO ranger, I explored the surroundings 👣. Experiencing the history of Kumamoto Castle while visiting hidden gems is something that you can only experience by joining Saruku! In the evening, I also took part in an activity where I could taste cocktails in the café lounge and receive recommendations for bars! It seems that there are over 100 bars densely packed around the hotel, and the staff kindly proposed recommendations to ensure I could enjoy myself, even though I usually don't go to bars. They were also supportive when it came to choosing restaurants for dinner, making me feel like I had a partner for my city walk ✨. My stay at Omo5 Kumamoto was truly enjoyable, only possible by stepping outside the hotel. Thanks to the staff who deepened my love for Kumamoto, I became a big fan of the city! I will definitely go back!

A Relaxing Solo Trip in Hayama!

I wanted to see the ocean, so I took a quick 1.5-hour trip from Tokyo to Hayama! ⬜︎ Check-In Check-in here is a bit later at 16:00. I reserved through Hafh, and after stating my name, I could check in immediately, with breakfast reservation also available at that time. Breakfast reservations can be made up to the day before, and I had to decide the menu at the same time as making the reservation. I usually prefer Japanese food, so I chose the spam onigiri set! There were also French toast, minestrone, and gratin among four menu options. In addition to the plate, they had a buffet-style salad, cereals, and drinks (water, milk, orange juice, coffee, and hot drinks). If you have time, it seems nice to slowly enjoy coffee in the morning while working or reading. ⬜︎ 1F Indoor Area The indoor area was very clean, and the shared space (workspace) was well-equipped. It was separated into a tatami area and an area with tables and chairs. You can eat anywhere in this area, whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or in the cafe! ⬜︎ 5F Room (Mountain Side) I reserved a private room (mountain side) and spent my time inside! I chose mountain side as it was slightly cheaper, and the chirping of birds was soothing. The ocean view can be seen from the bath, so I think anyone who doesn’t have particular preferences can relax just fine from the mountain side. ⬜︎ Amenities In the 1F lobby, there are cotton swabs, combs, toothbrushes, shaving razors, and shaving cream. They also provided pajamas and slippers in the room, so for those who don’t mind, you don’t need to bring pajamas. *I don't know about the bunk room! There was also a refrigerator and electric kettle, so I enjoyed a leisurely stay with dinner brought back to the room. In the bathing area, besides shampoo, rinse, and body soap, there’s also cleansing and face wash (this was the information I wanted to know). If you need anything, it would be skincare items! There were oils and creams in the changing area, but I wasn’t sure if they were for the face... I took care of myself with what I brought! I hope this helps you if you're considering a stay!

I stayed at DEL style Nagoyabashi by Daiwa Roynet Hotel. Overall, it was a highly satisfying hotel experience. First, the amenity bar was well-equipped, and it was nice to have complimentary skincare products like lotion and moisturizer available. There was also a service offering free ice for guests, perfect for a refreshing treat. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The sink, toilet, and bath were separate, making it very convenient to use. Additionally, complimentary mineral water was provided, showing attention to small details. The front desk staff were courteous, making check-in and check-out smooth. I didn’t use it this time, but I think having a large bath is a high point. Furthermore, with a women-only floor available, I felt that it was a safe environment for solo female travelers. I can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Nagoya.

I finally made it to 'Yamatoya Honten'. As I was traveling alone, it was a bit disappointing to have a single room, but it is indeed an old and high-class Japanese-style inn. One of the enjoyable aspects is the large bath located in the basement. Welcome orange juice (self-serve) Sake and snacks after the bath. And a Noh stage. You can have plenty of fun even with just the room, and breakfast is available with a reservation the day before.

This hotel is directly connected to Nihon Odori Station on the Minato Mirai Line, making access excellent. Opened in June 2023, it is a very clean and stylish hotel! It's great that you don't have to worry about the weather. The guest rooms feature walls painted in vibrant colors, which is very distinctive. The coordinating cushions that match it are also lovely and elevate your mood. Even if you're not in an executive room, the refrigerator is equipped with a microwave and freezer, which is a favorite point since it means I can enjoy ice cream after a bath! The residence lounge, which you can use freely during your stay, is a spacious area, including an outdoor terrace. It's nice that there’s a coffee machine, allowing you to enjoy coffee breaks freely. Additionally, on the first floor of the hotel is Strasbourg, a chic patisserie that originated in Yokohama! They sell cute sweets with limited edition packages at the Nihon Odori store, so it's also recommended as a souvenir ◎

Opened in 2022, this hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the station, offering excellent accessibility! I had previously stayed here through the Hokuriku Support Discount before using HafH, so I repeated my visit◎ The arrangement of the desk & sofa and bed is a bit tight, but the room is functional and comfortable with a washing area bath and a coffee maker. The bedding is super fluffy and great! Instead of bottled water, there is a pitcher, and each floor has a water server with Toyama's natural water by the elevator. I used this natural water to brew coffee in my room, relaxing or working... Since it is close to the station, I had no trouble finding places to eat, making it an ideal base for my Toyama trip. The weather was rainy, so I was relieved that the access was good. I want to use this place as a base again and go to Toyama to eat delicious food~!

【Location】 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Kawaramachi! Both Kyoto City Hall Station and Sanjo Station are also conveniently located about 5-7 minutes on foot. The bus stop (Kawaramachi Sanjo) is also just 1-3 minutes away on foot, making it easy to explore by various means. The Kamo River is also within walking distance. 【Entrance】 It's located behind Kamakura Pasta. 【Reception】 You can leave your luggage even after check-in/check-out. I arranged to have my luggage sent to the hotel before check-in, and the reception was smooth. 【Room】 The bed was large and comfortable. It was spacious enough for two people (!). Unfortunately, this room only allows single occupancy through HafH. This room lacked a table and chairs, so it may not be suitable for hotel workations. (The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable depending on the room. It’s fine for work, but may cause some stress for online meetings.) The other type of room looked like it had tables and chairs, so I’d like to stay there next time. The bathtub was deep, so I could enjoy a nice, long soak. Since there were many drinking parties, I really appreciated having plenty of deodorizing sprays and hangers!

The large public bath is available from 3 PM to 12 AM, and in the morning from 6 AM to 10 AM.\nAdditionally, there was an incredibly delightful service where all drinks, including alcoholic beverages, were all-you-can-drink during our stay.\n\nI made a reservation for dinner in advance, which I was informed about via chat. During dinner, we could use the drink service as well, and paired with the meals, we enjoyed beer and white/red wine. \nThere were 3 types of sample snacks of Sengoku Rusk, which we enjoyed as a snack after check-in.\nThere are shops near the hotel, so I bought some as souvenirs to take home.\n\nAround the wood-burning fireplace, there are sofas and relaxing spaces, and in the theater space, I could watch a match of the Japan national soccer team.\n\nThis hotel is recommended for those who want to spend a leisurely time.\nAll the dinners were delicious, so I highly recommend making a reservation in advance to try them.

I stayed for 6 nights in March 2025. The hotel is slightly away from the center of Taipei, but it takes about 10 minutes by subway to reach Taipei Station, and being on the main line, the Red Line, it was convenient to get anywhere. Additionally, being in front of the station made it easy to rest at the hotel right after a long day, and it was convenient even when it rained. I was upgraded to a balcony room, and the size was comfortable with high ceilings, allowing me to relax. There were washing and drying machines available in the room, as well as in the public space that felt like a backyard, where I could do laundry every day using the provided detergent and fabric softener. In the mornings, bread, coffee, and fruits were available for self-service, and I enjoyed delicious bread every day. There was also tea, which I carried around in a thermos. There was no bathtub, but the shower room was sufficient. The room was kept clean, and the toilet had a washlet, which was convenient. Despite being in front of the station, it was quiet, and I could relax every day. The staff maintained a good distance, which was nice. Overall, I had no drawbacks and would highly recommend this hotel.

The yagura room is a unique space that is hard to find in other hotels, so I felt excited the moment I entered the room. The relaxing area and sleeping futon are completely separated, making it comfortable to stay. The upper floor also didn't feel as cramped as I thought, and I was able to spend my time leisurely. The stairs allow for sitting, and having storage under the stairs is convenient, keeping the room tidy. The bath and toilet are separate, and the drinks in the refrigerator are chilled, which is great✨ I also participated in the event held at night? It was informative as I got to learn about the town of Naha. I would like to use this hotel again.

Booking through OTA would have cost over 100,000 yen for one night, but I finally got to stay at Amano Resort for the three-day weekend. As soon as I checked in, I enjoyed a welcome drink on a sofa that overlooks the infinity pool-like sea. The room was spacious and beautiful, with ocean views from all rooms, and the sound of the waves was so soothing that I could relax deeply. The facilities were well-equipped, and the in-room open-air hot spring was the best as I could go in easily, so I went in multiple times. It was the best value for money on hafh, and I was incredibly satisfied, making it highly recommended! Normally, it would be too expensive to stay, but thanks to hafh, I was able to make it this time. I want to save coins and stay again because it was that good!
